17/11/2024: We stayed one night in this hotel during our visit to Les Baux de Provence. Nice building, rooms are good, perhaps lacks better sound insulation, but it wasn't disturbing for one night.
The establishment is very well located, close to sightseeing sites within walking distance. It also has ample parking.
01/11/2024: Four-day stay, the welcome is perfect, the breakfast brilliant with the kindness of Léon.
The location is perfect for hiking and visiting Saint Rémy de Provence.

10/12/2025: It's quite rare for me to leave a review, but unfortunately… The prices are excessive: the meat, with the sauce on the side, cost me €30 in total, and it gave me a stomach ache for three days, and I'm far from being sensitive. The garlic pasta was barely cooked.
Regarding the service, nothing particular to say except that the menu wasn't explained to us, just a quick order.
In the end, there was no receipt, and after checking, a difference of €5 to €7. It's not a big deal in itself—I can even pay €20 more when the service and food are impeccable—but it's a matter of respect for the customer.
On the other hand, the next day I went to a brasserie called Oléa. And there, you can see the difference. I'll let you look up the name of the restaurant in Marseille: the reviews and ratings speak for themselves and perfectly reflect the quality of the place.

30/09/2024: Perfect shame it's so expensive I won't come back because of the price it's too much afterward he changes your plate and cutlery between starter main course and dessert cloth tablecloth tailor-made service but personally main course from 35€ starter from 21 cocktail a 20€ dessert you come out with a full stomach but you have to sell a kidney to finish the month
28/09/2024: I advise each customer to check the final bill carefully, there are unfortunately a lot of slip-ups: for example a plate of 5 sushi for €50? For my part, I no longer recommend this restaurant, which is accustomed to overcharging, even if the cuisine is at the expected level. Made in Marseille

20/09/2024: I was delighted to discover this very good traditional restaurant. The lamb couscous and the lamb tagine were delicious. The desserts too! The setting is very beautiful (we ate on the terrace)

15/09/2024: A truly exotic restaurant. The courtyard side terrace allows us to maintain an intimate atmosphere without the hazards of outside traffic. The service is just top notch 👌🏼 very caring and professional. The cuisine is tasty and the ingredients are quality! Mint tea at the end of the meal: what a joy 😌On the other hand: only one downside concerning the toilets which deserve a real refresh and an obvious renovation with a grab handle for people with mobility difficulties as well! Otherwise everything is perfect 👍 Don't hesitate to take a trip to Morocco if you go through Aix: a change of scenery guaranteed but remember to book because it's always full 🌟

10/12/2024: Excellent food for my part I ate a very hearty royal couscous with a good Boulaouane wine which I recommend. Went to the super clean toilet. I went there and I recommend it. Oh my, the cakes fell.

The setting is charming, and the cuisine is simply delicious, with generous and tasty dishes, prepared with fresh produce. The service is attentive and warm, which makes the experience even more pleasant. It’s a must-see address in Eyragues, I highly recommend it!

15/09/2024: This starred restaurant is not up to par.
No welcome, the decor in particular the furniture absolutely not suitable, not even a tablecloth etc.... The service is not up to standard at all, bread requested never arrived!!! , my wife was forced to drink water from my glass despite ordering a bottle of still water, our neighbors waited halfway through the meal to get wine and again they had to ask!!! , in short unacceptable for a star. As for the menu it is original and focused around the olive, there are some great creations but the whole meal revolves too much around the olive!!!!! Red card for the main dish around the pork with an incredible mismatch for a starred chef, putting so much wasabi which largely takes over all the other flavors and just not possible, moreover the 2 tables around us were all equally shocked.
This restaurant doesn't need much to be up to par, but there are too many mistakes to correct to keep its star.
Unfortunately I do not recommend this establishment which for me is not at the expected level for a star.

15/08/2024: From the entrance it announces the color.... We are made to feel that paying by credit card did not suit them... Network problem then later in the evening no more TPE so only in cash if we wanted something at the bar .
In terms of food, I found it expensive for what we ate... A tomato mozza (tasteless mozzarella)
A skewer of lemon chicken accompanied by rice... Dry chicken (a sauce would have been welcome.) and a timballe of rice that was too dry as well. (the rice was crispy) dessert a macaroon with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a red fruit coulis.... Also without much flavor. Anyway, fortunately we had a good laugh because the meal will not leave a memorable memory.

Arriving in disguise for a Christmas meal, ''menu'' meal agreed in advance, hot dish and desserts never arrived at our table.
And at midnight, we were asked to leave under the pretext that the evening was over while several tables were able to calmly finish the evening.
The atmosphere was nevertheless friendly... The impression of having been taken for pigeons.
