My experience of the day and the following:
When we entered your store, I had to deal with hostesses who were joking among themselves and who did not know how to answer my questions about the contents of the sandwiches.
Once I made my choice, the hostess dropped the sandwiches on the ground in their packaging and immediately charged me for them without asking the question of hygiene and without any embarrassment.
It seems to me that before being the ambassadors of taste it would be better to be the ambassador of the good trader.
The price of your formulas and the care you put in makes your brand a brand of service and greatly devalued by the behavior of your employees.
Too bad you lose a customer.
Be careful, hygiene is important in a business where food is prepared.
I can't even imagine what's going on behind the scenes when we see this type of behavior in front of customers.

To date, never disappointed by the services of PAUL, in particular that of Malacrida Aix Sud, warm welcome, smiling, dynamic staff, it is very pleasant to take a comforting break there.

04/03/2026: The setting was exceptional, no complaints there, and the service was friendly. But personally, I found the dish bland; the salmon en papillote was truly unremarkable, which was a shame.
01/03/2026: So disappointed. Catastrophic service.
The food arrived cold and inedible.
No apology, no compensation.
What a letdown.

The servers are incredibly rude, you really get the feeling you're bothering them!!! As for the food: I ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak, it was like shoe leather (inedible...) and the 300g portion... well, let's not even go there??? My friend ordered the daily special, the pink duck breast, also like shoe leather, she couldn't eat it.
The quality of the ingredients is also disappointing... and the price is very high for what you get.
I think they should replace the staff, both in the kitchen and the dining room!!!
In short, I won't be going back.
The only positive point is that it's right on the water.
25/02/2026: Not up to standard. Undercooked mussels, aperitifs served in the middle of the meal, an order error, extremely slow service... a tourist trap to avoid!

14/01/2026: Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was completely empty, everything was broken, and the hygiene was appalling. The toilets didn't even flush; everything just accumulated. The waitress was on her phone and told us she was finishing her meal before taking our order. It was a nightmare. They added extra things to the bill and made us pay for bread and a jug of water because we were tourists and didn't speak French. It was simply robbery. You ruined our trip and disgusted us.

15/02/2026: A very pleasant place with a smiling and humorous waiter.
Special mention for the restrooms, which are clean and modern…a welcome change from all the other bars around!

05/03/2026: We stopped in front of this "Wine Bar Restaurant" on a Thursday at lunchtime in early March. The terrace was practically empty... only four people were sitting there 😅 We asked if it was possible to have a drink... We were immediately turned away by someone who seemed to be the manager and was extremely unfriendly. She haughtily told us that "she only serves food," and wine is for later... We therefore recommend Brasserie Monsieur Brun, where the welcome is much friendlier, the staff is excellent, and the cocktails are very good!
04/03/2026: The place seemed nice at first glance, but the crepes are made by the same person who handles them with her hands and takes the money.
It was extremely unpleasant when I tried to pay by credit card for the two crepes we ordered because she told me she only accepted cards for orders over €15.
This wasn't mentioned anywhere, and she didn't tell me when she took our order. The waitress became condescending and started raising her voice; she told me she had other options if I didn't pay (implying she'd call the police, I suppose). In short, avoid this place, because what was meant to be a relaxing moment turned into a very unpleasant experience, even though I remained very calm and polite, which the waitress certainly wasn't.

31/01/2026: This is the worst place I've ever eaten. My husband's pasta wasn't salty at all, and then he found a hair in his plate that hadn't fallen off his head! My pizza was tasteless. The waitress started being rude to me. Then we found out you can't pay by card. We had to withdraw money from an ATM and pay a commission. The cutlery was just lying on the dirty table. How can you get service like this in the city center???? And it's so expensive too!!!

23/08/2024: Ayant testé le 1917 en terrasse au Petit Nice, le Môle est la suite de la découverte du chef Passedat.
Je pensais pouvoir déjeuner en terrasse également (avec vue) ce jour-là, eh non, ce sera avec une baie vitrée.
Sinon, les plats étaient délicieux

14/08/2024: Excellent restaurant sur le port,accueil chaleureux et produits très frais et très bien cuisiné.
La terrasse est bien ombragée et il y a suffisamment d’espace pour avoir une certaine intimité.
Nous reviendrons tester le poulpe !!!

30/09/2024: Very pleasant place with kind and attentive staff. The dishes are very well presented with quality products. There is nothing to say other than that everything was impeccable for me.
I recommend it without hesitation and will not fail to return if the opportunity arises.
27/09/2024: During my visits to Marseille for medical reasons I always stop to eat in this restaurant which has never disappointed me.
A warm welcome, a choice of varied dishes, hearty and very good meals.

20/08/2024: The waiter wanted to hit me because I politely explained that I wanted more fries!!! Don't go there! They are dangerous!!!
04/06/2024: You want to lose your smile and ruin the rest of your day, go to this restaurant. Firstly the restaurant is called langoustine, we expect a minimum of presence, especially after seeing the prices on the menu. What a disappointment, we were given red napkins, dirty school canteen glasses, the waiter threw the cutlery on the table and took the liberty of heavily flirting with my partner. I don't know why we stayed after that, but we decided to stay anyway. I wanted to taste the bouillabaisse. So I order this dish, and when I see the plate arrive, I'm already starting to regret it.
The taste of the sauce was terrible, the fish was extremely fatty, probably expired and the vegetables in it tasteless.
After three bites I left my plate and asked for the bill.
The bitterness already present on my palate was accentuated when I saw the price of this horror.
I'm not usually picky, but this was really scandalous!

28/12/2023: J'ai mangé dans ce restaurant et j'ai commandé moules frites. Les moules étaient caoutchouteuses, la ''sauce'' n'avait aucun goût ( c'était comme de l'eau ) je ne les ai donc pas mangées.
26/12/2023: Un posto veramente carino,soleggiato e a bordo porto.
Abbiamo mangiato eccellentemente e neanche troppo caro.
Il servizio molto cortese e gentile.
Consiglio vivamente.

The service was impeccable and the dishes delicious, made with fresh, homemade products.
Too bad it's 800km from us otherwise we would introduce this restaurant to all our loved ones
