24/11/2024: Ambrosia, an old institution in Tarbes, but which cannot recover the star lost a long time ago. The setting is always cold, soulless and the decoration from another era. The food is good but it lacks that little something extra to make it special.
Disappointment for me.

30/08/2024: It is a nice place, with very polite staff. The food is good, but everything is very fatty. I had the duck confit with the potatoes. The potatoes were all buttery with bacon ,i would prefer a lighter side dish to the already fatty duck. I mean , the food is tasty but the combinations should be reconsidered.

02/12/2024: Venus de Bordeaux pour le week-end, nous avons diné le samedi soir dans ce restaurant très sympa. L'ambiance est très décontractée avec de la musique qui nous allait bien sans être envahissante.
La qualité était là et l'équipe est vraiment accueillante et sans chichi!

The wok noodles fried with small salmon vegetables is excellent!
The flavor combinations are original and perfectly balanced, a real treat for the taste buds!
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They are attentive with a real sense of hospitality, the welcome is warm. We will definitely come back to try other dishes that seemed just as tasty.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ordered this evening and when we checked the bag one miso soup was missing.
We called back and the lady was extremely friendly on the phone and offered to deliver the soup to us.
The very kind delivery man also apologized. And when we opened the bag there was a dessert, that's really very kind of you.
