Catastrophe le produit ne correspondait pas à la photo du catalogue les légumes coupés bien trop gros il n' y avait pas le nombre de brochettes comme indiqué et tout ça pour 42 euros
C est les poules de mon petit fils qui les a mangé

09/09/2024: We had dinner on August 11 in this restaurant, beautiful decor, young but inefficient staff, it was missing this evening, I think some supervision, the dishes were good, although not very hot, it remains a beautiful place
01/09/2024: Overpriced, very average cuisine. If you are not strong or old, you will find better in Gérardmer.
In short, move on!
Admire the presentation of the gourmet coffee for €10.

20/08/2024: Accueil très sympathique. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Menu du jour et carte avec des produits frais et au maximum de proximité. Originalité dans les vins. Mérite le détour réservation conseillée.

10/09/2024: Nous avons organisé notre repas de baptême pour 40 personnes à l'auberge des Hetz et nous avons été ravis. Nous étions déjà venu il y a 6 ans pour notre premier enfant et malgré le changement de propriétaire entre temps pour était très bien.
La cuisine est très bonne et le chef s'adapte à nos envies pour l'organisation, la décoration de la table etc...
Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons également en plus petit comité.

12/09/2024: They hold you without a smile, we don't ask you to cook the meat which tastes like it's burning, at the next table we offer the mustard, we don't from the entrance, the rest I'm left with a taste like it's burning!!!! !

12/09/2024: Very poorly received, not pleasant at all! As for the meal, really so-so compared to the price! I don't recommend at all!
08/09/2024: New dinner at Bon Gîte and as succulent as ever (special mentions for the snail vol au vent with dill and the Grenoble-style pan-fried scallops); deserves a Bib gourmand.
Regulars and coming especially from Remiremont, we also appreciate the warm welcome and the impeccable service.
Looking forward to our next dinner.

10/09/2024: Finally a real and good Italian restaurant in the Vosges!
Lovers of Italian cuisine, we stopped to eat on the terrace, a nice setting with the river right next to it. Always disappointed when I order a risotto in restaurants in France, I wanted to try it in this one. And the surprise! Perfect cooking, spices, sauce, octopus and fresh prawns! A delight! Finally a risotto that has flavor, that is not shaved, we are used to having. We see that there is a cook who knows and loves what he does. My wife and our son had pizzas, nothing to complain about, dough, ingredients and cooking, welcome to Italy (and even there we don't often have this quality).
In short, we will return and highly recommend
26/08/2024: For those who criticize this place both in terms of the wait and the quality of the dishes, I will happily tell them that they should only go to a fast food restaurant and not to a restaurant! We have been customers for several years and this restaurant is at the top both in the quality of the dishes and in the welcome. We eat seasonal products, many from local producers or from Italy.
Better to book because this is a very popular restaurant and it’s not for nothing

The manager is just exceptional, this little woman and just sunny.
I recommend this establishment 10,000%, very nice decor, a very pleasant welcome.
24/08/2024: Regular customer of the brasserie, super nice atmosphere, very pleasant owner. Ideal place to have a good time, bachelorette party, great place there. I recommend this place even for packages.

A rare meat that arrives well cooked (they changed it for us), 45 minutes before we take our order even though it is very quiet, not really any real shade on the terrace, the card that must be requested and cutlery too. As for the card... A cloth of stained leaves...
31/08/2024: We had a good time in this restaurant. The staff is smiling and full of humor, it's a pleasure. The server was friendly from the beginning to the end of our meal and with all the tables even though there were people. We are delighted with our meals, we ate very well (reblochonnade and flam munster). We ate in a good atmosphere. We recommend this establishment.
