13/08/2026: I ordered the Crousty pizza for delivery, and I ended up with severe food poisoning! The product wasn't fresh…

11/08/2026: It's a complete disaster! When we arrived, the heat inside was over 35 degrees Celsius (like a sauna)... pizzas are supposed to be universally appealing, so it shouldn't be complicated for them to respect the cooking times and especially the oven temperatures... but nothing was respected, and we ended up with literally burnt pizzas! Avoid this place at all costs! My mistake? Not checking the reviews beforehand! The wait? An hour for two burnt pizzas...

11/08/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here. I had le flan ratatouille with salad. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the chicken caesar salad and she was very happy with it. We felt welcomed by staff and the value for money was exceptional. We will return again soon.

08/08/2026: I bought an ice cream 🍦, probably the most expensive ice cream in Annecy: €4.50 for a scoop!!! It's supposedly handmade, or at least that's what it says on the boxes 🤣 which come from the factory. You can find much cheaper options elsewhere with friendlier service. In short, I strongly advise against it.

28/06/2026: A pleasant setting and a warm welcome. The food is very good and prepared with care. It's a place I recommend for a guaranteed pleasant experience.

05/04/2026: Disappointing experience. The duck was served undercooked (nearly raw) and the sauce was extremely salty. The burgers were heavy and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the staff cleared away my full plate without a single question, suggesting a lack of communication between the floor and the kitchen. Additional issues like "off" tasting mayo and missing table seasonings made for a poor meal. Great atmosphere, but the culinary standards are not there.

20/08/2026: We used to have lunch there in a place that combined friendliness and a family atmosphere, but everything has deteriorated: the food, the dishes, and the service (no water or bread, you have to ask). It's very sad, but they've lost two customers today.

19/08/2026: We came here for dinner and ordered a jug of red wine, a king prawn risotto, and three pizzas. Unfortunately, our experience started badly with the wine. The first jug had a thin layer of white foam on top and tasted awful, as if it had been sitting out since lunchtime. We asked for a replacement, and thankfully the second jug was much better. The wine glasses were also visibly unclean, which did little to inspire confidence in the restaurant's hygiene standards. Things got worse with the king prawn risotto. When I tasted one of the prawns, it had a strong ammonia taste and smell, which is a clear sign that seafood has gone bad. I couldn't believe it at first, so I tried another bite and immediately felt sick. The prawns were clearly spoiled. We informed the waiter and asked him to smell the risotto himself. He took it away and later returned to apologise, which we appreciated. However, when the owner or manager came to collect the dishes, he didn't acknowledge the issue, apologise, or even make eye contact. Instead, he appeared annoyed and pulled a face, which was both unprofessional and dismissive. I've never been served seafood in such a condition before. This wasn't a matter of it being less than fresh; it was spoiled. Having already eaten a couple of bites, I was genuinely concerned about getting food poisoning. To be fair, the pizzas were very good and were easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, serving spoiled seafood, poor hygiene with the wine and glasses, and the manager's attitude completely overshadowed the positives. This is simply not acceptable, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend the restaurant.

29/07/2026: I only come here because Stan is very professional, welcoming, and available; despite the restaurant's heat, he takes care of customers with a smile.

24/07/2026: I come here from time to time, and I have to admit I'm disappointed by the service and the friendliness of the two young people behind the counter. The wait was awful, especially since there weren't many customers. And the way they gave me my order—just plopping it on the bar without a word or a goodbye. It was a young brunette. I much preferred the previous waiters; they were far more friendly!

05/07/2026: Top-notch team! 👌 My family and I arrived at the last minute on Saturday evening to eat, but Roster was closing up. Despite this, they were kind enough to offer us the option of staying for dinner, and we were able to order takeout and finish the evening with full stomachs. Great food! 👍

21/08/2026: I highly recommend it! The food is great, and when our phone battery died, the gentleman was lovely, always smiling, and very attentive, whether it was for the purchase, the approved payment, or the final sale. I highly recommend this company; they're fantastic! Plus, when I needed to charge my phone, they gave us time to plug it in, get a drink of water, or find something to eat. You can find just about anything there! There's a wide selection of vegetable kebab sandwiches. Thank you to them; I'll be back for another great week. Bye! 🖐

13/08/2026: No complaints about the products themselves, but a lot to say about the upkeep of the place. Tables weren't cleaned, dirty dishes were piled up. It really doesn't look inviting because it's so unclean. It gives a bad impression of the brand.

03/08/2026: The food was okay, but nothing special. The service wasn't great; we had to ask several times for a carafe of water. We all ordered fondues, but the fondues with the extra charcuterie (which cost extra) had significantly less salad than the regular fondues. Aside from that, we were satisfied.

02/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, the location is ideal, the staff are welcoming and the food is simply incredible. As tourists, we are delighted to have discovered such a great restaurant in Annecy.

01/07/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent cuisine. The set menu (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert) was €30 per person, with generous portions and quick, efficient service. It started raining at the beginning of our meal, but we were quickly given shelter. I highly recommend this restaurant in a lovely area of ​​Annecy.
