07/06/2026: I stayed for two nights and the room was tiny, dark, and very damp. Not to mention the broken toilet door, which was completely useless, offering no privacy and being dangerous due to exposed nails. I don't recommend it if you're looking for comfort, even for just one night. I was disappointed; the photos on the website are misleading. However, the staff is very pleasant, attentive, and responsive (5/5). The hotel is well-located but lacks secure parking. It's a shame the staff is perfect, no complaints there, but the room needs a complete overhaul; it's not worth the price.

01/06/2026: I want to inform you of two things: Don't lose anything in this hotel; the thieving staff will never return it, especially if it's a bearded man with glasses who didn't give me my bag that I left downstairs at reception for 5 minutes on my way back to my room. When I asked about the security cameras, they strangely didn't work. A complaint has been filed against this establishment and the manager, who seems to be trying to cover up this theft. Then there's the infernal night with the constant, loud motorcycles and other cars speeding by. The windows aren't soundproofed at all. A cleaning lady enters your room without knocking. This hotel is a great place to have a complete meltdown. Well done, anyway! 👋

23/07/2026: I haven't tried their food, so I won't judge. However, the dining room is beautiful and unique, and the drink prices are fantastic for a bar on the Old Port (€1 for a syrup, whereas it's at least double that everywhere else). I recommend it.

01/07/2026: A single padel court next to the constantly overflowing sewers. You have to walk on a pallet to avoid stepping in the sewage water—it's awful! For 2025/2026, it cost €493 for group lessons for the year, for only about fifteen games (you don't play during school holidays, when it's raining, when the instructor is in training, or on public holidays, and you finish the year on June 12th!). The access badge doesn't work, and to this day, I haven't been able to get another one despite a dozen attempts (emails, texts, phone calls, etc.). The president is a haughty, disrespectful woman with whom any dialogue is impossible. Of course, she's always right. In short, avoid it at all costs. Fortunately, others are opening in Aubagne this year.

11/08/2026: We come here every year! A fantastic find in Marseille! The couscous is simply delicious, with a homemade harissa that's to die for 🌶️😍. And the meatballs… they were simply divine! So tender and flavorful, a real treat! The waiter is lovely, very friendly, and incredibly attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; we had a wonderful meal! ❤️

19/08/2026: This restaurant has always been good and the food excellent, but unfortunately, that has changed. The service is worse than before, and for a long time their beef tartare was exquisite, but these last two visits made us sick to the point of vomiting. For us, that's it, it's over. It's a real shame...

11/08/2026: Both the owner and the young waiter were very friendly. The pizza was very good. The homemade sorbet was excellent.

09/08/2026: Thank you so much for your warm welcome. I immediately felt welcome and at ease. The pasta was simply the best I've had in Provence! A real treat. I also greatly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the restaurant. A wonderful experience, which I highly recommend. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!

15/08/2026: I ordered a kebab and a side of fries, and it took 15-20 minutes to be served. Some pieces of meat weren't cooked, and neither were the fries, which had a thick layer of oil at the bottom of the container. The price is unbeatable, but the quality is very questionable.

17/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome, and the food was excellent. I will definitely return as I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much; we had a lot of luggage, but you didn't mind at all, quite the opposite.

27/08/2026: After a cold and lengthy welcome, the food and service mirrored the initial reception. The plates were sad and under-seasoned; you had to go and get the salt yourself. It was expensive for what it was. You had to guess the starters, main courses, and desserts from the menu, and if you dared ask the owner for advice—since apparently creating a legible menu was too much work—you'd be met with a frosty reception. The only positive point was the young waiter who did his best to do his job properly despite the unpleasant woman's lack of cooperation. I do not recommend this establishment and wish the staff the best of luck.

31/08/2026: I was very surprised by the mixed, even negative, reviews. We arrived in Cassis with a bit of a late-night craving: one of us wanted something completely sweet, the other a mix of savory and sweet. Huit et Demi did the trick perfectly: sweet and savory crepes with ice cream were just what we needed. Okay, some restaurants could certainly improve the presentation of their savory crepes. But we dealt with three different people (from ordering to payment at the register), three incredibly friendly and welcoming young men, even though we were just tourists passing through. And I observed the same kindness and simplicity with a couple after us who were hesitating between takeout and dining in. And yes, the bill was also reasonable compared to the restaurant next door where a Greek salad cost 25 euros. In short, a great place for a snack or lunch break at any time, with no unpleasant surprises and a warm welcome. Thank you to them.

29/08/2026: A lovely time at 8 et demi. Beautiful terrace with a direct view of the port of Cassis, a pleasant and sunny setting at the end of the day. The burrata was fresh and generous, and the warm goat cheese toast salad was nicely presented. However, the pizza was rather disappointing, and the fries were clearly from a store; homemade fries would have been a real plus. Friendly service, ideal setting for dining overlooking the boats.
