05/04/2024: When passing through Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a great address not to be missed. Authentic Basque cuisine with its colors, flavors and atmosphere with the serving team. I was alone, in hiking backpack mode, and they received me with the same welcome and respect as the other customers who came with family and friends. I wanted to taste the specialty of piquillos with cod and I am delighted to have tasted it at Pablo’s.

01/04/2024: Good atmosphere, friendly and efficient service, simple but good cuisine, fresh products. a downside: side dish: you have to choose between fries or green salad and if you ask for a bit of both you will be charged a side dish, the Basque cake is very good but a small portion at 8 euros! excessive!

02/04/2024: The dishes in this cozy restaurant are very delicious. Homemade and prepared dishes in an informal atmosphere. Quite economical considering where it is located. Seasonal menu that changes. The service is a little slow.

01/04/2024: Slow service, you also have to make several requests since the first ones are not listened to. One of the waiters (I assume the boss) is not pleasant and has a condescending tone at times. The quality of the dishes is quite mixed (some dishes very good, others nothing special).

31/03/2024: We had a delightful stay at the Madison. If the setting, the services and the spa make the hotel a pleasant place, it is the team that transforms these few moments into memorable moments. 29/03/2024: They didn't have Spanish television channels in the room, that's why I gave it 3 stars. And we had to charge them the tourist tax of €6 in the Basque country!
