19/08/2026: Delicious and generous portions of mussels and fries. The mussels from Aber Benoît are excellent, and the restaurant works directly with the producer. Very good homemade desserts, and the coffee is truly delicious.

13/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise at this crêperie in the heart of Montpellier. The buckwheat galettes are thin and crispy, served with a smile. Excellent value for money. What more could you ask for?

16/08/2026: I first went there ten years ago. We went to eat there recently, when it wasn't very busy. We appreciated the tranquility and calm atmosphere of the place. The service is very good and we had a delicious meal. However, there was a bit of dust on the table lamp.

26/07/2026: Today I tried the Alchemist's ultra-gourmet coffee, which can be served at the end of a meal or in the afternoon for a delicious treat. It was incredibly good and indulgent; each little piece was different. I can't wait to return to the Alchemist for dinner to add to my review, especially since the chef told me he makes everything himself, respecting the seasons, with a minimalist menu for maximum quality. Well, we've been back twice. The first time, the food and service were excellent. However, the second time, I was much less impressed by the owner's very unpleasant attitude. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. I don't go to a restaurant to be yelled at.
