19/02/2026: Extremely disappointed!!! We went there for the first time for the Valentine's Day special menu! The restaurant was practically empty and, above all, very dirty (mold and stains on the walls). There were only 5 couples in the dining room, and we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a warm goat cheese salad with unclean and cracked edges on the plates. The atmosphere was cold, and the tablecloths and dishes were low-quality. We had seen photos on Google, but they were actually photos of the hotel next door, so we couldn't see them. In short! Avoid this place; we absolutely do not recommend it!!!

14/02/2026: Very disappointed. We went for Valentine's Day, and first of all, there were no disabled parking spaces, even though it's mandatory. There was no atmosphere, and it was too expensive for what we got on our plates. It was a set menu, and the service was far too slow between courses, even though there were only five couples. The walls were full of mold, and it was cold. It's clear they're short on cash. We won't be going back.

08/12/2025: This place doesn't even deserve to still be open as a bar/tobacconist; it's more like a betting shop/hotel. Completely unprofessional. I went to drop off a package, and it said they accepted them. No greeting, nothing, just "What's a package? I don't take them." Anyway, I left confused. I checked on my end, and they did accept them. Otherwise, you need to update your standards and your manners too.

23/11/2025: Association end-of-year meal. Very warm welcome, perfect food and service.

16/11/2025: Avoid this restaurant at all costs; it's in a pitiful state, dirty and messy everywhere!

01/03/2026: Things are often missing from the order, and it's impersonal. We ordered a Happy Meal with a Smurfs book (for 72 cents!) for our daughter. It wasn't included in the order, much to her disappointment!

28/02/2026: The staff is welcoming and very friendly, attentive to customer requests. It's a pleasure to eat at this restaurant because the service is quick and the place is clean. I will gladly return.

20/11/2025: We went for lunch last Sunday and a very unpleasant incident occurred that we wanted to bring to your attention. Everything was excellent (food and drinks), except for the waiter who came to take our order. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful, and had white hair. He was in a great hurry, and we felt we had to choose very quickly, otherwise he would refuse to serve us. He seemed angry with us, or perhaps with other customers. We were very disappointed and tried to cancel our reservation, but we only just managed to do so. Next time, we will remember this incident. It is imperative that strict action be taken against him if this matter involves the manager or the owner. We do not recommend this hotel.

22/02/2026: Apparently, the "full order" option is an extra charge here. With every order, it's a surprise: what item has the team decided to leave out today? A burger? The sauces? The suspense is palpable. Even worse, although I live right here in Mayenne (a 3-minute commute, stopwatch in hand), the food arrives cold half the time. Cooling a burger that fast is practically a technical feat. At this point, it's not fast food anymore, it's cryogenics. A serious effort to maintain proper temperature and hygiene would be much appreciated.
