30/01/2026: The dishes are simply divine!! Tip: if available, reserve a table in the kitchen to watch the magical ballet of the chef and his team. I'm not giving it a 5-star rating because I was disappointed with the (rather expensive) wine pairing option: the wines were nothing special, and my glass was empty most of the time. The sommelier even advised me to "drink slowly because this glass (7cl?) has to last for 2 of my 8 courses." It's a bit inappropriate and made me feel a little guilty.

On the service: impeccable and attentive, a very approachable chef who will bring your plate to you and share his passion. A lovely setting and good music. A must-try restaurant if you're in Nantes. 17/12/2025: The oysters are highly recommended, as are the tuna tataki and the salmon. It's a small but cozy place. A menu in Spanish would be a nice touch. Having dinner at this restaurant was a great choice.

10/07/2025: There is a 10€ difference in price when ordering through the app and when ordering by phone. I don't understand this part. I called to ask a question and they took my order over the phone. I asked if I could use the vacation ticket and they said yes. But I had to pay 10€ more on the spot without any notice or anything. A pizza that was 35€ on the app cost 45€. If I had known I would have to pay 10€ more because I used the vacation ticket, I would have just ordered through the app with my card. Because I have never been unfairly charged more money with the vacation ticket until now, but I experienced it for the first time at Domino's nantes-centre. Those with vacation tickets should avoid this place.
