28/08/2024: An ideal place when you are on vacation to be able to eat in peace, very pleasant and fast, efficient service. A warm environment, the meal is excellent in a good atmosphere, I recommend this place 🤗

30/07/2024: Good traditional cuisine with local products but a fish dish is missing from the menu. Jug water really isn't great. The price is right. Friendly and pleasant service.

25/07/2024: Very friendly little address. The cuisine is delicious and homemade. Mastered cooking and seasoning, and the dessert is a real delight. The team is extremely warm and pleasant. Very very good value for money. We will come back when the occasion arises.

29/08/2024: We recommend Sarah and Thomas without hesitation. We hired them for our wedding (cocktail party/dinner/brunch) and they were... perfect! Available, responsive, and attentive to our every need. We can only thank them because the time we had was unforgettable, in large part thanks to them! 29/08/2024: A huge THANK YOU to Sarah & Thomas for their services at our wedding. Beyond the delicious food, which received compliments from all the guests, the service was impeccable! The entire team is kind, friendly, and always available. They took excellent care of everyone. The cocktail hour, dinner, and brunch were all delightful. They were incredibly helpful with the organization, especially given the unpredictable weather. I wholeheartedly recommend them, not only for their cuisine but also for their wonderful personal touch.

01/12/2025: Behind a grand carriage entrance lies the entrance to this truly charming hotel, located on the road to Vézelay. The reception area is at the foot of a magnificent wooden staircase leading to the rooms. Ours overlooked the street, which was very quiet in late November. The room was spotless and furnished with comfortable bedding; the bathroom had a spacious shower, and we slept like babies. To top it all off, the generous breakfast was excellent, and our host was incredibly attentive. A truly excellent place to stay.

23/09/2025: Warm welcome. Clean room and comfortable bed. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. Mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten. It would be a good idea to get screens on the windows because it was hot, and we had to open them. And the window overlooks the street... the bathroom is new, but the macerator toilet isn't great. The toilet is always (in many hotels) in the bathroom, which is a shame. "It's a turn-off."

30/08/2024: We only ate ice cream and had drinks here. We did this for several days and the service was great every time. Sometimes you had to wait a while, but that's not a problem. I think there are only two of them here because I haven't seen anyone else in all those times. Very nice people and the lady also speaks a little bit of Dutch which is very pleasant. Definitely recommended!!

23/08/2024: From the looks of it, you say to yourself “well, we’ll see”. Then from the start our dogs are entitled to a large bowl of water as well as a bowl of kibble. The cuisine remains simple but traditional. No frills but very good. I prefer that to a bohemian restaurant that costs a ton of money where you die of hunger when you leave. The 17 euro menu is very good, with a carafe of wine included (equivalent to two glasses). Pleasant and helpful people. Thank you again for this warm welcome.

27/08/2024: A bakery in name only. What do you call a bakery without bread? 3 times in less than a week there is no more country bread at 10 a.m.!!!! It is specific to this business because at the Marie Blachere bakery on the banks of the Loire there is always what you need. But here there is always something missing.

13/10/2024: Open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m., even on Sundays, near the train station on the other side of the bridge. Selection of tobacco from 5 euros to 20. Friendly service. Closes late around 10 p.m. Great hours. FDJ games, PMU, I think. Terrace bar. Good.

10/08/2024: We came with friends to try the brunch, we had reservations for 12:30 p.m. and no problem. When we arrive at the restaurant we are told that the brunch will no longer be restocked from 1 p.m., a bit of a shame. There are sweet and savory options but we were expecting more choice all the same. Unfortunately we found a hair in our muffin... Apart from that, the waitress is smiling, it's a pleasure to see and the people are respectful, it's calm and family-friendly. Unfortunately I don't think we'll come back for brunch, maybe for the restaurant. Good luck to them

31/10/2024: Viande mal cuite, serveuse catastrophique pas de pain après plusieurs demandes. A amener l'addition avant les cafés. Trop fatiguée selon ses dires. Les brochettes horribles avec une espèce de poudre farineuse. Très déçu heureusement invité
