12/03/2024: The dairy, a Lambersartoise institution that I had the pleasure of rediscovering on this gourmet evening of November 18. I will remember several things from this long taste parenthesis: first of all, an extreme pleasure on the plate, for my part on the basis of the very exhaustive land/sea menu, then a downside, that of the Alba truffle supplement, of which the diaphanous slices came to envelop my already delicate scallop, and whose added value seems to me to be slightly usurped given its price (+20€...It's still almost the price of a good entrecote and fries ®) But in the end, a fairly exceptional customer experience (even if the atmosphere of the bar side room is a little cold with a lack of light which must be corrected) with a very interactive team, an invitation to visit the kitchens, the brigade and - highlight of the show - of the restaurant's cellar, especially a clear (and not feigned) sympathy from chef Edouard Chouteau, an undeniable talent and "future great" announced by Gault et Millau, with all due respect... if I note: on the plate: 8.75/10 - for me it is in the star. Obviously, here we can't talk about price because at €650 the bill for three guests you don't come with a pinch on your wallet 😉

01/04/2024: A very good and beautiful Estaminet Flamand in the heart of Cassel (the most beautiful village in France)! Welcome, delicacy, decor... At a controlled price (around €25 main course, dessert and drink). I advise !

31/03/2024: A first time for us this evening! What a pleasant surprise...a beautiful place (if you don't like the old one) the staff is friendly... One thing I liked was that we weren't too tight on each other... In terms of food, it was just very good! Everything is homemade and it’s very generous! There's a bit of a wait but when the plate is there it's worth the wait! We will return

06/04/2024: Second meal here and I'm enjoying it! Very nice discovery, the owners are adorable, the cooking is a real delight. Want to discover Lebanese cuisine? Go there with your eyes closed! The discovery plate is a delight, the boneless garlic and lemon chicken is killer!

27/03/2024: The food is delicious, the staff absolutely lovely and the atmosphere cozy. Chicken livers are a must try. Without doubt the best Lebanese in Lille.

24/03/2024: Small, friendly room Northern cuisine is respected Very good maroilles tart, the carbonnade very well made, beautiful lemon tart. The only downside is that the basic food is too salty, even though salt is available. Be careful in 2024 with too much salt, too much sugar, no longer in the codes even in local cuisine.

13/03/2024: Really nice place, manager and his very nice son, with a little touch of humor. I really recommend thinking about booking because the room is not very big ☺️ Came a terrine from the chef, made on site very good, the Welsh was incredible, not too much beer and well balanced in cheddar. Disgusted not to have had my lemon meringue tart because it was a very high ask. Really a very friendly place, we will come back again! 👌

17/03/2024: Super friendly welcome. Very good atmosphere and old setting from the 30s-40s... it's an estaminet full of charm, very pleasant staff, smiling and who communicate easily. And regarding the meal, a real treat., no excessive waiting... we will come back
