26/09/2024: Absolutely great midday time! The sea trilogy and the dish of the day delighted us.

25/09/2024: I reserved a table via their site for a business dinner, confirmation received. I also called this week to make sure the reservation was taken into account. The manager confirms this to me. And surprise… once there, restaurant closed!!! No calls received from them or even an email!! This is unacceptable!! Fortunately there are restaurants nearby that take reservations without reservation. This is a lack of professionalism! I therefore do not recommend this restaurant at all, although it seemed very good to me.

04/11/2024: Disappointed with the hotel. No breakfast, not suitable for babies, no elevator, baby bed not installed. And especially the room above the terrace, very noisy and smell of food. For more than €210 per night, I expected much better. Very good location though.

Just 20 minutes from Fréjus, Mandelieu and Montauroux, 4 friendly people will warmly welcome you to help you taste their dishes, burgers and pizzas in a small family-style room. Make no mistake: you are not going there to visit Corsica but the specialties on the plate are copious and perfectly prepared. Everything is fresh and well presented. The quality of the dishes, from the most classic to the most specific, are the great positive point of the establishment. The aperitifs, digestives and wines of the island will delight you! Finally, this team of atypical guys gives you a real feeling of welcome, taking care of you and always ready to comment positively on your tastings. As a couple that evening: 2 aperitifs + 1 charcuterie platter + 1 à la carte dish each + 1 cheese platter + 1 coffee + 1 dessert + 1 bottle of wine for around €100. And 2 digestives each free! The pleasure compensates for the justified expense: we will return!

17/06/2025: The Relais du Vieux Sauvaire is an extraordinary venue where we celebrated our wedding in June 2025. From start to finish, we received a warm welcome and were wonderfully guided through our preparations. Nicolas is very professional and straightforward, and we quickly felt at ease. On top of that, he's very personable and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for us, even on the big day, even though it hadn't been planned! Our guests were delighted with the cleanliness of the venue, the rooms, and the support they received, not to mention the breathtaking view. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again to Nicolas, Chloé, and Juliette; everything was perfect!

23/05/2025: We celebrated our wedding at the Relais du Vieux Sauvaire, and the venue far exceeded all our expectations. We spent the entire weekend surrounded by our loved ones, in a magical setting. The cottages are magnificent, comfortable, and very well-equipped—perfect for welcoming family and friends in the best possible conditions. The view is breathtaking, the place is full of charm, and the atmosphere is both warm and peaceful. We fell in love with it from the very first visit. A big thank you to Nicolas, always available, attentive, and very accommodating. He answered all our questions and guided us with great kindness and professionalism. A place we recommend without hesitation for a wedding or any other unforgettable event!

05/09/2024: You are looking for a nice and gourmet place, don't go elsewhere, come here. The welcome is very pleasant, the cook is excellent, especially on the carpaccio and the pan-fried tuna. Without hesitation we will come back to enjoy a meal at Cadet 83. See you soon, thank you to the 2 very friendly waiters.

04/09/2024: From the welcome until the departure without fault, I enjoyed myself I had the dish of the day which was a tuna tartare and a tiramisu it was very good, the price of the menu very reasonable I highly recommend this place if you are in Hyeres

06/11/2025: Great location, very warm welcome, very friendly staff. A minor drawback was the room cleaning.

15/11/2025: Homemade food, the royal couscous was incredible. Very clean kitchen, I recommend it 10,000 percent!
