28/08/2026: Simply the best crêpes/galettes of our lives! Crispy, golden brown, fresh ingredients, delicious homemade cider, and an absolutely warm welcome. A charming, unpretentious crêperie with unbeatable value for money. In short, we stumbled upon it by chance and what a wonderful surprise! We wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you!

29/07/2026: Le Relais de la Forêt, in Baud, opposite the town hall, is very well situated on a busy road. We received a very warm welcome, complete with a big, cheerful smile. The menu was very well explained, describing the ingredients and components of each dish. There's a fireplace for grilling, and the menus are very varied. A big thumbs up for this restaurant! 👍

23/07/2026: Great meal! They were a lifesaver at 3 pm when everything was closed. A good chat and a chilled cider later, I had a fantastic time on the terrace!

23/03/2026: Fresh and delicious food. Beautifully presented dishes, a clean and well-maintained establishment, and quick, friendly service. I come regularly and always thoroughly enjoy having lunch here. I highly recommend it!

21/08/2026: Bakery with a wide selection of products. However, we were surprised by the manager, who was rather unfriendly and curt with her employees. Furthermore, it wasn't the same person who took our order and processed our payment, which was a shame. The products are good, although expensive.

23/08/2026: I'll only comment on the Italian ice cream, which was very good. I therefore recommend this bakery.

21/08/2026: A nasty surprise awaited me when I opened the individual kouign-amann package: it was wrapped in aluminum foil! 🤔 And upon unwrapping it, I found a very small, dry, stale kouign-amann. It was almost certainly from the day before, as the ones in the display case (opposite the checkout) were completely different.

07/08/2026: A truly delightful pizzeria, not to be missed under any circumstances. Friendly welcome, wonderfully retro decor, jukebox, pinball machine, and artwork that those who grew up in the 70s will appreciate! Thank you!

25/09/2026: The little train ride was a very pleasant experience with a driver who was full of humor and very attentive and tactful towards our friend in a wheelchair (there were 50 of us). Where things went wrong was the welcome during the cruise with the captain (who supposedly worked on the Bateaux Mouches in Paris). He was awful to our friend in her wheelchair; thankfully, his staff were kind and helpful. Imagine the stress this caused our friend. I hope this gentleman never finds himself in that situation again. We had a wonderful day despite him. Hats off to the staff who made us forget about him. This is how one person can ruin and tarnish the reputation of an organization, and I'm not even mentioning the way he treated our group leader.

20/09/2026: A lovely boat trip on the Vilaine river with its wild banks, interesting food but it's a shame there wasn't more whisky in stock; we only got the dregs of the bottles and no replacements...

22/09/2026: We reserved a table for four, specifying that we wanted to be upstairs. Upon arrival, we were seated downstairs because the waiter said the upstairs was full and he had forgotten about us. We arrived at 7:30 pm, and the service was very slow; we often felt forgotten in favor of the upstairs table. As for the atmosphere everyone talks about, it was nonexistent because we were isolated downstairs. There was no comfort whatsoever, as the tables were small and the benches very uncomfortable. Regarding the meal, everything was very good from the appetizer to the dessert (except for the "homemade" ice cream, which didn't have much flavor).

07/09/2026: Excuse me, but I don't usually leave reviews, but I simply had to recommend this place. If you want to eat local and high-quality food, this is the place to go!

22/08/2026: I was a little disappointed by this restaurant; the dishes were good but lacked flavor. And the cheese plate at €10 was far too expensive for just three small pieces... and the wine, served in a carafe (so a boxed wine) at €27 for 50cl, is highway robbery.

01/08/2026: I ate there on Friday, July 31st, around 1:00 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sandwiches and the fries 😍. Special mention to the waitress, whom I found very pleasant despite the constant flow of customers (it was a festival). This woman clearly has a knack for customer service. Her professionalism and respect for her customers, combined with the quality of the food, made me want to come back during my lunch break. I highly recommend it.

18/07/2026: Excellent sandwich, thank you to the young waitress who made it a few minutes earlier and served it to me with a smile. A lovely picnic lunch by the sea with the fruit salad, which was also excellent ⛵️ 😃 In short, 5 stars for the overall service, I will be back and I highly recommend it!

16/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, €25 set menu on August 15th, with quality dishes and a very warm welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

15/08/2026: The cocktail was barely cold, and the meal arrived at the same time. The skewer of three scallops wasn't washed and was overcooked; I was still hungry. Even the rice was under-served. The banana split was served 30 minutes later, and the ice cream had already melted. I had to ask three times for my bill to pay, and I was stuck waiting for another 20 minutes. In short, for the exorbitant price of €80 for two people for one aperitif and one meal each, with virtually no service and terrible food, I absolutely do not recommend it. What a shame. It looked promising.
