03/03/2024: First time at La Viguiere and just incredible in taste!!! A menu with just the right choices, products of extreme quality and cooked in a remarkable way! I'm not even talking about the desserts which are incredible! Perfect explanations of dishes without being stilted and in a pleasant way!! I recommend with my eyes closed and congratulations again to the whole team, perfect experience!!

We shared some poor style potatoes with foie, excellent!!! And a cassolete (waiter's recommendation) and again, brutal! Without a doubt, a place where we will repeat!

03/04/2024: Passing through Albi, the restaurant is located in a small street near the cathedral, we were very well received by the owner who offered us the menu with local and "homemade" products. Really good and plentiful meal. To do again if the opportunity arises, everything was perfect!

03/03/2024: Very good restaurant, I ate there with my friend. The place is very beautiful, the service perfect, in short we had a great time.
The dish was exceptional, I won't forget this lamb!!
I liked the starter less, a kind of whipped cream with chicken breast, but the dish more than made up for the rest.
We'll come back!

05/04/2024: 🍴 Close to Sainte Cécile, this art deco restaurant offers service upstairs or on the terrace on the ground floor. The charming staff makes the place friendly, and their refined advice enhances the pleasure on the plate.
From starter to dessert, the dishes are exceptional. The meats are divine (lamb shoulder, duck breast, etc.) and the combinations are explosive in the mouth. The wine list enhances these for a balanced and gourmet meal.
There is therefore a lot of Noise in the Kitchen and it is that of the hard work of an artisan who delights the taste buds with talent.

01/04/2024: Superb stay in this beautiful establishment. The restaurant is superbly decorated with modern and absolutely delicious cuisine. The hotel part does not deserve: spacious, beautiful and very pleasant room, magnificent bathroom. Very well maintained hotel.
Special mention for the caring and very welcoming staff. We will come back to it very soon. THANKS
29/03/2024: Cat opinion concerns the restaurant and not the hotel.
The decoration is cozy, the atmosphere cozy and the service competent (the waiters know the composition of the dishes and the quality of the wines). When we ask for wines by the glass, they are served from the bottle.
The dishes are beautifully presented and they are good, as are the desserts.
The piece of Tarn pork, however, seemed a little dry to me, which is in fact the characteristic of this meat.

15/02/2024: An excellent duck breast tacos, I enjoyed fresh ingredients and homemade fries. The duck is local. Fair price to recommend.
