We ate very good dishes, copious, very well presented.
Explanation of the constitution of each dish.
Exotic flavors, a real treat in the mouth.
I went back there regularly.
Very good place to eat a Lebanese meal.
22/09/2024: The best Falafel in the region! A real delight whether it’s the cold/hot mezze or the main course.
No 5 stars because of the waitress who, even if she is friendly, seems to forget quite quickly what she is asked. We asked for the bill and had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to come back with it. in the meantime she took out the bill from another table who had asked after us. The table next door also waited a long time for their bottle of wine.

29/08/2024: Hôtel à l'écart de l'agitation du Centre de Marseillan plage , idéal pour une bonne nuit de sommeil.
L'établissement dispose d'un parking privé.
La climatisation est hyper silencieuse.
Les partons sont très accueillants.
Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu y dîner car le restaurant est fermé actuellement pour cause de santé.
Dommage
L'hôtel est desservi par la ligne de bus numéro 9 pour aller à Sète ou à Marseillan , inutile de prendre sa voiture ou moto l'été,
ainsi on évite les soucis de stationnement
26/08/2024: The hotel is really well located 2 steps from the sea (opposite the hotel). Proximity to shops and restaurants less than 5mm by car. We rented a very comfortable and functional triple comfort room on the way out from our vacation and on the way back we rented a simple triple room that was smaller but also very comfortable. Little extra chairs and table in front of each nice room. Very warm welcome from the owners. Breakfasts served at the table, copious and good. I recommend 100%. We will return with pleasure.

16/08/2024: Like every year, we stop at Fanny's during our bike tour of the Étang de Thau. And as usual, it's a real delight from main course to dessert. We had the pleasure of having a crepe in our gourmet coffee with a homemade chocolate sauce like everything else...
Excellent value for money and fast service,
efficient and all in a good atmosphere. Thanks again and see you next year.

04/09/2024: Bel endroit, choisir la terrasse si il fait beau avec une vue sur l'étang de Thau au 2e étage. Très bon service et accueil, rapide, une excellente panacotta beurre salé spéculos.
Un peu déçu par les huitres chaudes dont la dernière eau n'avait pas été vidée et gratinée sans plus. Sauce à revoir. Plat de friture copieux. Prix très honnêtes.
26/08/2024: Bon restaurant niché en hauteur avec une vue magnifique. Dans l’assiette des bon produits.
Une valeur sûre à Balaruc pour passez un bon moment. Mentions spéciale pour la sirène

25/08/2024: A little corner of paradise in a magnificent village.
The service is extremely welcoming and friendly, the chef is exceptional.
At lunchtime during the week you can eat for €17, an exquisite starter/main course/dessert menu with several choices.
In the evening and on weekends, the €30 menu is divine, sophisticated and succulent dishes.
A special mention for the Spritz, correct in price and very well served. An excellent choice to start a great time.
Just a small remark of no consequence, it would be nice to show the wine in pitchers on the menu.
A big thank you to you and see you very soon, we will come often.

25/09/2024: Frontignan 12 years old and foie gras with its perfect raspberry confit to discover, it was out of season. Pascale in SETE.
20/09/2024: Very warm and pleasant place with just perfect service. Our little girl was treated like a princess, we regularly asked her and us if everything was okay. We ate very well and had a pleasant time. Very nice discovery during our vacation! I recommend without hesitation

10/09/2024: We called at lunchtime to make reservations for the evening, a Thursday at the end of August.
We had given the list of unwanted foods to my partner and it turned out that on the menu there was only eggplant and tuna which required an adaptation of the menu.
The first course, after the second starter, consisted of cucumber water, merguez oil, diced cucumber, and three slices of tataki-style tuna with its sauce.
The tuna for my partner was simply replaced by, again, cucumbers, cut… lengthwise and cut out in a circle above the diced cucumbers… without the tuna sauce… the height of creativity… and with such a delicious dish, you can imagine that her mouth (from the cucumber) was watering….
Is it intellectually sufficient and satisfying to offer this to the customer as a dish?
As a chef, shouldn't I take the initiative myself and indicate to the customer that we have not found a solution to offer a correct dish, and therefore we suggest that the customer switch to 4 courses at instead of 6, or not to charge him for 6 services at full price.
-I offer a surprise menu for the principle of "culinary surprise" but also and above all to make my cooking profitable (let's be clear...), quite expensive menu: I still have to make the effort to find real creative alternatives to my dishes to satisfy my customers, get out of my comfort zone, especially during the week, being in the city center...easy to find fresh products with my local network...The tuna could, for example, have been replaced by oysters...(this will good with cucumber right??)
The waiter had suggested to us that we might have mushrooms to replace the dish with tuna: knowing that that evening there were barely 12 seats, so at most as many reservations, how can you not prepare in advance your service, do your briefing, and tell your customers what you can offer them as a replacement without making these kinds of light assumptions?
Pleasure counts above all and should in no way be tainted by the menu's desire for surprise.
We also have prices for food and wine pairing. When we asked the waiter why this wine and not another during the dish, his answer was: “because I think it went well with the garnish”. Well, yes, we suspect it, since it’s a food and wine pairing… You really can’t go any further in your explanations to push the culinary experience to 26 euros for three glasses?
The dishes, overall (not entirely) are quite bland, poorly seasoned, and that is the basis of a restaurant that wants to be gastronomic to have the right seasonings... and for the 6 courses, we have found that in terms of quantity, it deserved a little more generosity. There was room without denigrating the gastronomic side... We cannot indefinitely divide the quantity of dishes each time we offer additional services in a menu...
When it was time to pay, we had the opportunity to discuss it again with the waiter. While we had given our feelings during the meal on the first course, no questioning was made by the service. The waiter simply told us that this was the usual way and that people were very satisfied like that…
(addition: 190 euros)
Hats off for the questioning, for the individual consideration of the customer...for your non-commercial gesture taking into account our non-satisfaction...for not having offered to involve the chef to discuss it with him. I would have liked to talk about it with him, too bad, he brought us the appetizer, but not the main course.
01/09/2024: We had an excellent time, discovering revisited local products, flavors, tastes, wine, everything came together to make it a restaurant recognized by Gault and Milaut.

16/09/2024: Très décevant . Des pizzas ou les morceaux de fromages ne sont même pas fondus. Je m'interroge encore i la pâte n'était pas congelé. Dommage pour une quatre fromages. Des pâtes à la buffala qui n'en est pas (mozzarella) a 19 balles ça pique.
L'équipe est au petit soin c'est déjà ça.
Je sais que les loyers dans le centre sont cher mais a 120€ pour 5 sans dessert car a voir la qualité on a préféré sans passé. A éviter
15/09/2024: Une devanture alléchante mais quelle déception une fois à l’intérieur. Des tables et une vaisselle sales, un cadre miteux, une pizza pas terrible et si vous êtes trois il y en a un qui mange devant un poteau ! A fuir absolument surtout si vous êtes trois…

The site is remarkably calm and magnificent, my wife and I discovered this address by chance, and it was fortunate!
Our evening, the night that followed and breakfast... For all that, no complaints. Perfect !
Not only is the place highly recommended, but I will return there without any reservation.
21/09/2024: Beautiful establishment created in a rehabilitated and restored hamlet, with a pretty swimming pool. Calm and nature.
Friendly welcome for a week of fasting and hiking. Also offers Ayurvedic cures.
I highly recommend for a simple and invigorating change of scenery.

09/09/2024: L'environnement et les serveurs sont agréables, mais la cuisine n'est pas à niveau.
Sur les 2 commandes de moules, marinière et roquefort, très peu de sauce dans les poêlons, quasiment pas de roquefort, et de trop nombreuses moules encore fermées.
Les pâtes aux St Jacques sont servies avec des pétoncles: pas très grave mais ce n'est pas la même chose. Un petit effort SVP, pour faire honneur au site et au tourisme.
31/08/2024: Table à peine propre, serveuses avec vêtements tachés, seiche à surtout ne pas prendre, pas du tout cuisiné aucun goût riz + que sec... à fuir
