Les meilleurs restaurants en Haute-Marne

14/06/2026: For a tasty kebab, located close to Burger King and the Inn Design hotel. Takeaway or eat-in. Not luxurious, but very friendly and tasty kebab.

29/03/2026: A very kind, generous, and polite lady. Excellent kebab; I highly recommend this place.

31/05/2026: From the outside, this place doesn't look like much. Inside, what a surprise! A warm and friendly welcome from the hostess. A special Mother's Day menu. Many thoughtful touches throughout the meal were much appreciated. The delicious dishes were served with great care. My only regret was the slightly high bill. I highly recommend this restaurant.

20/05/2026: Thank you, a wonderful lunchtime experience, a magical culinary experience, and exceptional service and welcome! We will be back and I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: The dishes are sophisticated! Very good

28/06/2026: Excellent service with a superb team, the brunch was also fantastic – it was my first time and an exceptional discovery. Congratulations.

10/09/2026: Intimate, attentive, and delightful 🤩😍🥰😘

09/09/2026: I've been getting my sushi from them for a few years now. The atmosphere is great, the welcome is warm, the quality is top-notch, and the portions are more than generous—you definitely get your money's worth! I'll go back without hesitation and I highly recommend them!

22/07/2026: One of the few stops on the N65 accessible with a truck or caravan like ours. Traditional, hearty and inexpensive meals, friendly and efficient staff – perfect for a meal and a rest on the road.

17/06/2026: Had a tasty meal for a good price, customer-friendly staff, fast service despite the crowds, hats off!

05/05/2026: Thank you to Gaël for his service. Very friendly, warm, and professional! See you soon ☺️

03/05/2026: We came to rediscover it ^^ Well, I preferred it before because it really felt like we were in the States; now the new style is rather bland. The atmosphere is still quite dark, and the table lighting is too harsh. We were very satisfied with the main course. However, the service was far too slow. We had to find the waitress again to get our order, and we waited almost 30 minutes for dessert... We asked for extras to add to our chosen set menus, and once we got to the register, they told us it wasn't profitable for them and recalculated everything à la carte. Not great! And on top of that, there was a lack of friendliness from those two twin sisters at the bar...

07/06/2026: Excellent in every way, professional and attentive

03/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in the evening. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Even a swimming pool. Clean and very quiet rooms. This is our third visit (2024, 2025, 2026), and the quality remains consistent!

25/07/2026: Hello Since Olivier and Françoise left, I hadn't yet had a drink at Le Cantarel. I finally did, but sitting on the terrace, no one came to serve me, so I headed to the bar... a half-hearted greeting... I ordered two beers, which were poured into two plastic cups, and it cost 4 euros per cup. To each their own, but frankly, it was pathetic. In short, I won't be repeating the experience... I miss the Royer family.

11/07/2026: A great find today during a motorcycle ride. We needed a bit of refreshment and something to eat. We found just what we were looking for at Le Cantarel, with a very friendly welcome and service. Thank you!

12/01/2026: There's no menu, no service, no hygiene, in short... keep walking!

11/01/2026: The restaurant was clean, but the prices were a bit too high for what was served. For example, the meat with potato (just one portion) was small, and I don't know the weight of the piece of meat. The staff was pleasant.

05/05/2026: A one-night stop during our road trip: our motorcycles were safely stored 👌👌 Dinner wasn't offered (we were informed of this when booking due to an exceptional closure), but there are several restaurants nearby. However, breakfast wasn't provided (we only found out upon arrival), but they did provide us with everything we needed to start our day well in our room.

13/04/2026: Welcoming hotel. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

24/09/2026: Exceptionally attentive and friendly service! And the food was delicious. The burger with Langres cheese was especially good!

15/09/2026: Hello, this is the third time we've come with friends. The waitress is unpleasant; she tells us they close at 1 p.m. and makes us pay immediately upon arrival. I will never come back with my friends.

24/09/2026: Always very happy to go there, coffee, newspapers available and food always very good.

10/09/2026: Morning shift staff got up on the wrong side of the bed 🤔

16/09/2026: The welcome was fine, the food was very good, the pasta could have used a little more salt but no problem, it can be added.

15/09/2026: Hello. ☺️ I deleted and edited my previous comment because, apart from a few minor disappointments mentioned last time, the vast majority of our visits have been enjoyable, filled with sharing and delicious meals, and the loyalty offers are very attractive! Thank you to Jennifer for her previous reply and for being so accommodating. Looking forward to it. Sarah
