08/05/2026: We stopped by today, and what a pleasant surprise! Home-style cooking prepared with exceptional skill. We ordered three different dishes, and everything was perfect. The location is ideal for both truckers and tourists, and the welcome was warm. There are plenty of options for seating, both inside and out. A must-try! Plus, the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous! Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness.

07/04/2026: We only had a coffee. Very friendly staff. If we have the opportunity again while passing through, we'd gladly come back.

27/09/2026: 1:10 min to receive a sandwich, the staff doesn't take you into consideration and is rude, there is no worse fast food

26/09/2026: I waited half an hour at the drive-thru on a weekday evening when there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. I had to get out of my car to ask why... the response was very unpleasant, the reason being that there were only 3 of us... Today, Saturday at 2 pm, the overwhelmed staff were getting angry with the customers, clearly unable to cope with an unexpected surge in customers.

17/07/2026: An excellent baguette. I live a long way from home, but I'll pop in from time to time. Paris-Brest was less successful. The dough was quite hard, and the cream was a bit too thin. It's probably a side effect of the heat. I'll try it again in the fall. I'll be back.

16/05/2026: It's very good, very good service, and inexpensive.

27/09/2026: An idyllic setting by a pond, peaceful... and that's it! A set menu for €58, you're quickly seated, asked what you'd like as an aperitif without knowing what's on offer... in fact, nothing special, just a Jupiler beer from the PMU (a French betting shop) with nothing to nibble on! (Remember, €58 is the mandatory set menu!) Once you've ordered, they tell you they're out of Coke. After a while, they ask if you've chosen! "Well, no, how does it work?" Oh yes, there's a chalkboard behind you with four starters and four main courses (which you can find in a small restaurant for €35!). So, don't bring children because it's €15 and there's nothing for them; it's just a dish with a winemaker's sauce! The wait between the starter and the main course was interminable... The side dish was just a simple mashed potato to share. And then we were told that a dish was missing, they were out of pike!! So it was replaced with perch...nice, simple, and bland! The interior of this old farmhouse is beautiful and warm... It's a shame we felt so uncomfortable there. The owner was running around, shouting at his waitresses, asking if we were okay but not caring, he'd already left by the time we answered... and the poor waitresses, they were running around, sweating profusely, and one even left in tears... Definitely a place to avoid if you want to have a good time and eat well for your money... What a shame.

27/09/2026: If you have children, avoid this place! My 4-year-old daughter waited two hours for her main course and watched us eat our starters... The children's dish? Meat cooked in a wine sauce, perfect! She didn't eat a thing, and all this for a price that exceeds the standard children's menus at other restaurants, which include a drink and dessert. I had to change my other daughter's diaper on a table; there was no changing table. Children are clearly not welcome in this establishment, which is a real shame! But that's not all. After taking my order, they only told me—just as the dishes were being served—that they didn't have my dish, so they were cooking something else for me... I watched my family eat while waiting for my dish, which was incredibly bland, probably pulled out of the freezer at the last minute to cobble together something worth €58. I would have loved some more mashed potatoes, but the owner had already left before I could ask for anything. The atmosphere was icy among the servers; they were shouting, running around, dishes and tableware were being thrown, and the good cheer vanished with the rush. Was this a one-off, or is it always like this? In any case, we were glad to leave. It's a shame, because the concept is nice: a set menu featuring fresh, local produce, an idyllic setting... but next time it'll be a picnic in our backpacks; at least my daughter will have something to eat!

27/09/2026: A cockroach during our meal… and, above all, an incomprehensible reaction from the manager. While we were eating, we spotted a cockroach. We immediately alerted the waiter, who passed the information on to the manager. From that moment on, it was difficult for me to continue eating. My appetite was completely ruined. Yet, we didn't make a scene. When it came time to pay the bill, I simply wanted to mention it discreetly to the manager, out of respect for the other customers. His reaction left me even more perplexed than the incident itself: he pretended not to hear my comment. Not a word, not an apology, not even a genuine acknowledgment of what we had just reported. Seeing a cockroach in a restaurant is already particularly unpleasant. But when a customer takes the trouble to report the problem calmly and discreetly, the least they can do is listen and react professionally. An establishment can encounter an incident. What truly reveals his seriousness is how he handles it. In our case, it is precisely this lack of reaction that transforms a bad experience into a frankly unacceptable one.

18/05/2026: Excellent value for money. The meal was superb from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent value for money. The room was functional and clean. On-site parking. The breakfast was very varied, with high-quality products. We will definitely return if we are ever in Luxeuil-les-Bains.

06/09/2026: Very good coffee. I was able to listen to Calogero right next door because I couldn't get a seat. (I PLAY MUSIC) So, acoustically, it was well-positioned. I had a waffle which was pretty good, but nothing special. The homemade lemonade didn't taste as lemony as the lemon diabolo, which was very good. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the welcome and staff are very warm. The prices are quite reasonable for a café in a small town center. There was, however, a drug addict bothering a café employee; he even tried to steal her dessert. So I looked at him with my destructive charm, and he looked away. The person sitting across from me was very cute; I have a crush. Please find me her contact information. Go there without hesitation; it's a great café!!

14/06/2026: Good restaurant. It's a shame there's no air conditioning. It was hot in the dining room. I really enjoyed the chicken supreme with morels.

09/07/2026: The pizza was very good. The crust was thin and the toppings were generous. It only took 10 minutes to prepare, which was quite quick in my opinion.

20/05/2026: Simple, homemade cuisine for the daily special and set menu. The sauerkraut was very generously topped, and the tart was made with seasonal fruit. Prices were very reasonable. The dining room features a beautifully restored original stone vault.

23/08/2026: Returning from vacation, we stopped at this restaurant quite by chance. It was full, but the staff at the reception were able to find us a table. Good food, friendly and quick service. Pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it.
