29/06/2025: A place I recommend. The very attentive server heard that we were toasting for a birthday and at the moment of dessert there was a candle on the cake and there was a small orchestra they played happy birthday. A very attentive server.
08/06/2025: Our order was satisfactory, but the chef had let people (whom he knew) arrive after us! (Piston?). As a result, our order took longer to arrive...
Otherwise, the food was good. So we forgive this inconsistency. 😉

20/09/2025: Good...clean...you can park above...on the terrace...I've known several owners...
But I have to say it's very clean...and affordable...
I highly recommend it...right in the center of Font-Romeu...
And there are some friendly businesses nearby that I'll mention...the Joffre pizzeria across the street...on the right as you exit the hardware store...on the left...the small garage and other businesses right next door...
31/08/2025: Unfriendly staff and the opening hours on Google are incorrect. Open until 1 p.m. on Sundays, not until 7 p.m.

25/09/2024: Well located campsite close to Racou beach. Aquabike and aquagym, jacuzzi and sauna at the top. LiO bus service to go to Banyuls or Perpignan 500m away. Comfortable mobile home. Very good stay in the Bois de Valmarie in this 3rd week of September without too many people.
24/09/2024: Too bad the water in the so-called heated swimming pool needs to be reviewed.

10/09/2024: The duck breast was pretty good, the fries a little soggy but passable, and the salad was okay, but not exceptional.
The waitresses are lovely and have a great sense of humor, which is a plus.
However, the prices are really excessive for what's on offer (€24 for the duck breast!).
It's almost a tourist trap, and we'd expect much better for this price.

Breakfast is included in the price at all ibis Style hotels, but this one is truly industrial!
(Even the simplest items like hard-boiled eggs and canned fruit).
The croissants and pain au chocolat are also disastrous...
Indigo parking nearby, but it costs 18 euros from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.
I don't recommend this hotel...
07/07/2025: Not one of the best Ibis
Breakfast was very average. Shortage of coffee cups had to wait for clean ones. Appeared to be short on staff. Hotel car park was closed and the Indigo underground parking was VERY expensive. Wouldn't rush back.

Fast service, very welcoming

Diverse menu. Interesting menus in terms of ingredients and prices. Everything was delicious. The staff was attentive and humorous.
The only downside is that they don't accept restaurant vouchers. I highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: A very unpleasant experience. The bouncer lets in anyone; two fights broke out and the bouncer didn't break it up, he just encouraged it. I didn't come to see a boxing match.

08/09/2024: Coming from Perpignan with a colleague at a late hour (end of lunch service) despite this the owner kindly seated us at a table, our choice was a delicious and tasty pastilla, lovely presentation 😋.
Without hesitation I recommend this establishment for the dishes offered, the service and the kindness 👍

19/09/2024: A very nice discovery! A very good gourmet restaurant on the port of Port-Vendres. We enjoyed a bouillabaisse revisited by the chef.
You understand, for gourmets/foodies a must do if you pass through Port-Vendres.
Thank you to the chef and his team for this delicious moment.
12/09/2024: We came unexpectedly without reservation, and from the entrance the welcome was warm, the staff is top notch, particularly Enissa, who knows how to pair the wines perfectly with the chosen dishes.
On the other hand, the cuisine is good and refined. Thank you again for this pleasant time spent in your establishment
