23/09/2025: Very beautiful view, unlike previous years, we came to take our order and the waiter was pleasant, but coffee with a drop of milk (hazelnut) for more than €2 is excessive.

22/03/2026: Avoid this place; poor quality, and there are doubts about its cleanliness. You're better off going to Corbigny.

24/10/2025: Young people just starting out. Very friendly. Big appetites will be satisfied. Don't hesitate to increase the quality of your products, I'm thinking in particular of cooked ham.

24/04/2026: If you order a wok dish, don't even look at the state of the kitchen. In a word: unspeakable, filthy, almost nauseating when you see the state of the pans... and everything else... The only positive point was the waiter, who was very friendly and efficient. This restaurant is to be avoided at all costs, and I hope for a swift health inspection, which I will strongly support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

24/04/2026: Another so-called restaurant. The all-you-can-eat buffet was disappointing, with no choice and cold food. The service was appalling, and the wok station was more than just dirty—I'd say it was disgusting. The cook was old and unkempt, much like his cooking. I don't understand why the health inspectors don't check them; they would be shut down immediately. The only pleasant thing was chatting with the waiter, who was very friendly. You even wonder what he's doing in this restaurant; he deserves much better. In short, avoid this place and stop feeding people who don't have your best interests at heart. They boast about not serving French cuisine. THANK GOODNESS.

05/07/2025: We came for breakfast: chocolatines, croissants, hot chocolate, and coffee. Everything was delicious; the pastries were warm and delicious! A bonus: outdoor tables, indoor seating, and restrooms in the bakery.

03/06/2025: A €7 salad with cheap bagged salad, half an egg and tomato slices that must have been old considering their taste, corn and a meager slice of cheese, it's scandalous to sell such a poor quality product at such a high price! I don't recommend it.

18/03/2026: Charming spot, at the foot of the Saint Martin collegiate church. Warm welcome. The salmon pasta was good and the tarte tatin delicious.

08/03/2026: We came for dinner last night with my parents and had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm and friendly, the restaurant is lovely and peaceful, located opposite the collegiate church, and the food was excellent. We had delicious pizzas with a very thin crust and a small homemade caramel tiramisu for dessert. #delicious 😊 We will definitely be back!

04/12/2025: What can I say… I stopped there at lunchtime, starving, without even checking the reviews. The welcome was a bit odd, and I was seated right next to a table with two drunk customers who stared at me throughout the entire meal—a very so-so atmosphere. I ordered quite a bit, but I was left wanting more. I started with the La Faustine galette (cream, tomato, honey, goat cheese): none of the ingredients were actually cooked, and the filling was practically nonexistent. When I opened the galette, I really felt ripped off… especially for €12! I tried a second galette, the Classique (ham, cheese, egg). I'm still looking for the cheese… Not even a whole slice of ham, and the crème fraîche was just placed on top of the galette, which I'd never seen before. Then, a Nutella crêpe: okay, nothing special. Then a waffle, after asking if it was homemade: the manager assured me it was, that the owner made them himself. But honestly, it was dry and hard, like a mass-produced one. As for drinks: a nearly flat Coke, close to its expiration date, and an Orangina. In the end: €39.70 for a truly awful meal. Frankly, even a home cook could do better than some of the restaurants in the village. Very disappointed.

14/11/2025: Luzy is a small, rustic crêperie with a friendly welcome. Two waffles, an espresso, and a hot chocolate for €19... even in Annecy it's cheaper, and the waffle batter is actually made fresh on-site. Here, the waffles are mass-produced, probably bought from an industrial supplier; a quick spin in the waffle iron and voilà, they're ready. A shame, especially considering the price.

29/04/2026: Looking for a place to eat, we stumbled upon this Asian restaurant with an all-you-can-eat buffet. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed our meal; there was a good selection.

27/04/2026: A very traditional restaurant, seemingly stuck in the 2000s; you can tell the food isn't refreshed throughout the evening. The selection is very basic. The classic service is in t-shirts and shorts, and, somewhat insignificantly, the soft drink is served without the proper glass. Only the price is appealing.

10/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place and first had a coffee late in the morning. Since the restaurant staff were so friendly, we decided to stay for dinner. A great find! The portion was very generous and hearty.

03/09/2025: Started our morning with coffee here, liked it and went back for lunch. Great little restaurant, excellent food. I had the meat on a hot stone, fabulous. The cheese plate for dessert was superb. Friendly staff, great location, highly recommended.

15/11/2025: Honestly, very good. Given the recent reviews, we were skeptical, but we were genuinely pleasantly surprised. The snails were perfectly seasoned, the poached egg was excellent, and the waiter was really very friendly. Decor: as is 😉

31/10/2025: We were very disappointed with our meal. The new owners are not living up to the past of this iconic regional restaurant. We had been coming here regularly for years for its tastefully prepared regional cuisine and its slightly run-down but incredibly welcoming atmosphere. We will not be returning. What a shame, this is an address to forget.

15/03/2026: A very bad experience. No one was there to pay upon arrival or departure. Room 8, straight out of the 1960s, smelled musty and stale. This was due to mold on the bathroom tiles and the poor hygiene of the toilets. Photos below. I don't understand the 8/10 reviews I see.

19/02/2026: Nice little hotel, inn-style; good food; one small drawback: the staff were a bit inattentive. But if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay there. Franck

04/05/2026: We wanted to grab a quick McDonald's after a long day on the road, but we won't be back. First of all, the waitress who served us didn't know how to give us the correct change; luckily we checked... but the worst part was the double cheeseburger we ordered—it tasted MOLTEN!! It completely ruined our appetite. The service and hygiene need a serious overhaul.
