28/11/2024: We got married on November 16. Cocktail, dinner, evening and brunch the next day at the Château des Loges. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better! Everything was perfect: magnificent setting (everything took place indoors) and well presented, very professional organization, very good meal (chosen thanks to the test meal) and impeccable service. I highly recommend this place! With the thousand things to think about when organizing a wedding, it is precious and comfortable to have such a “pack” (venue, caterer, carefully set tables, decoration, other various services, etc.) managed perfectly. Mr. Lagarde, the owner who was our main contact, is a very friendly person. Thanks again :) Perrine and Cyprien

02/08/2024: Excellent place to spend an evening. Wide choice of beers, friendly bartenders and general good atmosphere. And the Beaufort sausage is great ;)

23/05/2024: We love spending our evenings at the cocoon because the atmosphere is always great, there are plenty of arcade games available to customers to make the evening even more festive. Several billiards Several dart games Shuffleboard games Board games Big screen for math However, the toilets are not always clean. The boss is really cool, welcoming and smiling. The bar is large so easily adapts to armchairs Best bar Regarding our drinking habits, Skull and Monaco. This is the only bar where the Monaco is well dosed and quite sweet. See you soon 😃 🍻

03/01/2026: Stopped for one night during a long road trip with my Mom and dog from Poland to Portugal. We were quite tired, and we were surprised how much attention and care we were given. We even made it two minutes before the restaurant closed for dinner and my dog was very warmingly welcomed too. The rooms were very clean, there wasn’t any noise and we were able to rest real well before our following days drive. Thank you for the great stay. The only request for next time would be to change the pillows - they were the only minus of our stay!

30/12/2025: We picked this hotel for its great location right off the highway for an evening stop on a roadtrip. Unfortunately, the positive comments stop there. To say the walls were “paper thin”would be too kind as if there was any sign of separation between the rooms. I had the most uncomfortable night of sleep as I could hear ALL the sounds of breathing, coughs, sniffles, etc. of the couple next door that was so close to my ear as I was laying down to sleep it felt like we were all in one big bed together!! Terrible! What is so infuriating is that the building is so large with so many rooms and so few people were staying there. I cannot believe that with zero soundproofing they put us all next to each other to endure the most uncomfortable hotel experience of my life.

19/11/2023: Je ne recommande PAS du tout ce « snack », tout est du décongeler ayant travailler dans cet endroit je ne vous recommande pas du tout il y a vraiment 0 hygiène (aliment qui tombe au sol remis dans l’assiette)

01/10/2023: Franchement c’est bon , après c pas ouf non plus , mais pour un lieu aussi moche, j’ai trouvé tout très cher . Menu enfant 10€ j’aurais du prend son assiette en photo . La têtedés steak ! Même Macdo c’est mieux . Une honte . Bref une fois pas deux .

01/09/2024: A nice stopover in a well renovated gîte. The Brouilly room is pleasant, clean, the bedding very comfortable. Good welcome. The dinner is very good value for money, the breakfast is great.

18/08/2024: Local and homemade cuisine. The price remains affordable. A must-see address in Beaujolais!

03/07/2024: Très bon restaurant avec carte sur tablette bien présentée Le parmentier de canard etait top tout comme le café gourmand Et que dire du sourire et de la gentillesse de la serveuse qui était aux petits oignons avec moi j'espère qu'elle se reconnaîtra Je recommande !

30/03/2024: Obligé en dernière minute de passer la nuit à Lyon, j'ai cherché un restaurant près de la gare vers 22h. Tout était fermé sauf le restaurant du Mercure. Et là, pour 29 €, j'ai eu droit à un dîner gastronomique. Un "œuf parfait" remarquablement maîtrisé, du calamar bien mis en valeur, une soupe d'orange aux épices qui terminait très agréablement ce repas ! A recommander.
