17/06/2024: Everything was perfect ! We called on Norine and Fabien for the day after our wedding (June 9, 2024) and the food truck was unanimous! Very good burger, hearty and very well served with fries and salad! Very fast service! Very good atmosphere and a good, smiling and very friendly team! I recommend 100% super original as a meal, everyone loved the concept!

15/09/2024: We came across the brasserie quite by chance this Sunday noon at 12:30 p.m. while we were looking for a restaurant.
The service is dynamic and the XXL steak with pepper sauce accompanied by fries was very good (and tender). I keep the address when I go through Hauteville again. A satisfied biker can continue his journey.

Despite a late schedule, where it is generally not possible to have lunch, we were able to enjoy an excellent meal, very well prepared and service to match. A place we frequent to escape the noise and hustle and bustle of the surrounding towns.

I traveled with a 1/2 hour drive FROM HOME to OSNY, arrived to find the place under construction with very disappointed guests. Very unpleasant for my guests.
Not CORRECT.....The least polite thing would have been to indicate on the site:

10/09/2024: Good reception, too bad with the waiter because unfortunately he was not attentive. I asked for a hamburger but I'm not supposed to know that I had to specify, myself, a single or a double. I thought it was up to the waiter to ask.
Afterwards I ask for rare cooking and it brings me medium rare. Too bad I don't think I'll come back if it's to have the same service again.
