02/09/2026: A small, unassuming restaurant, but the food is excellent, and the staff—servers and cooks alike—are very kind. I wanted a pizza, but they were out of pasta. They told me the wait would be long and suggested I order something else. I will definitely be back to try their pizzas. When I hear that they prefer not to sell pizzas and make their pasta from scratch, I find that perfectly understandable. They warned me about the wait time and gave me advice if I didn't want to wait. So, it's a restaurant I'll return to as often as possible. A bit pricey, but that's France, and there are overhead costs.

20/08/2026: A 35-minute wait for an inedible pizza, and there was no one else there. Unpleasant service. The pizza was overcooked and tasted like soap (gizzard). The hot sauce was two months past its expiration date. And I'm not even a picky eater. Frankly disgusting. Zero

01/09/2026: Plant-based options: yes, but no choice… I asked for plant-based milk and received no information about what it was; I could have a soy allergy or something else :( The chai was also very bland, so I was disappointed! I won't be going back.

16/09/2026: As a regular customer of this McDonald's, I order because I want to, not because I need to. Yet, after four orders placed through the McDo+ app, I've had four orders with errors. A few examples: - a Double Cheeseburger ordered without ketchup, specifically because it was for my diabetic wife: request not honored; - a Large Chicago ordered as a Double with Bacon, received as a single and Spicy; - a salad delivered without dressing; - and tonight, simply the wrong sandwich in a McDeal meal, and missing potato sauce. The first few times, I received a partial refund. Tonight, I'm told a refund is impossible. And that's probably what bothers me the most: when you order remotely, customer service seems to be limited to a chatbot that repeatedly answers "no," whereas in a restaurant, no one would argue that a different product than the one ordered should be replaced or refunded. An incorrect order is not a correctly executed order. If you order a car in a certain color and receive a different one, or a pair of shoes in the wrong size, the retailer doesn't consider the sale valid simply because they delivered something. A one-off mistake happens, and I can perfectly understand that. Four orders, four mistakes, followed by a complaints process that yields no satisfactory solution—this is no longer an isolated incident. It's particularly regrettable for a regular customer who simply wants to be able to order with confidence, knowing they'll receive… what they ordered. At this level of repetition, the service is unfortunately deplorable.

05/09/2026: I just went through the drive-thru today, September 5th, at 4 PM. At the self-service kiosk, I was served by an extremely enthusiastic and polite woman. When it came time to pay, I was met by a young woman who was so beautiful and so pleasant that it's worth mentioning.

08/08/2026: A very bad experience. I felt that people of color were not treated the same as other customers. The welcome was cold, and we were refused entry by the bouncer (who was of North African descent) without a clear explanation, while other people were admitted. If this type of treatment is related to origin or skin color, it is unacceptable. I hope that management will take this situation seriously and ensure that all customers are welcomed with respect and without discrimination.

14/09/2026: I'm changing my review because there's been a decline in the quality of the food. The restaurant seems to have had some great years, but no effort is being made to maintain that level. It really feels like the ingredients are of poor quality and that no care is taken in their preparation. I'll come back in a few weeks, as I might have just caught them on an off day.

30/08/2026: Very disappointed with the quality. The sushi buffet was practically empty and not very clean. In short, I was very disappointed for the price I paid. It seemed to me that it was much better a few years ago...

07/06/2026: My son and I came today at lunchtime. I ordered two chicken tacos, but the man at the register, who wore glasses, took my order hastily, phone in hand, and we only realized when we got home that he had given us kebabs instead. It's really unfortunate.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed. I booked a prestige room for €200 with a "king-size bed" (on Booking.com) and ended up with two single beds pushed together. No fridge due to "environmental concerns," and besides, the fridge was very hot and dirty. No bottled water in the rooms, towels too small, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, quite a bit of dust, and no kettle even though herbal tea and tea were on the courtesy tray. The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

03/04/2026: A very good experience at this hotel. After my stay, I realized a week later that I had left my jacket in my room. I contacted them immediately, and they checked and confirmed it was there. They then sent it to me via Chronopost. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. The welcome was truly fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, which is very good and offers generous portions.
