05/04/2024: Very nice address, I had the opportunity to see some photos of the dishes on the networks and I really wanted to form my own opinion. Being rather comfortable in front of the stove myself, I admit to being quite demanding, but frankly no false notes. I gave 4 stars to suggest that there was still room for improvement but it will no longer be at the same price. Thank you for this good time and certainly see you another time. Valérie and Eric

06/03/2024: Excellent experience for us in this restaurant. A rainy weekend in low season in Saint Paul en Forêt, we were alone and yet we were warmly welcomed and served. The food is innovative and delicious, with fresh produce. A unique menu with 2 options for each dish, the assurance of homemade with heart. We were delighted! Thank you for everything, we would happily come back.

16/03/2024: We went to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and chose the truffle menu. It was a menu worthy of the great chef Bruno with flavors that we greatly appreciated. We awakened our taste buds. The products are of high quality, the freshness is there. Very nice presentation. Finesse in the preparation of dishes The service is of very high quality and the owner took us on a journey thanks to her Alsatian accent and her kindness. The waitress even agreed to seat us at the water's edge, specially moving an already set table, even though we hadn't reserved 😊🥰🙏 The meal was delicious from aperitif to dessert: the Bottarga on toast to share, a Mediterranean specialty, was a great taste discovery and the sea skewer accompanied by its lemon risotto, on the daily menu, well stocked and tasty.😋 Original, refined and copious cuisine, in an enchanting setting, worthy of the prices charged (and justified here) by the beach, which deserves to be known. It was royal! 👑😉 Don't change anything, it was perfect! We sincerely appreciated this last quality meal, and thank you for this unforgettable moment, which ended our beautiful vacation in style under the mild autumn and even the southern heat of this beautiful Indian summer, the day after my birthday 🎂😉🎉 A beautiful gift 💝 The real Dolce vita 😎🌞 We will come back for lunch or dinner with pleasure, when we return to the region. 05/04/2024: There were 10 of us and not necessarily an easy group and certainly somewhat noisy... but no thought, that's already a good point. Taking orders with a smile. Service with a smile, there was no shortage of good tasting words and attention too. The dishes were appreciated by the 10 guests. The wine was okay. The owner offered us a rather pleasant digestive... and the somewhat complicated bill was admirably managed with a patience to be highlighted by the owner. In conclusion, if some customers were disappointed, this is not our case. One experience does not make the other.... but as far as we are concerned, we recommend this restaurant.

03/04/2024: Very friendly welcome. The place is cozy and clean. The cuisine is a real taste discovery for the taste buds. It was difficult for us to choose between the starters so we took 2 each. The products are fresh and the rum is added to finish this very colorful meal.

30/03/2024: Always a treat. We usually take away, but this evening we ate there. The pizzas are very good, the homemade desserts are delicious. My husband had the cake of the day made with sponge cake, ricotta, limoncello and strawberries and he still can't get over it. He never stops remembering it! The welcome and atmosphere are warm and sincere. An authentic Italian welcome! I recommend!

The server and his chef were attentive and professional, which greatly contributed to making our meal more enjoyable. The originality of the restaurant's menu was a real culinary discovery. Each dish was a real journey. It was a real treat for the taste buds. The respect for the products at the Les Canailles restaurant is admirable. This was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to authentic and responsible cuisine. I would also like to express a special thank you for the Hinano beer offered as a souvenir. This personalized attention added a special touch to our experience and reinforced our satisfaction. In short, the Les Canailles restaurant is a true gastronomic gem which combines quality of service, originality of the menu and respect for the products. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of good cuisine.
