01/07/2026: We arrived on the evening of June 28th and received a truly memorable welcome, in the warmest sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. A table was waiting for us, the service was seamless, quick, and attentive, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The manager is absolutely delightful: welcoming, pleasant, gentle, and cheerful, with a genuine kindness that is immediately apparent. And then there was the food… for me, the chef is a king. The dishes were delicious, generous, and prepared with taste and passion. My children are still talking about their hamburgers, the excellent steak, and the fries. My husband loved the gizzard salad, the beef bourguignon with its hint of cinnamon and cloves—magnificent—as well as the nougat dessert. As for me, I have a truly majestic memory of the salmon and the crème brûlée. When it came time to pay, the chef came to chat with me, and I was very touched. It's quite rare for me to leave such a glowing review, but this restaurant truly deserves to be known and recognized. I told him about my Instagram, InstantsdeClélia, all one word. He shouldn't hesitate to check it out, as I mentioned his restaurant, which deeply reminded me of the Morvan region I knew as a child. Thank you for taking me back in time with such simplicity, warmth, and generosity. I hope you'll come say hello in Mayenne someday, or visit me on Instagram. Thanks again for this wonderful evening.

01/07/2026: I came this morning but was a little disappointed because the waitress wasn't very friendly and the mini chocolate donut I ate was clearly not fresh, which is the second time this has happened to me when I go there. For the price, I prefer going to Cerea where the products are fresher and cheaper, and the staff are nice.

16/07/2026: This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and sadly, it would be my last. The charcuterie was too thick and tasted processed. The pizza was clearly lacking in toppings, with only a few pieces of merguez and chorizo, while the bulk of the dish consisted of dough and tomato sauce. The meat dish contained more fat than meat, and the fries simply tasted like baked potatoes.

16/07/2026: Superb restaurant, with a beautiful, shaded, flower-filled terrace – very pleasant. We ate well, and the waiters were very friendly and attentive.

She whipped up some couscous and pork stir-fry with homemade dessert, and we were ready to hit the road again.
