23/11/2025: A delicious local culinary journey... (and I don't understand English). We had the First One Menu!! A real treat! I'm usually very critical, but not a single flaw here!!! The waitress's youthful energy, combined with her excellent experience, guides you through the 9 courses, executed like a true chef! (You have to be careful, sometimes they're just former mechanics.) The porcini mushrooms were cooked to perfection... the sole was so delicious I could have eaten it for dessert too!!! To put it simply, you reach the end, and that's when you feel relieved to have enjoyed such a superb meal... for me, it's the must-try gastronomic experience in Bayonne... I thank the lady who invited me...

At 12:05, one of them finally came over to ask us to leave so she could prepare the tables for service! A shame, given the positive reviews about the restaurant, but we'll try somewhere else...
