27/05/2025: The rooms are lovely especially the apartments although the toilet is I bit too small and had no sink. The kitchen and living room were great as well. The view is amazing looking out to the mountains.

27/08/2024: Great experience during our visit with friends this August 15th in the evening.
Fast and very professional service, the fondue is a treat.
The servers are very courteous and professional with a special mention for Quentin for his very warm welcome and his kindness.

I think the only negative in that I gets quite warm inside.
Positive things:
The raclette was really delicious,the charcuterie as well and the menu had many different options, including a child-menu. The staff was really lovely too.
They also have a bar with a terrace upstairs, which uses the raclette cheese if unfinished!
23/03/2025: First time to have dinner here and we had the most wonderful, locally authentic meal. Onion soup and Pierrade au Boeuf, the meat was simply delicious. Service was excellent and friendly, atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend.

08/09/2024: Weekend in Val d'Isère at the hotel of the same name. A short tour of the city for dinner, we were recommended this establishment with its nice decor and equally friendly waiter.
We chose a Burger and a medium steak. These two dishes were edible with very poor value for money. At first glance, the dish seems appetizing, one might have believed it given the price (31 euros), but we were far from it. Entrecôte overcooked, too hard (photo) half remained on the plate.
Ok we are in Val d'Isère, OK it was practically the only restaurant open, OK the customers are 95% passing through and who like me are perhaps ready to pay the price... But at least it has to be worth it. I was disappointed with this experience...

31/08/2024: Everything was perfect, flawless from start to finish. Bravo, we will come back with pleasure for the autumn menu.
27/08/2024: Very good table in a quiet and spacious place.
We enjoyed the dishes on the menu "from sources to roots" from start to finish, with particular mention for the arctic char and the pigeon supreme. Thank you to chef Benoit Vidal for his expertise in refined cuisine, and his humility observed during his visit at the end of the meal.
A small improvement could be in the level of service where we found the sommelier not very eloquent on the choice of wines, leaving us "a little alone" faced with a plethoric list of wines without any real force of suggestion for the guests who do not take food and wine pairing...

28/08/2024: An unexpected place in an exceptional setting! Brand new establishment, very cozy, a magnificent view, a dynamic and efficient team, and gourmet dishes to eat after a good hike. The only downside perhaps is the price, but we know that everything is more expensive at altitude. I recommend

The setting is magnificent, the restaurant very clean, the desserts excellent but the service, although fast, sorely lacks a sense of welcoming the customer. It feels a bit like being in a Parisian brasserie. Damage

13/01/2025: Not the first time we have come. We have never been disappointed. But today the kindness of the staff, in particular that of Samuel, pushes me to take the time to post a review. The quality of the dishes is excellent and what can we say about the view 😅.

18/01/2025: Outstanding service and the best lasagna I’ve ever had! Despite arriving late (around 10:00 PM), we were warmly welcomed and treated with great hospitality. Highly recommend this place for its excellent food and friendly atmosphere!
17/01/2025: Very small pizza, nothing on it, I had trouble finding the tuna!
My companion with porcini mushrooms, tasteless, no salt, no pepper, no presentation, bland too bad rather nice place

Beautiful place, quality service! And exceptional cuisine!
19/01/2025: Very disappointed by the evolution of this restaurant.
Example: Cow dung (very good chocolate mousse) has been reduced by half! Not the price though.
This is probably the last time I'll be here.
Here is the photo from 2022. I will test in March 2025! We will see the difference!

For the meal, the taste and color are always questionable!
We tested Sébastien Vauxion’s strawberry menu of the moment.
Personally I'm not a big fan of strawberry or sweet and salty combinations but everything was very balanced and surprising.
This changes standards and takes us further in the search for taste.
Thank you for this experience, only the dessert is the shadow on this discovery table!
Far too far from natural research, too chemical a taste given by the candy side!

17/07/2024: I love going to this restaurant, the owner is charming and the servers are great! ... you must of course have reserved the table for him because the room is small and therefore valuable space... But I will come back with pleasure
25/05/2024: Deplorable reception, small and shielded canteen type room therefore VERY noisy. As for the food, I didn't like the veal chop, the morel sauce didn't even taste like mushrooms. I still went back a second time, we had a prime rib, good but nothing extraordinary. We asked for rare cooking, the meat was blue and almost cooked, the Roquefort sauce, extra on a side for €94, had no taste. I don't recommend this place
