25/05/2025: I visited the restaurant for Mother's Day. The menu included a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts. The plates were elegantly and generously presented 🤩, but it was the dishes themselves that were delicious, with perfectly cooked dishes 😋 As for the service, it was impeccable despite the packed room 👏 My only regret was not having been there sooner 🤷‍♀️

11/05/2025: Having fallen on a skateboard and bleeding, I had the misfortune of asking to borrow the toilet (I am a regular customer). I was refused access because I did not consume, a deplorable mentality.

26/01/2026: Overall, the products are of good quality. However, be sure to listen to your customers. Too often I'm served plain white bread even though I always specify a well-browned crust... I might end up switching bakeries.

17/01/2026: A great find! We had a delicious meal at a reasonable price with friendly service, all without a reservation, and on a Saturday lunchtime no less, despite the restaurant being packed! Located just steps from Place Stanislas, I highly recommend it.

17/01/2026: We are good customers because we love the pizzas, they're fantastic... but we're very disappointed with the staff every time. They're cold, unfriendly, and unfriendly, with no smiles and a very impersonal atmosphere. They just take your order at the table... no advice or recommendations... it feels like you're in a fast-food joint... what a shame... for an establishment located on Place Stanislas... to preserve this place, the manager needs to rethink their approach.

30/01/2026: This store is incredibly depressing, showing absolutely no concern for customer well-being. Long aisles (like in the health and beauty section, for example) have replaced the pleasant displays dedicated to different products, with cardboard boxes (it feels like a discount store). Carrefour is mainly focused on its own brand products, often of inferior quality to those of the dearly departed Cora 😔 How sad it is at Christmas time, for example, to stumble upon refrigerators full of salmon, etc., right at the entrance!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ There's been no activity since Carrefour took over. And why sell laundry detergents and cleaning products with labels in foreign languages ​​instead of French? And I'm sure I'm forgetting some things...

04/07/2025: I'm really disappointed with today's service. Only two people served with about 40 guests. The consequence is very simple: a long wait upon arriving, standing in front of the terrace. Once seated, there was a 45-minute wait for the starter to be served, and the same amount of time for the main course. I didn't have time for dessert or coffee, of course, so getting back to work was difficult. Furthermore, I find the €75 bill not in line with the service: daily special, starter, main course, and 1 still water. No aperitif, no wine, no cheese, no dessert, or coffee. (A little smile from the two servers wouldn't have gone amiss.) A shame.

04/07/2025: The food is good, however, the wait is endless at lunchtime. I missed my 2 p.m. meeting and we couldn't have coffee or dessert. Very bad reception, long wait at the start before accessing the table, the 2 servers not very friendly. I wanted to organize my wedding there but I'm definitely not going to do it despite the good comments. 75 euros lunch menu for two people, starter, main course and still water.

15/12/2024: Following a professional end-of-year meal, we had a very good evening. The staff is friendly. The cooking of the dishes, on the other hand, is not up to par. The duck was not cooked enough, many complained, and the scallops, the same. No room taken that day..

15/12/2024: What a lovely evening spent yesterday with our Pulnoy theater troupe. An exquisite meal, a sublime spectacle. From the cuisine, to the artists, to the service, to the welcome, everything was perfect. So for that, a big thank you to the entire Iloa team. You deserve to be known and recognized. Looking forward to coming back to visit you.

13/12/2025: We stopped by this evening, as we do every week. It's finally time to leave a review 🙂. Late afternoon/this evening, a lady (Albana) was in charge, and she took excellent care of the buffet and us. Everything was piping hot, perfectly cooked, and nothing was missing. There were potatoes, like Duchess potatoes, which were cooked perfectly. She managed everything brilliantly on her own ☺️. It's a welcome change from some evenings where sometimes there's only the bare minimum, and sometimes not even cooked properly... A huge thank you to her again ✨.

08/12/2025: Unsanitary restaurant, very unpleasant manager, I do not recommend Batflunch.

30/01/2026: The bartender wasn't friendly. And the service was quick, but the price was very high. The waitress smiled a lot, but she didn't care at all about what you said. So I won't be going back.

29/01/2026: While this brasserie was decent a few years ago, it's clear that as of January 2026, the quality of the food and service has drastically declined: incorrect order, tasteless dishes, an overly sweet waffle when we wanted plain ones (we couldn't even finish them), carbonated tap water... and a terrible price-to-quality ratio 😖. In short, avoid it!
