22/08/2024: Ayant pris la peine de réserver 8 jours avant pour 7 personnes nous avons ete surpris et tres déçus d'apprendre que notre réservation n'avait pas ete enregistrée .. Un accueil tres décevant. Un personnel faisant preuve d'incompétence et de mauvaise foi . Nous sommes allés manger ailleurs ou nous avons eu un accueillis avec le sourire
24/07/2024: A classic town square restaurant - warm and welcoming with an excellent menu. The set menus are excellent - and particularly good value for children. Needless to say Moules Mariere plays a central part. The entrecôte was excellent. Try a glass of the local vin rouge - Clairette D’Adissan. This our second visit over two years - we will return….

A paella worthy of a very good restaurant and unanimous satisfaction from 22 to 86 years old.

Inexpensive.
Absolutely recommended.
With a view of the Canal du Midi lock.
Unfortunately there is a busy intersection in front of the bar.
29/08/2024: After a not very interesting boat trip, we stumbled upon this café at the end of the quay of Port Neuf.
A pretty shaded terrace and a place off the tourist trail and out of time which is worth stopping there.
We ate very well among tables reserved by locals who seemed to appreciate the place.
And we understand... the dishes are copious, well presented and delicious.
The service is family-friendly, jovial and the café dog who passes among the customers is adorable and our daughter really liked it.
A place to recommend to tourists looking for authenticity and calm during the summer.

No welcome, the starter arrived when we had not finished the aperitif, the cook did not have an apron at the start of the service, the red wine served in the aperitif wine the minimum requirement is to change the glass, cold atmosphere between bosses

The waitresses are young and friendly.

31/08/2024: We come as a family to enjoy a good value for money meal at the time of the musical fountains. Welcoming, attentive and very pleasant staff. Good food and choice. It's always a pleasure. The only downside is that the tables near the trees are unfortunately accompanied by flies throughout the meal... it's very unpleasant, to see if the terrace can be moved..
That would be really cool.

06/09/2024: The pizzas are perfect, the sandwiches are great, but the paninis have nothing in them apart from Emmental cheese melted in bread. The miserable chicken one 4 small pieces of sliced chicken with 2 thin slices of mozzarella, the panini is expensive
30/08/2024: Coming on vacation to the area, we stopped to eat with my husband and my 4 children last week, a friendly welcome from the 2 Mr. and the Lady who spoke well... and the Pizza pfiou as we say "killer"! I highly recommend cheap and better than in a specialty pizza restaurant. Kisses from the Meuse and thanks again for the ice cream 😉

15/08/2024: Disappointing! We clearly indicated we wanted the 39 EUR. When receiving the bill, we were asked to pay 52 EUR since the 39 EUR menu was only "to go". This was not indicated and we were clearly pointing to the 39 EUR menu. Would not recommend.
06/08/2024: City center and seafood. For those who are into seafood, it may not be bad.
I didn’t really like the fact that the ice under the oysters melted almost immediately and the oysters had to be caught in the water, which was not entirely pleasant.
You can only pay for your order in cash; cards are not accepted for some reason.
I don't know what could make me visit this place again.
