21/09/2024: Deplorable service, if we are not local we have nothing to do with you... keep to yourself and say it clearly Kitchen after more than 1 hour of waiting and not great when it comes to grilling. Fortunately, seafood makes up for it.

14/09/2024: Cons Didn't find the staff welcoming, found them to be condescending and unhelpful with the simple questions we asked. We booked the hotel on the basis that we would be able to use the spa, given the name...Upon arrival they gave us a leaflet with all the treatments on offer and told us to let them know if we wanted to book. The following day we requested to book 2 treatments and were informed that we weren't able to book. They said we had to book 4 months in advance !!! This was not clear at all when booking the hotel & SPA online. They then said they could fit us in early morning on the day we were travelling ( 6 days after arrival ). Very unclear information and marketing, extremely disappointing as we picked this hotel especially to use the spa facilities. - We called the hotel for desperate help , after visiting Les Baux we were stuck on a rocky trail with no pedestrian access and over an hour walk from the hotel. No ubers were available, although when I had checked the app prior it showed availability in the area, so we had no choice but to walk the whole way back through the mountain which took us nearly 2 hours in strong windy conditions. I tried to call 4 taxi companies in the area with no luck and a battery that was dying. Then out of desperation I called the hotel for assistance and guidance and was also met with an unbothered/unhelpful attitude. Although it was our choice to venture to a nearby town, we feel so let down by their general unprofessionalism, for this reason we wouldn't stay here again. - They don't change the towels after daily cleans, we had the same towels for the duration of our stay. Pros -The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the outside area. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and it's very quiet and tranquil. - It's about a 15 minute walk from the main village and a 6 minute walk to Van Gogh's museum.

14/09/2024: The kitchen: Well stocked plates. The prawns were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the rice was cooked well but the grilled vegetables were a little undercooked. The profiteroles were very good and plentiful but the cabbages were still a little frozen. Service : Nothing to say, the staff takes very good care of us, the service is fast and done with good humor. Atmosphere : The setting is magnificent, by the sea with a panoramic view, the sound of the waves is very pleasant.

07/09/2024: I like the place if we ignore the factories and container doors. The menu is not very generous but has the merit of being adapted to the location and the dishes are generally good. Not the best welcome from the management, but the waitress showed professionalism and was smiling ++++ We must recognize that catering is not an easy job and that it is easier to be behind the plate than behind the stove.

15/09/2024: 建議帶大家不要去这餐廳，因為裡面有一個年輕人他說不接待我們中国人🤬😓，我們八月份坐郵輪（Smc europea)到巷口為了能嘗試當地美食，我們四人在烈日下走大概走了40幾分鐘到他們家，你要是告訴我們已訂滿沒位了，我們可以接受，你奶奶的熊是誰給你的勇氣不接待我們中国人。

14/09/2024: Samedi soir marseille vieux port , 21 h , des tables libre mais le service est fini . On peut y manger quand du coup ????????
