20/01/2026: The wood-fired pizzas are good and generously topped, with that characteristic flavor. The service is pleasant. A little anecdote: the delivery driver came back from his delivery, washed his hands, and then helped the pizza maker. I always get takeout. It's possible to eat in, but that part is less inviting.

06/03/2026: We celebrated my friends' wedding at Le Bistronome restaurant and everything was absolutely perfect!!! (and I'm picky^^) The place is very pleasant, but what impressed us most was the staff: servers, owner, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The service was impeccable and the meal was excellent!! It's become quite rare these days to find a restaurant with such an attentive team and such a lovely atmosphere. A place I recommend without hesitation!!!!!

12/11/2025: Based on positive reviews of this restaurant, we booked a table for our end-of-year meal. A week later, the reservation was cancelled by the restaurant. Not very reliable.

13/03/2026: It's outrageous! Our meal was abruptly cut short by the bartender's unacceptable behavior. He threw a plate of lemon slices in a waitress's face in front of all the customers. Not an apology, not a word! …it was a first for me… and the last! We feel sorry for the young waitress who left her post in a hurry… and she was absolutely right to do so!!

12/03/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very pleasant stay in Metz A wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus Metz Technopole. The hotel is modern, quiet, and truly delightful. The rooms are particularly spacious, well-appointed, and offer an excellent level of comfort, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or sightseeing. The hotel is also very well located, directly opposite the golf course, providing an unobstructed view and a very peaceful setting. A swimming pool will soon be opening, making the place even more pleasant for relaxation. The staff is welcoming and professional, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. A great place to stay in Metz that I highly recommend!

08/03/2026: I went there with my father. The staff was very pleasant, the atmosphere was great, and the dining room was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and very clean; I loved this hotel. And the restaurant was perfect, with very good food and comfortable mattresses. A great hotel, I highly recommend it! 🫶🏼

27/03/2026: The dining room is magnificent. The menu is very appealing. But in the end, the food was bland. The saffron risotto had no real flavor, and the confit garlic sauce tasted like a typical meat sauce. I feel there's a disconnect between the menu descriptions and what you actually get. They offer gravlax salmon, which is supposed to be raw, but we received cooked salmon. The chocolate pistachio tartlet, Dubai-style, was too simple. The chocolate was good, but the pistachio tasted like a sugary dessert. In short, I was rather disappointed, especially considering it's a place that's often been recommended to me.

24/03/2026: We had booked a table for a family meal. We had to call ahead to place our order even though the restaurant was far from full. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We expected much better considering the prices.

27/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! I must admit we were surprised by the quality of the food served at this restaurant: the vegetarian pizza and Caesar salad were generous and delicious! We even complimented the chef. We'll definitely be back! Well done!

21/03/2026: A romantic dinner with my 10-year-old son, and honestly, it was delicious. I had salmon, cooked perfectly just as I requested, and my son had a burger. The portions were quite generous, but the food was good quality. Kudos to the chef for the excellent meals.

12/12/2025: Nothing wonderful about this pastry. Not a trace of meringue, a cake with no texture or taste. It's a far cry from the promised "Merveilleux" 😨

05/12/2025: I went to the Pâtisserie aux Merveilleux, and I'm not satisfied with the service I received this year. Every year, I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, a round speculoos cake, but this year they refused to make it. They claim they have instructions starting on the 15th to make all cakes into log shapes. I don't understand. Every year you agreed to this, right? I'm disappointed with this establishment because the woman told me, "If you order a cake for 12 people, I'll make it round." There are only three of us. It's ridiculous! So if I ask for a round cake, they won't give it to me, but if I ask for a large round cake, then they give it to me. I don't find that acceptable, and I think it's disgusting to take advantage of people at such a time.

19/03/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The saleswoman started serving me (I was the only customer in the store) then answered the phone and completely forgot about me…!!! She was busy with the customer on the phone, and when I pointed it out, she told me that "people are no longer patient," and not a single smile from beginning to end.

24/01/2026: Group of 40 people: meal OK, room OK (sound system, projection, microphones) + great welcome coffee in the room, with fruit juice, fresh fruit and mini pastries. No time wasted on lunch break, it's in the room next door!

17/01/2026: High-quality, seasonal produce, varied menus, and above all, everything is homemade. The staff is always smiling, the dining room is bright and airy with a view of a park. All this at a very competitive price. Many of us meet there for a quick and friendly lunch.

29/03/2026: Very expensive for the quantity served. €47 for a dozen frog legs.

14/02/2026: Very disappointed. We had been looking forward to coming for a long time and had very high expectations for the quality of this restaurant. The dish was bland, the meat was poor quality, and the portions seemed more suited to a children's menu (we're 40 years old 🙄). The waitress, who was very friendly otherwise, seeing our disappointment, bribed us with two free desserts in exchange for our silence on the Google reviews. Being the hungry people we are, we accepted the complimentary Kirsch baba and chocolate fondant and went home after nearly losing a kidney paying the bill. Unfortunately, this morning, our conscience caught up with us, and we have to tell you the truth: this restaurant is absolutely not worth the trip. Thank you anyway for the free desserts, but the quality of the desserts themselves wasn't worth our silence. 🫡

Without her and her professionalism, I simply wouldn't have been able to enjoy my trip. The hotel's location is perfect, and the room and bedding were very comfortable and spotless! Thank you again!
