23/08/2024: It's been 5 years since we last came and we were not disappointed with the delicious hillsides accompanied by a very good sauce. The squid a la plancha were fabulous, we finished with a dessert each and we were not disappointed. The prices are fair, the staff are very smiling and efficient.

29/06/2025: The food was really good, except for maybe one or two things. On the other hand, the waitress was really, really unpleasant. She spoke in a really haughty tone. I wanted to ask a question, and as usual in Lebanese restaurants, they speak Lebanese Arabic, so I asked my question in that language. Except the waitress replied, "In French, please." I had only asked for her first name. I thought she didn't speak Arabic, so I sincerely apologized, and I felt bad. Later, I heard her answering my sister and a colleague of hers in Arabic. Not to mention the tone of her voice, the fact that you really felt like you were bothering her, and that she just wanted to get it over with. When my sister asked her why the sandwiches were only available to take away and if there was any logic behind it, she replied, "There's no logic, it's just the way it is." Also, when my sister jokingly mentioned that one of the starters wasn't very good, she curtly replied, "Tell the chef." I find her attitude and manner of speaking really, really unpleasant. Still, the order was well taken and served. And otherwise, the weather was nice and the terrace was pleasant. There you go!

07/10/2025: This is a really nice place in the centre of Pézenas with a shady courtyard in the warmer weather but a cosy and atmospheric interior in the autumn /winter. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent food with a varied menu….lots of choice. Formidable !

28/09/2025: It was our second visit to Chez Paul. We ate both inside and outside. The food was delicious the steak and burger were cooked perfectly. The service was excellent there was a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant I would definitely recommend Chez Paul

28/01/2026: We ate at Bilig’s in Palavas-les-Flots and it was delicious! The service was excellent: the servers were very friendly and professional. Special mention goes to Camille, the young waitress, always smiling, attentive, and a real ray of sunshine! Thanks also to the chef for his delicious dishes. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place!

02/01/2026: A magnificent New Year's Eve 2025 in a charming little hotel where Marine offers gourmet cuisine that is inventive and refined. The welcome is wonderfully simple and warm. An experience to be savored for anyone seeking authenticity and tranquility.

01/01/2026: We had an extraordinary New Year's Eve at this restaurant at the foot of the church in the beautiful village of Octon. The owners (she's a superb cook, he's perfect in the dining room) were very welcoming, and the meal was of exceptional quality for New Year's Eve (excellent, hearty, and generous, both in terms of the food and the wine). The regular menu is of the same high standard. And the price is quite reasonable. Our choice was somewhat random, but what a wonderful surprise! We recommend it without hesitation!

16/11/2025: It was my first time in Sète and I was pleasantly surprised by this local specialty, the tielle... Delicious!!! 😋 I highly recommend it!!

15/11/2025: While passing through Sète, an acquaintance suggested I try Cianni's tielles. I didn't hesitate, as I enjoy this specialty with a side salad. They are generously filled and perfectly spiced. Personally, I really liked them. I recommend this place.

06/09/2025: If you want coffee in Sete go here. Friendly staff, great food and coffee to both take out and have outside at very comfortable tables. Highly recommended.

03/01/2026: Extremely disappointed, especially since we used to love this place, having visited three or four times. The service was far too slow, and they didn't even offer a carafe of water despite our request. What a shame.
