16/08/2026: We had the €16 set menu. And it was excellent value for money. I didn't expect to eat so well for such a low price.

04/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant on Friday evening and what a disappointment… The menu looked quite appealing for €16, a reasonable price for an affordable set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, and the reviews on Google were rather positive. We were invited to eat inside as there was no room outside, which was fine with us. The interior… Everything was a haphazard, haphazard affair, to put it bluntly… The service was catastrophic. They forgot to bring us our drinks, asked how we wanted our duck breast cooked, and when we said medium-rare, it was overcooked. They didn't have a proper knife for cutting meat, and the bread was stale. The salad was mediocre at best, but for the price we paid, we didn't complain. The toilets were in a deplorable state… The customers who went in before us had the same disgusted look on their faces. No toilet flush button, a broken tap, a very dirty floor… and when we arrived to pay, a bin overflowing with bread – unprofessional to put that right in front of customers' faces… Furthermore, if we hadn't eaten inside or had gone to the restroom, we would have said, "It's not amazing, but for €16 for the set menu, it's acceptable." But considering everything, we even think we paid too much for what it was. We weren't being unpleasant because that's not how we operate, but I still feel it's important to highlight our experience given the many positive reviews that we don't understand.

06/10/2025: Francis and Albane ran this restaurant for a good twenty years. A magnificent, organic restaurant, very popular. The story of a lifetime. Bought by the Chapelier brothers, who closed it after eight months and sold it for a Chinese restaurant. A disaster. A financial operation?

19/07/2026: The opening hours are convenient, and the pastries and breads offered a good variety and some originality. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the viennoiseries. The saleswoman was pleasant and charming.

09/08/2026: I only use the tobacco counter, legendary for its ridiculously long opening hours! The atmosphere is a bit unpredictable depending on the staff and their mood, but I have lots of good memories, like singing along to David Bowie songs, or asking each other how I am. An institution!

28/08/2026: No menu of the day offered during the summer time. You then end up playing 40 euros instead of 25 euros. Such a disgrace. Marriot should at least offer a summer menu based on all year long dishes.

19/08/2026: A very warm welcome, delicious and promptly served meal. The terrace is lovely and the service efficient. Overall, a very good experience!

05/09/2026: I just went through the drive-thru today, September 5th, at 4 PM. At the self-service kiosk, I was served by an extremely enthusiastic and polite woman. When it came time to pay, I was met by a young woman who was so beautiful and so pleasant that it's worth mentioning.

06/08/2026: This café is my go-to spot before or after a movie, or before catching the metro. And I've been going there for over 10 years! Never disappointed. The drinks, hot or cold, are excellent, and when I sometimes have lunch there, I'm in for a treat: the place truly lives up to its name! On sunny days, the terrace with its view of the basilica is lovely. The rest of the year, you can enjoy the cozy and bright interior, complete with great music. There are also board games and comics. Finally, the staff are wonderful and incredibly patient, especially when I show up with my two little monsters... 😋

22/08/2026: A very enjoyable lunch. The lamb kebab was excellent. And the homemade sauce was a real treat. I highly recommend it and wish you another 27 years... and many more! ❤️

19/08/2026: Excellent kebabs. The owner is attentive to his food and his customers. I've been coming here regularly for years. The quality is consistently high. A place well worth a visit!

11/09/2026: The pizzas were decent for Domino's, the service was very friendly and welcoming, but the €3.50 cheesy bonus being forgotten is slightly unacceptable. €3.50 for the lowest quality cheese possible is already bad enough... But to have nothing else added, I admit the profit margin must be enormous.

10/09/2026: My order was delayed, but they made me believe it would be ready soon! Otherwise, everything else was fine! Aside from the lack of honesty I'd like to find here (I don't mind if an order is a little late, as long as they tell me straight up), the staff are friendly, and the pizza is great too! As for the offers, the Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays are interesting for me! They offered me a free drink as an apology.

10/09/2026: ⭐ 0/5 Three boxes of fries, and all three were burnt. Not just "a little overcooked": burnt, black, and with a charcoal taste. Honestly, it takes some doing to mess up three portions of fries this badly. You have to wonder if anyone even took two seconds to check what they were putting in the boxes before sending them out. We order food, not leftovers from the fryer. Some of the fries were literally inedible. And the worst part is, apparently no one found it shameful enough not to serve them. One burnt fry can be a mistake. Three burnt boxes is negligence. If you can't even serve properly cooked fries, I'd rather not imagine the rest. Very bad experience. Money wasted on food you can't even eat. Avoid.

22/07/2026: Hello, this is a small, charming place. The food is very good, and the service is excellent. They have an Afghan employee who was very attentive; he came to our table perhaps five times before we finished eating to ask if we needed anything. Thank you.
