17/05/2026: SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. The hotel is undergoing renovations due to a change of ownership... We had the unpleasant surprise of discovering this (we booked 3 months in advance... it would have been nice to know what we were getting into). If it were a bit like camping because of the renovations... that would be tolerable. Except that the "room," while a bit dated, isn't a big deal... But that it reeks of cigarette smoke (for the entire 4-day stay!)... that's not the renovations! That the bathroom area doesn't even have a proper door (okay, that's the renovations, I'm going to use my imagination) but... Not even a roll of toilet paper (shampoo, soap in the shower? Forget it). The heating doesn't work (we'll say it's the renovations... but not even an extra heater?!... the temperature in the room was below 15 degrees Celsius). No doubt the hotel will be better once the renovations are finished, but when you're capable of accommodating guests like this... I'm very worried about what's going to happen! Beware! At first, I thought the hotel was closed, but since we had an old reservation, it was "just for us"... not so! There were other guests during our stay, so this "hotel" is definitely open! I'll let you judge for yourselves the photos of the bathroom door with the broken heater and the storage room next to it.

15/11/2025: Honestly, very good. Given the recent reviews, we were skeptical, but we were genuinely pleasantly surprised. The snails were perfectly seasoned, the poached egg was excellent, and the waiter was really very friendly. Decor: as is 😉

31/10/2025: We were very disappointed with our meal. The new owners are not living up to the past of this iconic regional restaurant. We had been coming here regularly for years for its tastefully prepared regional cuisine and its slightly run-down but incredibly welcoming atmosphere. We will not be returning. What a shame, this is an address to forget.

28/08/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience. We simply ordered two coffees, but after waiting 15 minutes, we still hadn't received anything, despite repeatedly asking the staff. When the coffees were finally prepared, they served us two single espressos when we had ordered two double espressos. We had to point out the mistake again. For such a simple order as two coffees, waiting so long only to receive an incorrect order is truly disappointing. A little more attention and care in preparing orders would be appreciated.

28/08/2026: Regular customer, the floor and toilets are ALWAYS filthy 😳 It's so sticky and slippery No water in the toilets No soap… Hygiene needs improvement! Today it's a complete disaster The waiter dropped several trays, including one on a customer No cleaning for at least 20 minutes; people were stepping over the fries on the floor… The bins are literally overflowing! Puddles of liquid on the floor… A SHAME!

08/06/2026: I arrived at the bakery at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6th, right when it opened. Two employees were outside on their break and saw me heading towards what I thought was the entrance, only to find the shutters down. I turned around to find the entrance and saw the two "professionals" snickering at me. In a more respectful world, it would have been polite to greet me with, "Madam, the entrance is this way." I waited for the sales assistant to come and serve me when I heard a baker let out a loud belch. So much for professionalism! And then the pastries I bought were practically burnt to a crisp—nice!

25/08/2026: Overall, a fairly satisfactory restaurant. Order errors are quite rare. The staff has always been polite (in my experience). However, the available items are not often updated, particularly for the Ligue 1 duo menu; the 20-piece nuggets are not available, even though they are sold individually, making it impossible to order this menu. (This is just one example among many.)
