17/05/2026: The welcome was very good, we were well received, the entrance hall is magnificent. However, upon arriving in our room, it was more of a disappointment than a pleasure to be in a 4-star hotel. There were hairs on our beds—long hairs on one bed and shorter ones on the other, or perhaps weights—in the bathroom. The same was true: hairs on the sink, and finally, a large amount of dust on the black furniture. We informed them of the dust, went for a walk, and a few hours later it was still there (see the video). Disappointed with this stay, especially since we had just come from a 4-star hotel in Strasbourg that was three times better for half the price. I will not book with this chain again at this price if it's not perfect.

09/09/2026: Nice place with gluten free options, I got the avocado toast with gluten free bread.
07/09/2026: We visited this establishment several times before writing our opinion, and without a doubt, the service is consistently appalling.
The waitresses don't even bother to acknowledge a simple hello.
Whether the restaurant is full or empty, they demonstrate a certain consistency: they never greet anyone and leave you waiting for ages before introducing themselves.

Cuisine featuring high-quality meats. A very reputable establishment.
23/07/2026: We had dinner for two at Beef&Co today. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, we were seated immediately. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. We enjoyed a sirloin steak and crème brûlée for €28 p.p. Beef&Co is definitely highly recommended!

17/09/2026: Having recently moved to the neighborhood, this shop had always caught my eye, and today I finally got to try it.
I only had a chocolate chip brioche, and frankly, it was delicious. The small size is perfect for dessert after a meal.
I'll definitely be back.
14/09/2026: The service was quite good and frankly delicious. Four small merveilleux pastries and two brioches, one chocolate and one plain. I also tried the small filled waffles I bought, vanilla and rum flavored. They were very good. However, they were far too sweet. The filling was like crushed sugar with some flavoring. It was really too sweet. What a shame.

31/08/2026: I came for my birthday on a Monday evening with my boyfriend. We were very well received, but the service was lacking! For a table costing €220 for two, I would have liked to enjoy my evening without feeling rushed.
Knowing that it wasn't possible to order another drink afterward, even though it was only 10:20 PM and the website stated closing time was 10:30 PM, I was a little disappointed.
We won't be back, as we pay to have a good time, not to have it ruined.
16/08/2026: Outstanding. A good traditional French bistro in a grand high ceiling room, located near the station. The 49 euro 3 course prie fixe menu was astonishing value for money with huge choice of starters and mains and 5 desserts. Good portions, beautiful presentation, slick service and everything well cooked. Sensibly priced wine list. Booking recommended as it is unsurprisingly popular, mainly with locals rather than tourists, as it is about a 15 minute walk from the tourist area around the cathedral. Highly recommended.

09/08/2026: This restaurant aims to be gourmet but falls far short; the service is mediocre. They lacked everything: champagne, water, and wine, and there was no one in charge to guide the struggling young staff. However, the bill was exorbitant compared to the overall experience. We'll stop here; avoid this restaurant if you want a good meal.

18/09/2026: The service was very nice and friendly. The food was good, the meat quality was excellent. The steak wasn't quite medium, but rather medium-rare. We'll be back.
12/09/2026: Very disappointing!
It was advertised as serving unlimited fries, but unfortunately, we didn't even get them.
We asked for another portion of fries and, after waiting for over 30 minutes, we had to call a server again. We were told they were on their way.
Meanwhile, several people came to offer to clear our plates, even though we kept repeating that we were still waiting for our fries. Finally, our plates were cleared, and we were told that the kitchen was completely overwhelmed. They should limit the number of tables in that case; you know how busy a Saturday night can be.
We were with a young baby, so we waited unnecessarily only to never receive the fries we had ordered.
The staff, however, were friendly.

05/09/2026: The waitress was unpleasant because she was upset about having to heat a pizza. She said the pizza had just come out of the oven. When I pointed out that it was cold, she changed her demeanor, became hostile, lost her temper, and got angry about having to put it back in the oven! It was too much to ask.
It's a shame for the other employees, who are always so helpful.
31/08/2026: A very nice, very clean place with a wide selection of breads, sandwiches, pastries and cakes.

31/03/2026: Very centrally located, room and bathroom small, beds excellent, especially the pillows – I've rarely slept so well. Breakfast buffet adequate, something for everyone. Stairs to the underground parking garage are a bit steep, but the parking space itself is very good. The staff: very, very friendly, courteous, and helpful! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good. I was there with my granddaughter, and we would gladly return! A small tip: please inform guests who have booked parking spaces in the underground garage that the entry/exit code changes every Sunday ;-)

A half-bottle of Picon for 8 euros…
The beef steak, however, was good, and two nice pieces. I just left the table and I'm still far too hungry for a bill of 105 euros… Far too expensive for the quality of the food and service…
13/06/2026: Exceptional service and very pleasant staff. We had a meal on the terrace for a birthday, and we couldn't complain.
