06/07/2026: €21 for a meal including a main course and a beer… and yet, there was practically nothing on the plate. It's shameful! What's more, the bread was of very poor quality, more like dog food. A very disappointing experience. I strongly advise against this establishment. Avoid it!

21/07/2026: We like to stop at Marie Blachère bakeries for breakfast or coffee breaks. We choose the ones with a dedicated seating area. In Laval specifically, we chose the one with this area; at the first one we went in, we immediately left because, although there was a coffee machine, there was nowhere to sit!

28/05/2026: Simple but well-prepared cuisine, with flavorful and satisfying dishes. You can taste the homemade quality and quality ingredients, without any unnecessary complications. The buffet, with its many appetizers, is very generous and excellent; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service is pleasant, the atmosphere relaxed, and it truly feels like a village restaurant where you eat well. A reliable and friendly place.

29/04/2026: Clean shower, great welcome, nothing to complain about, very good food. The waitress always had a smile, large parking lot, great restaurant.

27/07/2026: Impeccable, high-end PMU (betting shop), the coffee is good and they have Paulaner beer on tap, which is a sign of good taste. Friendly staff.

06/06/2026: We were passing through Laval and looking for a place to have breakfast, which turned out to be very hearty, excellent, and with a very pleasant waitress.

06/07/2026: The food is too simple. The salmon terrine from Thiol or elsewhere isn't great, too processed. The salad leaf in each dish is a bit outdated. It's a shame because the terrace is lovely and the setting is pleasant. It just deserves an effort in presentation and a more limited, but homemade, menu.

09/08/2026: We placed an order for 9 people via Uber Eats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free pizza! Everyone loved the different pizzas! And the extra one was a real hit! Thank you again for these superb pizzas that always delight young and old alike.

06/07/2026: What a lovely find! We stopped in on our way back to the UK from Le Mans. The choice of starter buffet was good, and tasty. My steak and chips main was cooked perfectly, and my family's chicken salad was very tasty. The outside seating area was well shaded from the blazing sun. The whole restaurant was well presented and if I'm travelling to or from Le Mans again I will definitely stop in to refuel. Thank you so much for having us!

24/07/2026: I've been a customer for over 13 years… I used to love coming here… but since the new saleswomen arrived, I'm disgusted with the idea… I see them touching the ice cream, even without gloves. I see them put the sandwiches in, then put their fingers in their mouths and take another sandwich… no hello, no goodbye… not friendly at all… (My last visit was Tuesday, July 21st, in the afternoon. It was appalling. The young woman spoke to us very rudely, and unfortunately, my son dropped his glass on the floor. The place was already very dirty, the tables weren't cleaned, and we wouldn't have expected such a reaction from this young lady.) The prices are already very high, but if we come here to see this, you're not going to get a better deal. Fire your employees. On the other hand, I really like the saleswomen who have been here for several years; they are very polite and very kind.

17/07/2026: I went there on July 16th around 7:24 PM (it's a bit late). I just needed a piece of bread for dinner, so I would have left before 7:30 PM, which I believe is closing time. It was closed. Two people at the register looked at me, and I left, so I only have one opinion: it's not customer-friendly, and I won't be going back.
