07/09/2024: I had lunch in this restaurant with friends and I really liked the setting and the cuisine. The only negative remark: some guests had chosen fish as a starter and meat as a main course and the cutlery was not changed. I pointed this out on the way out and it was explained to me that it was the restaurant's policy...but that they changed the cutlery on the gourmet menu... Really a shame for a restaurant of this level.

17/08/2024: Fine dining in a lovely restaurant just outside Dole. Delicious food, very good service, nice restaurant, large parking lot. Ideal place for an upscale stopover on a trip to Burgundy.

22/09/2024: Warm welcome, friendly staff, very available and good advice. The setting of this restaurant is magical, romantic and refined by very careful decoration. The cuisine is remarkable both in presentation and flavors. This is exactly the style of restaurant that a city is famous for. Congratulations, next time we visit Dole, we promise, we will reserve a table there.

14/08/2024: Coming to eat for the second time in this restaurant, we are unfortunately disappointed.... Service not up to par (lots of waiters running everywhere but who, ultimately, run into the void, without necessarily asking customers if it was good or bad more...), good food but of the three dishes we ate, only the pork confit was excellent.... The sushi taken at the starter was good but nothing more (I have eaten much better ones and especially less expensive) and they were lukewarm... So for a meal at 37 euros I find that the quality is not there, sorry Mr. Manager.... Take fewer customers in your restaurant and you will see, that will already be much better... See you soon maybe...

08/09/2024: Excellent experience at La Boucherie pizzeria in Dole! The pizzas are delicious, generously garnished with fresh and tasty ingredients. The service is fast and friendly, in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend!

04/09/2024: Passing through Dole we focused on the reviews posted. We were not disappointed. Nice atmosphere in this old cellar and guaranteed freshness despite the outside temperature. The dishes are good, the quantity is there and the presentation too. Simple, good and good atmosphere. Everything you want in a restaurant like this. I highly recommend.

30/08/2024: The bistronomic menu is clearly a dream, the dishes are varied with strong aromatic markers like the grillette that I found in one of my dishes. The setting is relaxing and calm, on the terrace on the banks of the Doubs, perfect. The service is efficient and pleasant despite one of the waitresses who doesn't ask if it went well (it must have been the boss I think). The starter: Truffled Buffalo Bruschetta, Gravlax Salmon, Pesto Rosso and Tomato-Arugula Mix. The pesto rosso was missing from the plate which was a shame. This starter was good but sorely lacked seasoning, especially salt! it was bland bland bland. The starter was also lukewarm. Overall it was limited. The dish: Rosé Duck Breast Skewer, Vitelotte Potato Mousseline, Pan-Fried Foie Gras Escalope, Liquorous Fougerolle Griottines Sauce. The presentation of this dish was amazing in a good way. It was not a potato mousseline but a sort of mille-feuille which was, once again, not seasoned... the pan-fried foie gras was not abundant on the plate but just right, the sweet reduction had great aromatic power, very good. On the other hand, the duck was a thousand miles from being pink, it was much overcooked sole! this is INASIMISSIBLE for a plate at 27€! Mastery of cooking meat is at CAP level. Dessert: Profiteroles. The vanilla ice cream was of very good quality, the choux pastry was not cooked enough because there was soft white dough, a sign of a lack of cooking inside the choux. Summary of this meal, a starter served lukewarm, the cooking of the duck failed, both were not seasoned. I suggest you improve this because given the price of your card it is unacceptable

29/08/2024: Superb restaurant, congratulations to the chef, and the very kind staff. Only downside, breakfast, no one to receive us. I am from the profession, I have also worked in a three star hotel.

16/09/2024: In a small alley, small, unpretentious restaurant, friendly and warm atmosphere. Cuisine based on fresh and well-prepared products. A very pleasant moment on the small terrace and a very friendly welcome.

10/09/2024: Not convinced by the quality/price/quantity ratio. At the request of the restaurant, I will specify: -spaghetti carbonara style at 18 euros, nothing exceptional in terms of quantity and quality that could justify this price -suggestion of the day which was chicken (very good with its sauce) but this dish was not worth (in my opinion) 24 euros - Morbier burger (19 euros), same thing -the fish dish with vin jaune at 25 euros, in this case, I can understand given the price of the appellation I therefore maintain my opinion, a few euros less per dish and I would have given good value for money

15/09/2024: We ordered 2 pizzas at 10:10 p.m. when it closed at 10:30 p.m., and there was no problem, they were ready in 10 minutes! Furthermore, we arrived after a big service (a quick aside to thank the chef!) And thank you for your welcome! Very smiling despite the hour! At the top and above all the pizzas were very good!
