23/01/2025: Friends, carriers of celiac disease, you can go there with your eyes closed, indicating “gluten-free and lactose-free”. The chef will adapt the menu and you can eat almost like the others. He removes the sauces in which the spices or ingredients may contain traces of gluten, he toasts the bread separately to avoid cross-contamination in the toaster, there is always GF bread, he composes a delicious specific dessert, his sorbets are made house and therefore do not contain traces.
In short, he understood everything and deserves to be referenced in gluten-free applications.
A big thank you to him for saving us from violent painful crises.
If only all chefs could understand the problem 🙏

22/09/2024: Warm welcome, friendly staff, very available and good advice. The setting of this restaurant is magical, romantic and refined by very careful decoration.
The cuisine is remarkable both in presentation and flavors. This is exactly the style of restaurant that a city is famous for.
Congratulations, next time we visit Dole, we promise, we will reserve a table there.

15/12/2024: If this Japanese restaurant retains its title of best Japanese in the region, it is also a victim of its success: always full where the agitation of the waiters, very competent otherwise, makes you dizzy in a poorly soundproofed atmosphere.
Three regrets: absence of temaki on the menu and scallop sushi, in addition, a maki dish whose assortment included more vegetables (radish and cucumber among others) than raw fish... Dish returned.

Each dish offers subtle and perfectly balanced flavors.
The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere warm

But unfortunately a very unpleasant waiter this evening. No smile, no politeness on his part
24/11/2024: Nous sommes allé pour les90 ans de notre maman. A 10 personnes on nous a réservé une salle magnifique. Mon épousé ayant de grosse difficulté pour marcher ,la responsable nous a fourni le code afin de déposer devant l'établissement .Un accueil au top . Repas a 37e00. Un délice de saveur sur tout les plats du menu(on a tous essayé) de la mise en bouche au dessert. Vraiment un grand bravo a vous!!! Un petit bémol pour le jeune serveur qui manque un peu de peps et de sourire.

04/09/2024: Passing through Dole we focused on the reviews posted. We were not disappointed. Nice atmosphere in this old cellar and guaranteed freshness despite the outside temperature. The dishes are good, the quantity is there and the presentation too. Simple, good and good atmosphere. Everything you want in a restaurant like this.
