06/04/2024: Typical bistro in Saint-Émilion with a lot of tradition, where we were able to enjoy traditional dishes such as Foie-gras in red wine, a charcuterie board, a Prime Rib or a Confit Lamb Shoulder; all made with local products and respecting temporality. Be careful with wine prices.

Maybe slightly increased in price, but you pay for the location.

Patatas bravas is simply a slice of warm potato with tomato on top. 4€ overpriced

24/03/2024: Little choice on the menu, after ordering they realize that there is no more burger. Very pleasant and friendly waiter but the manager is very uncommercial. Annoyed because we arrived 10 minutes late; when we ask him to share the bill, he complains, we have to calculate it ourselves... For the price a little disappointed

17/10/2023: Big disappointment! The entrecote was overcooked as well as the veal chop, the new potatoes undercooked. The waitress did her best to make up for the behavior of the owner of the place, who was very unfriendly, even bordering on unpleasant!!
27/09/2023: Expected a lot more looking at the reviews and pictures. The lamb chop was ok, service very slow and not very attentive.

02/04/2024: Wow! A wonderful place among the rocks; in fact, the indoor dining room is inside them. And it has a terrace with beautiful views of Saint Emilion. The food is super product and enjoyable. We have also honored ourselves with local grand cru wine. We have been like queens!

05/04/2024: I don't usually leave reviews but this restaurant is worth it.
We had two coqs au vin for lunch and it was DELICIOUS! The service was impeccable and the staff was super pleasant and gave us good recommendations on the dishes/wine but also on the dessert because I was terribly undecided.
I went back there in the afternoon for a drink, which allowed me to see the waitress from lunch again; she was very pleasant and very sociable. We talked a lot about various subjects.
I will return there without any doubt during my next visit to Saint-Émilion.
I highly recommend.

07/02/2024: Restaurant as pleasant as it is on the palate. Well-presented plates: well-selected and cooked products. Flexible, friendly restaurateurs.
03/02/2024: We entered the restaurant to ask if it was possible to have a drink without having made a reservation. There was no more room but the way the waitress announced it to us by throwing us out and literally slamming the door in our faces was unacceptable. It is certain that such a welcome made us no longer want to return to this place one day.

23/03/2024: Come on weekend and after visiting the monolithic church. Nice little restaurant on the square, good value for money, well received by the waitress Coralie. The downside, their manager who forgot to smile and only makes comments to his servers in front of customers... Not professional.

02/04/2024: We decided on Easter weekend to stop at this bistro to drink a chocolate, a coffee or something else. The welcome was not very warm, especially since we were made to change places, you were not served coffee. almost cold and a cup of chocolate of approximately 8 centilitres with 6 cl of mousse of course also cold it is a tourist bistro unfortunately, I am part of the Bordeaux region and I am disappointed to see that there are still addresses like this
26/03/2024: Superb pizza enjoyed this weekend after the Saint Emilion race. We had La Clocher with a little local drink, it was great!
