14/06/2026: While looking for vegetarian food, our hotel recommended this restaurant. The menu is quite concise, but the dishes are really delicious and the price is reasonable. There were two different vegetarian options; I had the truffle orzo pasta risotto, and it was very good. The only thing that almost put me off was the round frog legs at the next table, but I suppose that's to be expected in France.

24/05/2026: A very pleasant meal in the heart of Place Stanislas! The waiters are all very friendly, which makes this brasserie charming!

24/05/2026: Excessive wait despite a reservation: 45 minutes! The poke bowl salad was awful: two cucumbers and rice… tasteless. The waiter was overwhelmed… too many people! Is this the price of profitability? Avoid it in the summer! A touristy restaurant that capitalizes on its reputation and, above all, its exceptional location! A real shame!

25/06/2026: We choose from the 3 course set menu which had two options for each course. Between us we tried them all and they were delicious. The service was really friendly. It was our last night and we wish we had found the restaurant earlier so we could go back to try the A la Carte menu.

10/06/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant during a training session at ICN, which is just a stone's throw away. The restaurant is welcoming, we all ate very well, the menu was appetizing, and the food was delicious! We'll definitely keep this address in mind for our next visits to Nancy! Thanks again!

06/07/2026: I ordered a glass of fruity, but not sweet, wine as an aperitif. I was served a sweet wine. For the main course, I ordered duck breast, and I asked for it medium-rare. She told me it was pre-cooked, so that wasn't possible. She said she would ask the kitchen and come back to me if it wasn't. The duck breast I received was well-done. It was like shoe leather. When the waitress asked if it was alright, I told her no and listed the problems. She said she would speak to the owner. When we went to pay, I also mentioned these issues to the cashier. The response was, "I need to have a word with the waitress for next time." No gesture of goodwill, no apologies. It was my first, but it will be my last time here.

11/07/2026: I was very disappointed. I ordered a Boursin cheese tartare and received minced meat with a thin layer of cheese sauce in the middle. It was served at room temperature, and I was sick for two days afterward. The waitresses, who had been very friendly until then, clearly didn't appreciate my comment, even though it wasn't their fault. I definitely do not recommend this place.

12/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant. The €21.90 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was very appealing, especially on the weekend – you don't often find that! And frankly, we were pleasantly surprised; the portions and quality were perfect. The presentation was also excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend it.

30/06/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The seasonings of the gazpacho and tartare were absolutely divine, and the strawberries were exquisitely prepared. Congratulations to the chef, though I'm only deducting one star for the Patrick Sébastien playlist we could hear upstairs in the kitchen XD Special mention to the service team who went out of their way to recommend some shopping spots – so kind!
