15/08/2026: Fleur de Sel restaurant is a wonderful discovery and deserves to be promoted. Excellent, refined cuisine, beautifully presented. The tomato medley is succulent, while the calf's liver is wonderfully cooked (meltingly tender). The Baked Alaska is delicious. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

10/09/2026: A charming, modern French-style bar and restaurant. The cuisine is homemade, using mostly regional and local products. The chef is a master of the art of cooking meat. The average bill is very reasonable, and the portions are generous. Occasionally, events (board game nights and concerts) are held at the restaurant. The dining room and terrace are spacious.

09/09/2026: Friends told us they often go to this restaurant. My husband and I tried it yesterday. It's simply delicious. The service is fantastic, the food is good, simple, and generous, and the atmosphere is great. A relaxing, easygoing, and stress-free break. We will definitely be back. 24/08/2026: Very poor welcome, mediocre service, unfriendly staff. We had to go get the salt ourselves from the counter (after constantly asking for everything). The ravioli gratin with morels had only one morel in it 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ and it was dry. We didn't even receive an apology. The service was so bad that we couldn't have dessert. I absolutely do not recommend this place; you'll be throwing your money away.

27/08/2026: A wonderful discovery during a stop on our way home from vacation! 😊 A fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere, dishes that are out of the ordinary, and above all, beautifully prepared. The prices are quite reasonable, and the menu is clear and detailed, especially for the dry-aged meats. We didn't try them as they were beyond our budget this time, but the other dishes were truly excellent! 😋 Special mention also goes to the service: a very friendly, smiling, and pleasant team, which made the meal even more enjoyable. A great place that we'll gladly keep in mind for our next stop! 👍

05/07/2026: Craving pizza one Sunday evening, we headed straight to Pizza Story! Not only are the pizzas affordable and delicious, but the pizza maker is incredibly friendly and welcoming! We'll definitely be back.

27/08/2026: Albion is undoubtedly the most English-speaking pub in Bourgoin. If you want to have a few beers with friends, watch a rugby or football match, or enjoy a Guinness or an Irish Kilkenny ☘️ (for tourists), it's the perfect place. However, it's much less ideal for a family meal. You order via a QR code, pay upfront, and are even asked for a tip before being served. It's more like a McDonald's with table service than a true pub-restaurant. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived cold. The burgers were decent, but still very much in the fast-food vein. It's up to you to decide if the concept appeals to you or not.

Special mention goes to the butter chicken and the cheese naan, which were excellent. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm. An Indian restaurant I highly recommend!
