23/08/2026: I attended a €35 dinner at this restaurant, which included a starter, main course, and dessert. During the meal, I was asked to leave the table because their organization left much to be desired. In the end, I ordered the dish I had already paid for to take away. You can imagine my surprise when I opened the container—of course, it should have rice, but there wasn't any. I thought I'd be traveling through food, but I didn't get very far. I could have gone to the local snack bar and received better service.

29/08/2026: Overall, a mixed experience. The setting is pleasant and the welcome was adequate, but unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to the prices. The dish was sorely lacking in flavor and freshness, which is a shame. This establishment has potential, but it deserves more attention to detail and consistency in the kitchen. With a little more care taken with the presentation, the experience could be much better. One star, but I could have given it zero.

26/08/2026: The staff and service were very disappointing.
The servers were neither smiling nor welcoming, and clearly gave the impression of not wanting to be there.
As for the "freshly squeezed" orange juice, it was obviously just very low-quality orange juice, which was quite disappointing.
Another very surprising point: credit card payments are only accepted for purchases over €16! As a Parisian, I find this quite absurd, because even in Paris, this kind of minimum amount doesn't exist!
In short, I strongly advise against this place. Unless you enjoy being poorly received and treated condescendingly :)
25/08/2026: You have to ask three times for a carafe of water. The waiter is unpleasant, and the service is slow. Minimum 16€ card payment.
The toilets are dirty, and the men's toilets are out of order.
In short, avoid it. 🍓

06/08/2026: I ordered mussels marinière… initially, three-quarters of the shells were empty, the waiter brought me more… way overcooked with frozen onions!
What can I say about the food! It's a good thing the waiters tried to make up for the rest!
05/08/2026: It was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere and setting, especially in the evening, were magnificent. A huge thank you to Fred and the other waiter for their warm welcome and kindness.

18/07/2026: Hello, we just had breakfast at the Portuguese bakery and we really enjoyed the products and the service. The staff is great, they even offered us two cod fritters. A little heads-up for torrada fans: the butter isn't salted... but it's still very good.
However, regarding the crowds, if you're a woman, you won't feel comfortable with so many men staring! There were two of us women who asked them to stop staring, and as a bonus, we got the middle finger... from the men... In short, if you're thinking of having breakfast on the terrace, forget it or be prepared to wait.
Thanks again to the staff for your hospitality.
11/07/2026: Very disappointed. I bought a cake from this bakery and found mold in it. This is unacceptable and very worrying, especially regarding hygiene. I do not recommend this establishment.

22/08/2026: We were just passing through and thought, "Let's grab a bite, the restaurant looks nice." Unfortunately, what a disappointment!
We ordered the daily special: salmon steak with rice and ratatouille. The salmon was undercooked and tasteless, the rice was way overcooked, and the ratatouille tasted like it came from a can 🥫
We politely asked the waitress to come over for an explanation, but she acted like she didn't see us.
We paid €18.50 for the set menu. It's supposed to include the dessert of the day, but we didn't get one.
The most disappointing part was the service: the staff were very unpleasant. A very bad experience; I don't recommend it.
19/08/2026: Bad experience. The mussels marinière were not mussels marinière at all. More than half of the mussels were closed, and the fries were overcooked and unsalted. My partner ordered a warm goat cheese salad, which was just a cheap, pre-packaged salad from a store.
In conclusion, avoid this place; it's a tourist trap.

Special mention for the spa, truly excellent.
21/04/2026: I wish to express my incomprehension and profound dissatisfaction regarding the 5-star rating given to this establishment.
For €500 per night, the service provided is far from adequate and in no way justifies this price.
The problems encountered are numerous:
Persistent musty smell and damp patches on the ceiling;
Very inadequate cleaning: dust and fingerprints on the bathroom mirror;
Toilet paper already used, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard;
Lack of bathrobes and basic towels, unworthy of a 5-star hotel;
Completely damaged bedroom door and deteriorated mosquito net, no longer functioning properly;
Poorly maintained common areas, revealing a general lack of upkeep;
A bottle of water was "forgotten" in the evening, which is a basic courtesy in this type of establishment;
Non-existent soundproofing: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms;
The noise from the blower/machine directly into our room is particularly disturbing in the evening and incompatible with a relaxing stay.
As for the restaurant, the food is decent but nothing exceptional, certainly not up to the expected standard of a supposedly upscale establishment.
While one can understand the desire to offer an "authentic" or "Camargue" style, this in no way excuses such a level of carelessness.
The gap between the advertised standard and the reality is far too wide.
If you are looking for a truly high-end experience, it's best to avoid this establishment.
The surrounding area is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the disappointing quality of the accommodation and services.

10/08/2026: Beautiful view, but the service was truly disappointing and the food left much to be desired. It's clearly not the kind of fine dining one expects in a place with such a stunning sunset. The cocktails weren't worth the price either, and the whole experience was quite expensive.
In the end, we had to accept that the experience wouldn't live up to our expectations, with a touch of humor and a lot of resignation.
