23/11/2024: Lunch on a Sunday noon with my family! A very nice discovery, we were looking for a place to eat around 1:30 p.m. and when I came across this address, I was able to reserve a slot to eat at 2 p.m. When we arrived at the front, the owner came out to welcome us and install us upstairs. In terms of reception, very warm, simple and fast service! The waitress was kind and attentive to the end! If you want to try a dish, the salmon burger is a pure delight! We ate very well, the generous proportions also for the children's menus! Modern decoration and warm atmosphere! An address to discover without delay!!! ☺️

17/11/2024: We went on a Saturday afternoon to eat waffles and hot chocolate. Powdered chocolate from Carrefour (box on counter) the price is bad and we waited a good 15 minutes for a super hard waffle. Even when understaffed, according to the manager, an effort must be made. On the other hand, the servers work well.

18/10/2024: Good evening I would like to say that the bearded man puts up with a lot of things especially the unpleasant customers, frankly not changing anything the team and at the top lolotte every morning we have a laugh, the boss is always great and has good tips for winning bets. 18/08/2024: Easy tent just before the Crest bridge. We were there on Saturday morning and you could only order a coffee or something to drink. They didn't have breakfast which I thought was a shame. It is busy there. But there are nicer restaurants in the center. It is also quite busy here with traffic. Dogs are welcome on the terrace

15/12/2024: Good food and well served. Lots of variety for all tastes. Fast service and friendliness from all staff.

04/12/2024: The pizzas are very good. Smiling staff. Continuous service

04/09/2024: Smash Burger was more like a Double Cheeseburger, the burgers in general are pretty dry. The waiting time for getting your food after ordering it was really long, almost an hour. The food came almost cold. No toilet seats, if you have to go on the toilet you sit on the dirty bowl.

14/12/2024: End of year company meal, boss as pleasant and communicative as ever, very good food (tagine with tomato jam 👍👍)

11/12/2024: To flee!!!! The manager was in a hurry that we had barely placed our order when he came to take our order. He attacked us because we asked questions and snatched the menu from our hands. We left without ordering and without talking about the prices... PS: yes next time I will go eat a hamburger which will be better than eating leftovers that we put on our plates

26/07/2024: The waiter dropped all the drinks ordered on my colleague's back, her whole back was soaked. To apologize, they decided to give the rest of the glass drinks that fell to the ground and were broken to my 8 year old daughters at the risk of them swallowing a piece of glass (I understood this when paying). The very arrogant person behind the bar makes no commercial gesture to my colleague and I should thank him for collecting the remains of a broken glass bottle and giving to my children according to him. What a shame

25/07/2024: Forced commercial gesture. After the waiter spilled almost the entire bottle of lemonade on my back, (soaked from my back to the f***) I had to fight verbally to avoid having to pay my drink (5 euros a diabolo) . As the manager was not on site, his two employees removed themselves from all responsibility. Deplorable service... to avoid

17/09/2024: It’s a disaster at Fidel Berger! You have to wait 1/2 hour to be served! Not a regard for the customer and a poor server who does what he can. Everything is lost!

14/09/2024: Very unwelcoming and not much memory especially on the change even 50 cents for a cappuccino en.pkus disgusting its lack of consideration and vigor especially before taking a tgv I have been coming to Annecy for years frankly for a breakfast cheaper and better there are better elsewhere too bad now it's yield and money you even have to limit yourself to asking for your change it's sad for the service it's true that the little people don't have wealth they must not have much good luck

28/08/2024: TO RUN AWAY! If you have lactose intolerance, or simply prefer your coffee with a different milk. This will contain all the milks displayed on the menu. Let me explain. I watch the person at the bar prepare the coffees, she pours cow's milk into a pot to heat it, I then notice that the young girl pours the rest of the hot milk into the carton and puts it back in the fridge after having poured some milk in the coffee 🤢 and then, in the same pot, which has not been cleaned, she pours a vegetable milk and again, pours the rest of the hot milk into the brick. Let me tell you that at the end of the day, in the milk cartons, you have 4 different kinds of milk, heated, cooled and reheated, it's disgusting! It's a shame when we notice that she has several pots and that she could therefore use one for each different milk... and out of pity we don't put the still hot milk back into the cold carton to reheat it for 5 min later 🤦🏼‍♀️are you just from the profession? Between that and the tables not being clean...very mediocre food for the price. Go on your way, there are much better options just a few steps from the...

27/08/2024: Not a very warm atmosphere. Too expensive for the price-quality ratio. Miniature meals. Spoon not very clean.

24/11/2024: Je suis très déçu, cliente abituelle, je garde une mauvaise expérience de ce restaurant ce soir, le restaurant a affiché des prix ne correspondait pas aux produits, j’en ai fait part au gérant qui m’a prise de haut et même pas fait un geste commercial. Ne reviendrai plus la bas.

27/11/2024: The Tacos are clearly the size of a sauce. The quantity-price ratio is not there. Luckily the can was fresh.

09/11/2024: As its name suggests, BockCafe does not serve coffee. Arriving at noon at 5 for a drink, the bar owner pushed us towards the exit because he didn't have time between his cigarette and his glass of white wine.
