13/05/2026: We had booked three rooms for a family gathering. Everything was perfect.

11/05/2026: The hostel is well located, pleasant, and the welcome was perfect! The breakfast was really generous and delicious. The rooms were quiet, though the bathrooms could perhaps use a little updating. We didn't try the restaurant.

02/08/2026: I wanted to introduce a friend to the wonderful cuisine at La Mimounia. The location is already incredible, with a magnificent view. A relaxed, family atmosphere, yet still very professional! As for the food, you have to try it once to truly experience its magic. It's bursting with flavor; you can tell from every bite that it was prepared with love. The lamb and prune tagine was a delight, and the chicken and olive tagine was truly amazing! But after that, you mustn't leave without having mint tea and pastries! Nothing could be better to finish off a meal! I want to thank the entire La Mimounia team a thousand times for this truly magical experience! If I could give it a rating out of 10, I would give it 20/10! Thank you again, and see you very soon!

21/08/2026: Disappointed... Unfortunately, too expensive for food that doesn't distinguish between rare, medium-rare, and medium. The owner is unprofessional and disrespectful of his customers... unfortunately, there's not much more to add. It's simple: the restaurant used to be full, now... three hairy men and one bald man.

19/08/2026: This restaurant serves only delicious food! While on holiday in St. Maximin, we were recommended this place and we weren't disappointed at all. The service was quick, and the waitress was extremely friendly and answered all our questions perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

07/05/2026: After a lovely hike on the island, we stopped, charmed by the friendly demeanor of the young waitresses. What a pleasant surprise! A truly delightful experience. Delicious spiced sardines, a flavorful tuna tataki, and an exceptional fisherman's soup. To finish, a subtly flavored Pavlova and a decadent profiterole. All of this was served with a kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. A few words exchanged gave the impression that the customers were more than just a walking wallet. In short, we will cherish the memory. Basques on holiday.

14/08/2026: Very noisy restaurant inside, very hot on the terrace with lots of smokers... The aioli was average, the ointment was good. Definitely not a warm welcome. Wouldn't go back.

28/07/2026: So, this isn't where I would have initially stopped... because of its location... on a bend with a tiny parking lot, but oh my... what a mistake that would have been! It's an absolutely delightful place... the decor is absolutely fantastic! From the decorated chairs inside, where your eyes are drawn to all the vintage objects and advertising signs... a very particular decor that takes you back in time... superb! As for our meal, well, I discovered the best stuffed vegetables of my life! A real treat, and I'd give anything for the recipe... The waitresses are incredibly attentive to the customers... I had a magical time! Wonderful...
