15/09/2024: Good welcome, very good quality dishes in a beautiful “brasserie” atmosphere. It was the second experience and if we come back to Épinal, there will be a third with pleasure.

14/09/2024: Very well decorated place, accompanied by a very friendly waiter! The veggie and meat burgers were excellent, as were the crispy fries!

29/08/2024: Suddenly there is more ground meat and I pay for a pizza without one of the ingredients ordered which means that I chose the pizza. Today they forgot the sauce so I ordered the pizza to discover it. The service is deplorable. 40 minutes late. Employees who look at each other without doing anything or who insult each other and argue with each other because it's who will do the least. The manager of this dominoes really needs to do something. That's twice an ingredient has been missing, it's shameful. Oh yes and the puzza is cold because your employee pushed the pizza slightly back into the oven because he didn't have time to pack them all in the boxes since the others were watching him do it without moving a finger.

28/08/2024: Overall not too bad, but a good cleaning and maintenance of the station would be nice. The hole in the partition near the toilets has still not been filled since this winter!

16/08/2024: Reception: A plus for the very welcoming and pleasant staff. Catering / products: However, regarding catering what can I say, everything seems frozen but above all industrial, including, I think of the taste, the blueberry pie! What a shame we are in the Vosges... The portions are generous. Choice: This day very little choice for accompaniments: fries.... a Caesar salad, or "frozen" spinach tortellini in my opinion (very little taste therefore). Setting / Location: at the foot of the slopes, this self-catering accommodation benefits from a beautiful location. Accessibility: Very accessible. Price: The prices are clearly displayed, too high considering the quality of the product. Note, however, a 10 percent reduction for residents of the Labellemontagne apartments.

29/08/2024: The service good. The vegetarian pizza had no taste and the vegetables were raw... for dessert, an ice cream sundae, a little disappointed, paid 8th for 3 mini balls and just a little coulis, no whipped cream and not even a biscuit, nothing. To tell me that the whipped cream is 1€ extra. We won't come back.

28/08/2024: Very pleasant place, friendly waiters...good service and good lunch, small downside, we were forgotten for dessert, they brought us the menu and we waited a long time, no one came back, so we paid and we we left

08/04/2024: If you want to have an expedited meal, you are at the right address... Your aperitif is served after the starter... Hurry up and eat because otherwise your plate will be removed... Industrial cuisine, but it could be a little better presented... Even in a school canteen it's better.... If you like rare meat, ask for the blue one... 15/09/2024: Un cadre très agréable et un service relativement rapide mais professionnel . Le menu à 28€ nous convient avec le choix entre trois entrées et trois plats . Le velouté avec l’œuf parfait mérite bien son nom . La munstiflette avec son jambon de Luxeuil était également très bonne . Enfin, les desserts étaient corrects. La carte des vins est de qualité à tous les prix . Un bon repas avant de profiter du calme de l’hôtel !

04/09/2024: We booked this place for 2 days completely by chance, without knowing. We were delighted with the welcome, already on the phone, then on site. Everyone warm and friendly. Large and welcoming “superior” room. Beautiful view of nature. Impeccable, quality bedding. Hearty and varied breakfast. Evening meal on the beautiful new terrace, copious and good. Of course, menu only with 2 choices per dish, but we have always learned that this is a good sign of fresh, local products cooked on site. Restaurant staff (Cook and Service) very friendly. In short: very happy with our choice I forgot: nature is exceptionally beautiful around the Establishment

10/03/2024: Very pleasant little weekend with the family, the boss and his mother are really very nice. Very family and warm atmosphere, accessible for a 9 month old baby. The Rooms nothing to complain about, evening meal and breakfast very generous and very good. Very good value for money which is appreciable. Overall it was a great weekend, we will definitely come back.

22/01/2024: Very good, a bit old hotel but we had a great time, the room has underfloor heating, a TV and a private bathroom. The real strong points of this hotel are the catering, in the evening we ate a delicious baeckeoffe, a piece of farmhouse Munster and for dessert a superb slice of blueberry pie! The morning buffet breakfast is very good too, there are sweet and savory options, great for starting the day off right! In addition, the welcome is really excellent, the hosts are very kind and we quickly feel very comfortable. Now let's move on to the small negative points: The room was noted with a double bed when it was in fact 2 single beds, the walls are thin so if you have very noisy neighbors this could perhaps bother you, the room bathroom smelled a little musty too. However, despite these small “flaws” we had a great time and a great night in this hotel located just a few minutes from the slopes!! I recommend this place!

25/08/2024: No air conditioning in the room, but the ice cream quality is decent, the food was delicious and there was a nice terrace. Breakfast simple but good

16/08/2024: Stayed overnight during a heat wave. No air conditioning and the fan did not work. Didn't have a good night with 2 small children Other than that everything was fine. Nice meal! Lots of wasps outside

25/05/2024: Excuses granted for beginners in the profession. Be careful, aperitifs served without ice cubes and nothing to snack on. Wine already served in the glasses, could not taste the wine... Starters arrived without bread or drink. All the dishes lacked pep, too bad. We will return in a while to see if time has allowed any improvements. Otherwise the setting and decor are great.

07/03/2024: We were received with 6 children and 3 dads for an unexpected lunch. A very friendly welcome and impeccable service. We highly recommend!

08/09/2024: Certainly the setting is magnificent in front of the lake, too bad this place is ruined by a rude, disrespectful room manager, who has no control at all and Who I think should for the remaining years possibly think about a change of profession to no longer be in contact with customers. The other servers are professional and smiling, they do their best. A family moment with children which turns into a fiasco thanks to this gentleman, I do not thank you and above all I do not recommend this place

06/09/2024: Well located hotel. Clean rooms. Pleasant welcome but few services after 6 p.m. and before 8 a.m. average breakfast toaster does not work. Fair price/quality.

31/08/2024: Well located hotel but room not soundproofed. Very noisy at night compared to people in other rooms. And not very clean. 1 balcony window that does not open. Not to repeat the experience

15/08/2024: Restaurant implanté dans un cadre idyllique au cœur du centre thermale. Personnel très gentil. Repas excellent. Le seul bémol est le service très long…. Il semblerais que ce soit là il y ai eu un problème de four, donc l’attente est compréhensive. Malgré cela je recommande cette adresse

15/08/2024: Na 1 uur wachten op onze bestelling kwam men eindelijk vragen wat we eigenlijk besteld hadden ,nog eens 15 min later eindelijk eenvoudig eten ,nagerecht besteld ,half uurtje gewacht komt men ons vertellen dat helaas slagroom machine stuk is en het iets langer zal duren , nog kwartier gewacht dan betaald zonder nagerecht,zeer klungelige bediening iedereen liep als kip zonder kop rond echt heel erg , als ik zo mijn horeca bedrijf had gerund zou ik wel zeer snel op de fles geweest zijn Sorry moest me even van het hart
