23/08/2026: Excellent value for money and a very attentive waitress. It was perfect!

22/08/2026: We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our main course! You really have to be patient! It's ridiculous considering how many people there were. We ate there because we were starving. Honestly, we would have been better off going home. The food is passable, not worth the price. Just another run-of-the-mill restaurant… they're taking their time and cutting corners for August. They're practically living on borrowed time. PS: My digestion was a bit off. Thanks for the indigestion… we're thinking of the prawns. Overall, there was a lot of frozen food, like the fries, or canned food, especially fish like the anchovies. It's a real shame. Because a few dishes were actually worth the price.

02/06/2026: An excellent brasserie that I highly recommend! The dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, which is immediately apparent on the plate. The cuisine is flavorful, generous, and perfectly executed. A big thank you to the chef, who is both highly skilled and friendly, and who puts all his expertise at the service of his customers. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere pleasant. A wonderful place to enjoy quality cuisine made with local products at very competitive prices. A shaded terrace completes this lovely spot. We will definitely be back!

16/09/2026: Wow! Wow! This is so good! A go-to place for cheese, where the food is excellent. The staff are always smiling. Friendly and the cuisine is simple yet incredibly effective—a real treat for your taste buds.

08/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at Camping du Bois de Valmarie. A good campsite, the mobile home was clean and well-equipped. Perhaps a small television would have been a welcome addition, even just to watch the news, for example. We were a little disappointed with the jacuzzi area, which was too cold for our liking. Initially reserved for adults (18+), the pool was repeatedly filled with children (with their parents in the sun loungers...). Why not implement supervision, if it isn't already in place? On the plus side, the mini-market isn't too expensive for basic camping supplies, and the site is well-located. Bicycles, a griddle, and paddleboards are available for rent.

05/09/2026: Great restaurant on a charming little square, the service is friendly and unpretentious. The dishes are good quality for the price, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/09/2026: We stayed in an apartment above the square at the end of August and we looked out onto the square, the fountain and the restaurants. This one was continuously busy at lunch and on an evening and we ate here three times. The staff were friendly and attentive (especially Charlotte who was very helpful with the menu despite limited English). The food was very enjoyable, lovely tagliatelle and steak and the wine was the most reasonably priced in the square.

21/10/2025: We ate there three years ago and had no complaints. But what a disappointment to have new customers. Hardly anyone there, and the mussels and fries were very mediocre.

24/08/2026: A family-run restaurant managed by a dynamic and courageous elderly couple. Warm welcome. Set menu at €19 (unlimited starter + main course + dessert + bottle of water). Fully booked this Monday, August 24th. If you're in Vintage, this is a must-visit.

24/08/2026: Set menu for €19 (€25 on weekends), with a choice of starter and main course buffet plus dessert buffet. Everything was delicious and homemade. Definitely worth repeating!

30/08/2026: Horrible. The waitress had no idea. We waited an hour for our dishes, and when they brought them, things had changed. The cuttlefish cost €16 and was frozen.

25/06/2026: We had come yesterday and the experience had been excellent. Unfortunately, our visit today was quite different. From the moment we arrived, the woman who served us displayed surprising hostility and condescension. Speaking in French and showing genuine interest in the products I was about to try, I asked her a question about one of them. Her curt and dismissive reply was, "Raisins aren't apples." But that was absolutely not what I was asking. I then pointed out that if she had bothered to listen to my question, she would have understood that I was referring to a different product. This was just one example of several unpleasant exchanges that took place within a few minutes. Wanting to understand the reason for this attitude, I asked her if I had said or done anything that might have upset her. Instead of calming the situation or questioning her behavior, she responded with the same passive-aggressive attitude. I consider it deeply disrespectful to treat a customer this way. What makes this experience even more regrettable is that I am a foreigner, making an effort to speak the local language, genuinely interested in the products offered, and approaching interactions with courtesy and curiosity. I rarely leave negative reviews and always strive to be fair in my ratings. However, this experience truly made me uncomfortable and left me with a feeling of contempt that is difficult to accept. Therefore, I cannot recommend this establishment and, for my part, I will not be returning.

24/05/2026: In the summer, the small terrace is also a nice place to sit. Both the coffee and the delicious pastries were fantastic. They have a wide selection and the price-quality ratio is excellent.
