18/09/2023: Passing through on a Sunday evening we were able to eat there without reservation. On the other hand, it closes definitively in October 2023.
29/08/2023: We ate at the tavern at the port of Chaumot during our cycling trip along the Nivernais canal. We were delighted!! Delicious, whether it's the children's or adults' menu. Extra service, kindness, smile. I recommend with my eyes closed!!

24/03/2024: Excellent address for a weekend getaway or a few days.
The hotel is perfectly located on the banks of the Loire and a few minutes from the winegrowers.
The rooms are perfect. The view from the rooms with terrace is exquisite.
I strongly advise you to dine there. The table is refined. We were served some of the best meat we have eaten in years.

The meat was good, not dry, quite tender, well seasoned, the fries were crispy and the bread was well filled.
We also tasted the mushroom kebab pizza
Too bad it doesn't have more filling because the dough is good, well cooked, the tomato sauce has a good taste and is well seasoned.
