A wonderful evening for two with the tasting menu featuring food, wine, and sake pairings. Attentive staff, both in the kitchen and the dining room. Highly recommended; all the praise we heard about this restaurant and its chef is well-deserved. We will definitely be back.

Everything has been carefully considered, from the furniture to the tableware and the lighting. As for the cuisine... a delight for our taste buds. The chef has boundless imagination, delighting us with every dish. Regarding the staff... discreet, smiling, welcoming, and highly professional. 18/01/2026: In Dole, I found most of the restaurants mediocre. Truly, congratulations! A top-notch menu, everything was excellent, especially the ravioli, even though choosing was difficult. Well done! You don't have much competition in Dole for the quality/price ratio.

31/12/2025: Very good food. Small portions but sufficient because of the quality. If you love eggs meurette, be aware that this isn't it; there's no wine, but the Époisses sauce is very good. The restaurant doesn't serve milk. Everything is cooked with cream. The only downside is that it's small and gets noisy quickly when full.

06/03/2026: Found a lovely hotel on Michelin with excellent cuisine. The rooms at the back of the house are nice. Our bathroom, though renovated, was probably closed in winter and smelled. We had to air it out thoroughly. The bistro restaurant is a splendid location, from the ambiance to the menu and the service. Everything is good and well-prepared.
