17/05/2026: Cafelatteglace was a hot cappuccino… despite asking, they insisted it was an iced latte. There were 6 chicken nuggets, but only 5!! Wasted half an hour! The positive thing was that the nuggets were freshly fried.

16/05/2026: Unacceptable, a 50-minute wait for two drinks and a milkshake. Especially since after 20 minutes we asked the waitress if she had forgotten about us…

29/11/2025: Excellent restaurant. The menu, with its wide variety, made it difficult to choose, with four or five very tempting starters, and the same for the main course and desserts. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

30/04/2026: A pleasant and very well-located hotel, very close to the center and especially to the thermal baths park, which I was lucky enough to have a view of. However, it's a real shame that reception is only open until 7 pm, which is hardly convenient for a business trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable; only the television, with its virtually nonexistent reception and poor-quality screens, slightly detracts from the experience. The bed, however, is very comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I believe this hotel definitely deserves a return visit.

26/04/2026: I would have liked to give a good rating because the room, the welcome, the quiet atmosphere, and the explanations were excellent, but this afternoon (Sunday, April 26th), we wanted to have a drink on the terrace and left after a 20-minute wait. Not a single greeting. The waiter walked past us three times, then the waitress took everyone's order, even though they arrived well after us, despite my wife calling out to us. We'll keep the address, but only for sleeping... For everything else, we'll be going elsewhere.

13/12/2025: I drove 40 minutes on a Saturday evening to arrive at 8 pm, even though the establishment was listed as open online. Once there: the door was closed, no information was given about the closure, and no one answered the phone, not even a message to let me know. A lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

05/02/2026: Disappointed, limited variety (choice of fries or potatoes), and bland. However, the staff were very kind and helpful. A shame! And if it's too crowded, the wait at the table is far too long.

13/05/2026: A warm and inviting place, the manager is polite, friendly, and makes sure everything is going well during the meal. I decided to try the aperitif of the day (which was alcoholic), and as someone who never drinks, I'm very happy with my choice. As a Franche-Comté native and a huge fan of "La Belle Étoile" cancoillotte cheese (the only one I can eat), I was pleasantly surprised by the one served with my meal: I was fooled by its almost identical taste (it's a regional product). As for dessert, it was simply exquisite: homemade chocolate mousse... What a treat! 😋😋 On top of all that, the price is reasonable. I couldn't have dreamed of a better date night! I highly recommend this restaurant, whether with friends, family, or even alone; the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like a cozy home.

13/05/2026: A truly sumptuous restaurant, the temperature is pleasant thanks to the stove in the dining room. The place is very clean and quiet. The manager cooks and serves everything himself – a huge congratulations to him! The dishes are beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The price is reasonable for two people: €71 including a main course, an aperitif, a snack during the meal, and dessert. The manager is simply an incredible person, very polite and kind, attentive to his customers, and a bonus for the local Cancoillotte cheese. I highly recommend this place, whether you're with family or on a romantic date. One thing is for sure: I will definitely be back!
