18/08/2026: Pleasant atmosphere, fast service, good portion for the price. The waitress didn't provide much information about the daily special before we ordered it, but otherwise, everything was very good.

17/08/2026: The setting is unusual; I won't say more, you'll have to come and discover it for yourselves. The steak tartare was superbly prepared and flavorful, the portion of fries a bit small, some of the salad leaves were wilted, and the sauce was industrial—a shame, but overall a lovely dish. For dessert, I ordered the "Diablerie de l'Auberge" on Berenice's recommendation. Thank you, a tip for food lovers! It was a good meal, but unfortunately, the atmosphere became tense when the owner got angry 😒 because of a problem with duplicate drink orders. I understand the need to be careful not to waste anything, as it impacts profits, but being rude to your staff in front of customers is unprofessional. You should wait until the end of service to address any issues that might arise, even if the restaurant isn't full. Telling them the bar must be spotless, or that the holidays are over, or putting pressure on them to find out about extra drinks certainly doesn't help team cohesion. You're smiling 😃 and friendly with your customers, well done! You ensure the smooth running of your establishment, which is normal, but be more courteous with your staff. Even if a mistake occurs, just because they're paid doesn't give you carte blanche. In conclusion, a little humor: you must have had a bad vacation 🤣 or haven't taken it yet.

16/08/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. We tried the quiche Lorraine, among other things, and it was delicious—everything is homemade. Excellent value for money. The staff is very attentive. Well done, keep up the good work!

03/09/2026: Very disappointed by this experience. I arrived around 9 pm, alone, simply wanting to eat, after checking the hours on Google which indicated a 10 pm closing time. At the entrance, a man greeted me in a particularly cold and unpleasant manner. I explained that I was there to eat, and he curtly replied that they were no longer serving. I can certainly understand that a kitchen might close before the establishment's closing time, but there's a way to treat customers. Especially since, meanwhile, the terrace was still open and customers were still being served drinks. Naturally, when you arrive at 9 pm and see that, you get the impression that the problem is wanting to eat, and that this seems to bother them. So I left without eating. What disappointed me most wasn't actually not being able to have dinner, but rather the reception and attitude of the person at the entrance. A simple "Sorry, we're not serving food tonight" with a modicum of courtesy would have been more than enough. When you advertise a closing time of 10 p.m., it seems reasonable to expect a customer to arrive at 9 p.m. expecting to be able to eat. If the kitchen hours are different, perhaps they should be clearly displayed. An experience that makes me absolutely not want to return. I do not recommend this establishment.

23/08/2026: A friendly, popular little bistro. It's a shame the summer menu is less extensive than during the rest of the year, but this is understandable. Currently, there are no dishes under €12.50, however, there is a wide selection of composed salads. The "Bouillon" style is less pronounced than it was initially; it's closer to a brasserie. The dining room is quite large, so it can quickly become a shouting match after a few beers! There's no outdoor terrace due to the location; large bay windows open onto the outside. Overall, the dishes are good quality and well-prepared despite a few occasional cooking hiccups. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fair prices. All in all, a good little neighborhood restaurant/café outside the city center, worth visiting again and again.

10/08/2026: We were lucky enough to have lunch at this excellent restaurant; the dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious! The staff was also fantastic! The setting is stunning for lovers of small castles and greenery! I highly recommend you come and eat there!

25/07/2026: We were lucky enough to dine at this establishment last night. What can I say… a magnificent setting surrounded by nature, we felt right at home, and we enjoyed a meal worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant at a very competitive price. Thank you to Charles Henri and Marine for this timeless experience. We'll definitely be back very soon.

29/08/2026: We went in August to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and I must say that choosing a really good Michelin one-star restaurant is not always easy. There are so many options in Paris, and we have sometimes ended up in very fancy places serving rather insipid broths and food that, ultimately, was nothing particularly memorable. This time, we were not disappointed: we loved Nhome. I loved the setting: one single square table shared by all the guests, which naturally limits the number of people and makes the whole experience feel quite intimate and special. Most importantly, the food was genuinely full of flavour. You could really taste the ingredients and the different flavours in each dish. We also loved the fact that they showed us some of the ingredients beforehand — sunflowers, beans, etc. — which made the experience even more interesting. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and felt that the experience was absolutely worth it. My only downside was the hygiene aspect. I know that hair coverings are not compulsory in restaurants in France, but I personally think that kitchen staff with long hair should wear one. I understand that the cooking team also comes to the table to present the dishes, but I really think you can have both: a great experience and great hygiene that reassures the customer. I am really scare with hair due to several experiences.

26/08/2026: A wonderful discovery at NHOMe! ⭐️ We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Overall, everything was delicious, with beautiful flavor combinations and perfectly executed cooking. We were particularly impressed by the eel, which was truly excellent, and especially by the blue lobster: incredible! It was cooked to perfection, the meat tender and flavorful. These were definitely the two dishes that stood out the most. We also really appreciated the concept and the presentation of the dishes. The chefs take the time to present and explain the dishes, which makes the experience even more engaging. Special mention goes to Chef Matan Zaken, who was very welcoming, friendly, and approachable. You can really feel his passion, and it was a pleasure to chat with him. The only slight disappointment was the service. For a restaurant of this caliber and with a Michelin star, we expected a bit more attention to detail. When we asked the waitress, who was in charge of bread and water, a few questions, she unfortunately seemed unfamiliar with some of the information. For example, we asked two or three times if the restaurant offered cocktails, but she simply handed us the menu of non-alcoholic drinks without really answering our question. Similarly, when we asked her for details about some of the drinks on the menu, she couldn't provide any information. It's a shame because this slight lack of expertise contrasts sharply with the quality of the food and the very professional explanations given by the chefs. Nevertheless, it remains a very enjoyable gastronomic experience, with creative cuisine and remarkably well-prepared ingredients.

13/08/2026: A really friendly owner. The food is cooked to order, so be patient. There was a replacement waitress that day. But she was so nice that you just wanted to help her. Like you'd help your aunt. In short, a place like they don't make anymore. Good, simple food. Generous portions and very tasty. We'll definitely stop by again. Thank you.

02/03/2026: Passing through Toul, we chose to eat at Brasserie K, nestled on the former Kleber site. We weren't disappointed by the menu. Everything was delicious and refined, and the service was impeccable. A special mention to Marie, who brightened our day with her attentiveness and lovely smile.

28/08/2026: We had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant, which was recommended to us by my trainer as part of one of my training courses in the field. The owner and the waiter gave us a very warm welcome and were very friendly. The meal was delicious and the service was very quick. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.

05/08/2026: Disappointed this time. Duo platter of prawns and scallops. 28 euros a plate, no less. We saw a quantity of sticky rice arrive, topped with four small scallops. The prawns had been forgotten. Plates returned. Second presentation: the same thing, but with slightly dried-out scallops and ONE prawn stuck on top. Not even a complimentary coffee. When something is good, we readily say so, but this was just awful.
