Not much choice, especially the more expensive tobacco!
Unfriendly service! They rip off their customers: I bought a small Clipper cigarette for €1.50 and a pack of Marlboro cigarettes for €11.
That makes a total of €12.50. On a €20 bill, they only gave me €5.20 in change instead of €7.50!!
I do not recommend them!

05/07/2026: I got takeout this Sunday, and it had been a long time since a McDonald's had lived up to my expectations. The quantity was perfect, and the quality of the food was also excellent.

30/07/2026: Scammers! An €89 order,
no points accumulated on the account, they supposedly can't do anything. A complete rip-off. The waitress was incredibly rude, and when we pointed it out, she excused herself by saying it was because of the crowds! Unacceptable! This McDonald's is absolutely to be avoided. To top it all off, we waited 45 minutes and were served cold food.
In short, I think that says it all!
30/07/2026: No parasols! We ask... Nothing happens! So next time I'll just keep walking and go to Laval.

11/06/2026: I had a 12-inch Subway for lunch today and I wasn't disappointed; the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The woman noticed there was a problem with the price and corrected the error.
26/05/2026: I went into Subway this evening to order, but I ended up leaving empty-handed because of the service.
I was on the phone when I placed my order, and an employee said to me rudely, "Are you still on the phone or are you finished? It's impolite to be on the phone."
I understand that they prefer to have the customer's attention, but there's a professional and respectful way to speak to people.

26/07/2026: Takeaway order, arrived home, there were only 4 nuggets instead of 6 in the Best of menu, and Coca-Cola instead of Fanta
26/07/2026: I hadn't been to McDonald's in a few years, so we went for the Spiderman toys because we're big fans.
The staff were very polite and welcoming.
The toys are great.
I recommend it.

13/07/2026: The restaurant offers four air-conditioned meeting rooms, a very welcome detail! Friendly service, a family atmosphere, and a good selection of appetizers and desserts at the buffet. I recommend it!
26/06/2026: I wonder what was drier: the bread, the cheese, or the mashed potatoes.
The beetroot in the cold buffet was inedible (I pointed it out to the waiter, who clearly didn't care). As for the dessert, two spoonfuls were enough to stop the carnage. The first was to break the crust on top (everything in this restaurant is definitely dry), and the second was enough to completely kill my appetite.
The coffee, however, was very good, which justifies the single star in this review.

24/07/2026: On July 23, 2026, the housekeeping service was very professional. I've been at the hotel for about 10 days, and this is the first time I've found the cleaning done so differently and perfectly. I recommend reviewing the service and keeping the employees responsible after the checks. The receptionist was a very kind man. The hotel is truly excellent value for money.
