23/04/2026: Dinner at the stopover... I asked if the pizzas were Neapolitan or Roman style (different crusts). The answer was: Italian. I insisted, and when they came back from the kitchen, they told me: regular style. So I ordered a Milanese-style chicken escalope (but it was specified). The dish served: two breaded, dry, recooked escalopes, accompanied by cold pasta. Furthermore, we had to ask for a chiller for the bottle of rosé. In short, all for €50: it's neither Italian, nor good, nor economical!

06/02/2026: Wonderful hosts. Food was very good and the hospitality second to none. Well worth a visit to explore Burgundy from.
Thank you to Petra and Berry for welcoming us into their restaurant.

17/03/2026: The delivery driver didn't have GPS, so I guided him by phone. And on top of that, I had to go get the pizzas from his car. It was raining, and he didn't want to get wet! As for the carbonara, the eggs were leaking in the box—a disaster!
14/03/2026: I've been coming to this pizzeria for seven years now and I've never been disappointed.
The pizzas are always excellent, generously topped, and prepared with care. The welcome is warm and the service is always pleasant.
It's a place you happily return to, and the quality has remained consistent over the years, which is rare these days.
I highly recommend it!

We had grilled rib-eye steaks.
They were perfect. Very good grilled meat and the Roquefort sauce was excellent.
Really top-notch.
And I don't understand the other reviews about the owner's personality; I found the service to be very good.

18/01/2026: Every time, the welcome from the owner and his staff is perfect, the service is impeccable, the food is homemade, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
I highly recommend this restaurant where you'll have a wonderful evening.

20/11/2025: While passing through for All Saints' Day, we discovered this very pleasant establishment.
I recommend the baked egg with raclette and the excellent fish and chips; the ravioli were also very good.
18/11/2025: Upon our arrival, the owner was very kind. However, the same cannot be said of the waitress; she didn't smile at all and forgot the bread. We felt like she was just too busy with her job. We won't be returning because of her!

28/11/2025: A packed place at 12:30 is always a good sign. Workers, office workers, and couples. It's popular, welcoming, and unpretentious.
Excellent calf's head. Unbeatable value for money. We'll make a note of it and come back if we're ever in Nevers again.
I recommend making a reservation for large groups.

The manager was also very good.

Good fries, but I recommend bringing your own snacks. Otherwise, it's a cheap and stingy affair! And just like with the ice cream, don't expect a gavotte biscuit to be included!
On a Sunday, there were only two of us in the restaurant!
20/03/2026: Excellent stay! Clean rooms with thoughtful touches. Newly renovated bathroom with shower. Very good evening meal. Very kind and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
