10/09/2024: The pizza is just what you expect. A tall, filling dough, it is certainly not a gourmet pizzeria, but a chain that works all over the world, so there is little to complain about. I would probably lower the prices, completely too high.

08/08/2024: deplorable reception, lack of information, aggressive staff and no quality of listening: essential reservation of a parking space (for €15), I had validated this option on the Booking website. During Check Out, nothing was said to me about this, and a few minutes later, the Jeanne d'Arc car park charged me the maximum rate of €25 per night (!). So back to the hotel to understand and assert the fact that I had followed the indicated process: the young woman who answered me claimed that a phone call from me to the parking lot was missing for my reservation to be recorded . Still, I should have been informed of such a necessity. What's more, the hotel had the capacity to sell me directly - the Parking Department confirmed this to me - a parking space, according to the rate negotiated between Ibis and QPark. They did not do it. This person just responded to me with the greatest contempt. Thank you IBIS.

But frankly, regarding the quality of the products and the wine.... Then you have to choose, good and expensive, or not very good and not very expensive. Come on. We'll say that's enough 😉
