26/04/2026: A simply perfect meal from aperitif to coffee, including the starter, main course, and dessert: the ingredients (fresh and high-quality), the flavors, the presentation, the warm welcome, the efficient service, and the price. Special mention goes to the asparagus risotto. The icing on the cake: the pleasure of seeing Philippe Merle again! Hats off to you, sir!

30/01/2026: The grilled food cooked in the fireplace is delicious, and I always receive a warm welcome. A reliable choice for lunch or dinner. Easy to get to, excellent in its simplicity. We'll gladly return. The live music evenings are also very enjoyable.

This is our second time here, and I loved both burgers I tried!
The portions are generous, and you can take home any leftovers in a container they give you ☺️👍
Seriously, if you're vegan, it's a great place.
You can eat in, and I think they also do takeout.
Friendly and welcoming staff ☺️

10/05/2026: A delicious breakfast; the price might seem high to some, but after spending several days in the city, you realize it's well worth it. The specialty coffee was some of the best I've had in the city. I highly recommend it, and if we return to Toulouse, it will definitely be a must-visit for us.
