21/07/2026: Superb restaurant with a sea view. The staff are lovely and very attentive to our special requests; in any case, they always do their best to satisfy us. We go to this restaurant every time we spend our holidays in Palavas; it has become a tradition for us to end our stay with this fabulous restaurant. It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the cuisine is refined and delicious. We have never been disappointed by the dishes offered. Bravo to "THE" chef who creates her dishes and perfectly masters her cooking techniques. Thank you to the entire team, and in particular to Bruno, who was lovely with our children. We will gladly return.

19/07/2026: Very very cool restaurant. Nice and smiling waiters. You can take 3 dishes for 27€ (appetizer, main course and dessert). But you can also choose something else from the menu. The dishes are exquisitely presented and there is a large assortment. Everything is delicious and delivered quickly. Highly recommended)

09/06/2026: Small, simple hotel. Very clean and quiet room. The hotel has a large parking lot. It's located opposite the bike path for those who might want to stop along their route. The owners are very friendly.

Often in this type of bar, you order loads of tapas and it costs an arm and a leg... Not here! The portions are generous, very tasty, and reasonably priced... It's great! Thank you very much.

25/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Disini Hotel enjoying a "brunch/pool" with my friends. The food and buffet were excellent, and the setting was superb and very pleasant. We especially appreciated being able to use the pool after brunch, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

25/07/2026: Seafood dish with mussels, but half the shells were empty. The dessert we ordered was panna cotta, but the base was set in jelly. It was July 14th, 10:30 PM, and we had to leave. The owner had turned off the lights, which made us hurry up and leave. Disappointing.

13/06/2026: I came today with my mother and, as always, it was a real treat! From the first bite, you discover truly rich and fragrant flavors. Everything is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with care. It's so refreshing to eat such delicious dishes, where you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise. Each Lebanese specialty is a delight, with authentic flavors that transport you. The value for money is exceptional for fresh products and homemade cuisine, which is sadly becoming very rare these days. Not to mention the always warm and attentive welcome, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!

20/07/2026: Le Bistro d'Hervé was a pure stroke of luck on a hot July day. After exploring the old town, we stumbled upon this culinary gem around lunchtime, looking for a restaurant away from the tourist crowds on the edge of the old town. The charmingly designed terrace immediately caught our eye. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the menu promised an exciting culinary journey – and we weren't disappointed. I had tuna tataki with a vegetable medley and was simply amazed by the high quality of the preparation. The fish was cooked to perfection: seared on the outside, raw on the inside. It practically melted in my mouth. The vegetables and fish were seasoned with exquisite flavor. The best tataki I've ever eaten! The second dish was a salmon carpaccio with a perfectly balanced lemon flavor, ideal for a hot summer day. Here, too, the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the preparation were outstanding! All in all, we highly recommend Bistro d'Hervé!
