30/11/2025: The owner enjoys talking behind people's backs (especially mine, and don't try to deny it, there's a witness). He's not the only one, by the way, but never mind. I really don't feel comfortable there and I always feel like I'm being treated like a pariah. If I were the one treating them the way they treat me, there would be an immediate outcry.

25/03/2026: Overall, it's a good bakery, and the staff is pleasant, at least in my experience. Today, March 25th, I came to get my bread. I saw an offer of 10 pastries for €6 in your window, and I was very interested. However, your employee told me that this offer was only valid until 9:00 AM. There are too many posters and too much information about your offers in your window, but it's not very clear. I wasn't the only one who said this, as two regional inspectors took a photo of the window. They kindly explained that they would pass on this information and try their best to ensure customer satisfaction every day, and that this was your priority. Because I couldn't take advantage of this offer, out of respect for past and future customers, they still made me a gesture of goodwill. I thought that was great, thank you to the Marie Blachère brand. I still travel 12 km to get my bread.

14/03/2026: Although the food is very good, we are very disappointed. We went twice; the first time at the till the person was very unpleasant, and the second time, even though there weren't many people and it was 8 pm, we were refused takeaway because, and I quote, "we don't have time." Frankly, we were disappointed.

15/02/2026: Refused a table for two. Really disappointed with the establishment. Their justification: "We only do one seating." No, I'm not being mean, it's the truth! You are not welcoming at all! If I could give zero stars, I would. We ate elsewhere where we were treated properly: a million times better!

29/03/2026: I ordered pizzas and a Starter Deal today. The potatoes weren't cooked, the onion rings were burnt. The pizzas had no taste. It's a shame, there aren't any pizzerias left to eat at in Douai.
