22/03/2026: Several times at this restaurant, the tray and dishes were disgusting.

16/03/2026: As usual, 2 or 3 items were missing: fries, nuggets, sauces... Amateurish compared to other chains.

29/01/2026: Aside from its ideal location near the A77 motorway, everything else is really terrible. It was difficult to open the lock with the key because the access card didn't work. My TV had sound but no picture... in short, cheap but not great. Avoid it.

22/02/2026: The McDonald's sandwich machine has been out of order for two months, the ice cream machine is broken too, it must be too complicated to repair or replace... cold fries... and so on. It's deplorable...

08/02/2026: Disappointed once again by the McDonald's in Decize... today it was click and collect, and as usual, items were missing from my online order, and even more things (sauces, desserts) were left out of the delivery. I'll have to check my bags in the parking lot before leaving now! Absolutely no service.

02/03/2026: After waiting 49 minutes at the drive-thru, everything was cold, the fries were hard, and I got a small fry instead of a large one from my maxi best-of. In short, I think I'll go to Marzy from now on for better service. The cashier handed me a bag with a Happy Meal, which wasn't what I ordered. It's getting worse and worse; I've had much better!

02/03/2026: Incompetent! This McDonald's is a piece of junk! The worst in France, they can't do anything right. You'll get a burger folded in six pieces. Avoid it!!

01/02/2026: Appalling! Every time I order from this McDonald's, either they're out of stock or they get the wrong products, nothing goes right. Avoid at all costs!

01/02/2026: Passing through, we stopped at this McDonald's before continuing our journey. The service was disastrous, the staff were unpleasant and confused by the orders, making numerous mistakes. Regarding hygiene, it's unacceptable to have overflowing trash cans, greasy floors throughout the restaurant, and filthy restrooms (one with excrement and the other in a moderate state).
