25/09/2026: The three of us had a delicious meal at Come Back Bistrot. We ordered the Black Angus, among other things, which was very tasty. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, which is also highly recommended. The glass of house red wine paired perfectly with the meal and tasted surprisingly good. What made the visit even more enjoyable was the service. A super-friendly lady who really did her best to speak English with us — and she did a great job! She took her time with us and made sure we felt welcome. Tasty food, good wine, and very friendly service. Definitely a place to come back to.

10/10/2026: Thank you to Ubaldo for their excellent service… they really take great care of their customers, very professional! There's a great atmosphere among the whole team, congratulations to the managers! One area for improvement: the quality of the sirloin steak, which could have been more tender considering the price.

09/10/2026: The best Buffalo Grill experience was at the one in Bourgoin. The welcome was warm, the service perfect, and the meat cooked to perfection.

22/09/2026: The kebab plate was very poor in meat, served without fries and with raw vegetables, even though I asked for them without. They didn't bother to remove them from the plate after I thought about it. The children's menu was €10 for 5 fries and a cold meatball with no sauce. For a bill of €60, it was overpriced. In short, there are better kebab places in Bourgoin.

03/10/2026: A very bad experience regarding the handling of a previous payment. On July 10th, an error was made when we paid for our meal: only €0.50 was charged. As soon as I noticed, I called the restaurant myself to let them know and tell them I would come back to pay. I returned in August and paid the amount in cash to an employee. I wasn't given a receipt. Today, when I returned to the restaurant for lunch, a manager brought up this old bill again. I explained that I had already paid in cash in August. Having an appointment at 2 p.m., I had to leave quickly and let my daughter pay for today's meal. It was at that point that the manager asked her to also pay the July bill, telling her that otherwise he would file a complaint. I find this way of doing things particularly regrettable. The dispute concerned the restaurant and me, not my daughter. She was pressured to pay an amount I had already stated she had paid in cash in August. I am now simply requesting a refund of this amount and a thorough verification of my August cash payment. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I find it truly regrettable, as we enjoyed eating there and I found the staff very friendly. We will not be returning.

27/08/2026: Albion is undoubtedly the most English-speaking pub in Bourgoin. If you want to have a few beers with friends, watch a rugby or football match, or enjoy a Guinness or an Irish Kilkenny ☘️ (for tourists), it's the perfect place. However, it's much less ideal for a family meal. You order via a QR code, pay upfront, and are even asked for a tip before being served. It's more like a McDonald's with table service than a true pub-restaurant. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived cold. The burgers were decent, but still very much in the fast-food vein. It's up to you to decide if the concept appeals to you or not.

13/10/2026: I ordered a Crazy Memphis, and a friend commented on my photo because it was tiny compared to the ones they usually serve. I was disappointed with the one I received, even though it was very good. I'll let you be the judge. For the challenge, I'll have to go to another Memphis location. However, the price is the same, €31.99, which is outrageous. If I had known beforehand, I would have complained, but oh well, I got ripped off. A sundae was indeed offered at the end.

19/09/2026: We eat there regularly, and I have to admit that the quality of the food is slowly but surely declining. It's a shame, because the service itself is quite good. I hope management will improve the quality of the food...

24/09/2026: This restaurant doesn't look like much at first glance, but once you're inside, it's perfect! The service is quick, friendly, and efficient. The dishes are served promptly, and the prices are more than reasonable, especially in these tough times. And above all, the food is excellent! I highly recommend it.

12/09/2026: I ordered a pizza from them via Uber Eats. I added some extra toppings. I also wanted to take advantage of a "buy one, get one free" promotion, which inflated my order. The result: the extra toppings were charged but not added. The "buy one, get one free" promotion turned into a "buy one, get one free" offer (the free pizza wasn't even delivered!). In conclusion, a total rip-off!

05/07/2026: Craving pizza one Sunday evening, we headed straight to Pizza Story! Not only are the pizzas affordable and delicious, but the pizza maker is incredibly friendly and welcoming! We'll definitely be back.

02/10/2026: The restaurant is very beautiful and cozy, but so noisy it's impossible to have a conversation. The waiter was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the quality of the cheese needs improvement; it was extremely greasy, rubbery, and dried out very quickly with little flavor. I'm disappointed. I'll have to see what the other dishes are like. The tables were too close together.

27/09/2026: Discovered this restaurant which deserves a 5/5! The atmosphere is quite calm, the servers are top-notch, smiling, pleasant, attentive, and the service is quick. The porcini mushroom fondue was perfect; usually, you have to search for porcini mushrooms, but here there was plenty to satisfy your taste buds—creamy and creamy. The charcuterie platters and side dishes were a great selection. The wine list, menu, and owner are all fantastic. A special thank you to our green-eyed waiter from the islands 😉, full of humor and always smiling. An address we'll definitely keep in mind!

01/09/2026: A wonderful discovery at Thao Ly! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from start to finish; the food was bursting with flavor and made me want to come back and try the rest of the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant. It deserves its five stars, 10/10!
