24/09/2025: This family restaurant, run by the father and son, is a culinary gem. A unique dish is offered every day, with a different starter, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine for 17.50. The dishes are lovingly prepared using quality ingredients. Everything is fresh and generous. The dishes remind us of those our grandmothers cooked on the stove. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. My favorite in Tarbes if you really want to eat well, quickly, and deliciously! 🎉
17/08/2025: Pleasant restaurant where I often come for meetings. The food is good, the welcome is friendly, and the price/quality ratio is very good. It's best to make a reservation to ensure you have a seat.

01/01/2026: A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for the two young waiters/waitresses. The food was truly excellent, absolutely delicious; all credit goes to the chef who clearly has a passion for his craft. A wonderful New Year's Eve. Pictured here is the scallop with ginger/lemon sauce and vegetable risotto. A choice I certainly didn't regret, even though I'm a meat lover! Thank you so much!
18/12/2025: Our association, the Rotary Club of Tarbes, held our Annual General Meeting at the La Colonne restaurant. We had a wonderful evening with a very warm welcome, thoughtful touches that made all the difference, and delicious food. I highly recommend them; they are excellent at hosting groups.

I had the pleasure of trying delicious beef samosas and roast pork. Both dishes were delicious and generous portions; I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for Asian cuisine in the area!

The place is warm and inviting, the welcome is always friendly, the coffee is delicious, not to mention the tea, quiches, and desserts... Here you can chat, daydream, read, have lunch, and take your time.
It's an essential haven, please don't change a thing, everything is perfect 😊

12/02/2026: A very warm welcome, fantastic value for money! The steak was cooked perfectly, the lamb shank was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the homemade fries were delicious – a real treat!
Just a short walk from the train station, perfect for waiting for our train and ending our holiday!
