22/08/2024: Subway de Lomme offers sandwiches that remain good and fresh, as expected. However, I noticed a little lack of hygiene which bothered me a little. This could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable.

20/08/2024: Good Subway with open upstairs terrace and nice view of Kinepolis.

07/09/2025: Bar to avoid, very aggressive waiter, misleading sales, I order 2 Picon beers and realize that the beer has a strange taste, it was not a bottle of Picon it was "bitter beer" at 8 euros a glass extremely disappointing!! A friend joins us and pays 9 euros for the Balley's!!! And judging by the comments it is not the only alcohol where they lie about the name!

07/09/2025: We came to drink a picon beer! To our surprise, no picon at all, in fact they serve you "bitter beer" instead of picon at €8 a glass, shame on you! Avoid, unpleasant waiter and, putting it mildly, the boss who is not present and neglecting the bar!!!!!

06/12/2024: A FUIR Attrape touristes ! Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre moins d'une étoile. Cuisine médiocre pour des tarifs plus qu'excessifs : frites congelées, steak complément carbonisé, hamburger au goût de brûlé, jamais eu notre carafe d'eau.. et quand on s'en plaint au serveur, le gérant n'intervient que pour nous sommer de payer et de déguerpir, à la limite de l'insultant. Il doit avoir l'habitude des clients mécontents avec sa réponse toute faite "vous êtes les premiers de la journée à vous plaindre " et l'argument choc "vous en avez quand même mangé "

26/11/2024: Buen servicio y muy alegre. Preciosa comida en terraza afuera viendo pasar el mundo! Tenía módulos al la crème, mi marido tenía Le Welsh con pollo.

07/12/2025: UNACCEPTABLE! After placing a Deliveroo order, the cheese was missing from all four sandwiches I ordered. Furthermore, the kitchen staff took it upon themselves to add and leave out ingredients as they pleased (please read your receipts in the future). So yes, Subway is good, but only when it's done right. Therefore, I advise against ordering anything from them, but rather recommend going in person so you can make sure they're doing their job properly.

06/11/2025: I often come here for lunch during my break. I'm always warmly welcomed, and I think it's the best in Lille. I'd like to extend a big thank you to the two ladies who were there today and who found and put away my very valuable scarf ☺️

29/12/2025: It's rare that I don't finish a meal, but here the tacos were really not good and it was expensive (10€ for the menu). Avoid

27/12/2025: The Tunisian pasta, called spaghetti alla tunisiana, is truly authentic, made the Tunisian way. Nice and spicy (your choice) and especially well-seasoned. It's served with a generous portion of lamb shank! Quick service and a very warm welcome.

12/12/2025: I've never eaten so badly; I got food poisoning. The hygiene needs to be reviewed, especially since there are flies in the kitchen. I've never seen such rude people; they insulted my mother because I asked for a drink that wasn't too hot. In short, never come here unless you want to get sick. And I found hair in my kebab, even though the kebab shop owner is bald.

12/12/2025: So, to begin with, the staff were incredibly unpleasant and spoke to us very rudely. I wanted to use the toilet, but it required a code. I asked for help, and they brushed me off. Finally, on the third try, they decided to help me, but they made snide remarks, making me feel like I was stupid and incapable of thinking for myself. I went into the toilet: no trash can. How am I supposed to throw away something like towels? After struggling to discreetly throw my towel in the PUBLIC trash can, I went to wash my hands, but imagine my surprise: there was no soap in the toilets. I slipped on the floor because it was so greasy, the walls were stained with strange substances, the fries were cold… I wouldn't recommend going there again.

25/11/2024: Personal muy amable y restaurante muy limpio. Deliciosa pizza y a un precio muy razonable. Muy recomendable, volvería a visitar.

25/11/2024: Un accueil chaleureux du patron, mais un service déplorable de la part des serveurs. (Surtout après le départ du patron) - Aucune présentation de la carte. Balancée par le serveur - Service du vin inexistant. - Verres et bouteilles encore pleins retirés sans notre accord. - Réservation effectuée 4 jours à l'avance, mais une table à peine dressée à notre arrivée. - Impression désagréable d’être poussés vers la sortie (pour un samedi soir c’est honteux) - Pas de propositions de prendre un dessert Une expérience très décevante surtout pour fêter mon anniversaire !! je ne recommande pas.

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

25/01/2026: The servers are nice but the wait is really too long (1 hour).

24/01/2026: The menu at Le Pain Quotidien is always delicious. However, the service at this restaurant is mediocre and the cleanliness is very poor (sticky floors and disgusting toilets).
