08/12/2025: We spent one night at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the welcome was friendly and warm. The room was spacious, and the bedding was good quality. The complimentary tray with coffee and tea was a nice touch. The room had a bay window with a private balcony, table, and chairs. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Nancy and highly recommend it.

14/05/2026: They organized my wedding for 35 people at Relais Saint Jean with a custom menu. Everything was perfect and the meal was excellent. 19/02/2026: Extremely disappointed. We came with colleagues and waited ages for food that was simply not up to standard: the "dish of the day" was a disgraceful cordon bleu with unmelted cheese and barely lukewarm meat. For the price, it's shameful.

20/03/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant! We ordered the starter-main course twice, with three different choices for the main course, which was a nice touch. The goulash with fries was really delicious. The fish casserole with rice was also good. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere is very pleasant thanks to the lake right next door. With the nice weather, it was bright and really lovely.

My post is a warning. The comments concern a slight decline in quality and, especially, a significant drop in the owner's service. It's becoming difficult to communicate with her; she doesn't tolerate any criticism, and during service, she doesn't describe the dish or its ingredients. For an establishment of this renown, which once made us dream, please return to your core values. Thank you.

25/04/2026: A restaurant that will remain etched in our memories, a very pleasant place where the food is excellent and the welcome is superb. We held our wedding there and it was wonderful.
