29/08/2024: Was welcomed by very kind and helpful staff. My room was on the 3rd floor, lift is available. The hall smells clean, room also clean. The room itself is VERY small, if you don’t like tight spaces be aware of this. The bathroom especially is very close to the door entrance and toilet is kind of strange to flush. The sink water drains a bit slow. Lovely showers, some free soap available. Hair dryer works ok. Tv also works. The bed was also good, the pillows heavenly. But it is very noisy in the evening, the doors shut loud which is really a down point. All in all, okay to stay for 1 night but probably not longer than that.
18/08/2024: Third stay at the Napoléon for me, always pleasant service and ideal location next to Lille Flandre station for access to the city center, I recommend ☺️

Fast service with all orders
20/01/2025: I like the food but there is no variety and for me I prefer to serve my self.
also sweets aren’t included in the buffet so comparing to other restaurants its expensive to pay 17 for food only

La prise de contact à été fluide.
Manu et Mehdi ont organisé cette soirée comme des chefs !
L’animation était topissime !
Nous n’avons que des retours positifs de nos adhérents !
Nous recommandons tous ce lieux : nous sommes unanimes !!!

16/07/2024: Never disappointed, a friendly place with an atmosphere like you don't find anywhere anymore. The people are respectful of the place and rather clean. Small downside on the cigarette butts lying around everywhere at the end of the evening

03/09/2024: Never come the week of August 15 during the absence of managers, the restaurant was dirty, the bins empty, the toilets horrible & a certain relaxed atmosphere noticed as unprofessional.

08/12/2024: Recommended! Coming one afternoon somewhat by chance to this brasserie a stone's throw from the city center, on a pretty square, we had nothing but good surprises. Warm and attentive welcome, fast and attentive service, friendly atmosphere, apparently quite a few regulars, excellent and very generous salad, delicious dessert, everything is there. We leave with the desire to come back very quickly!

30/11/2024: I won't put more on this Gur. Sorry but the place itself was dirty. Fat and cola everywhere in the upstairs room. The meal was not better at all. Cold fries, a meatless kebab and just salad. And staff who made the wrong order. Brief!! A total disappointment. Sorry
02/11/2024: Frankly, you should avoid this disgusting "kebab", which is not even one. The meat could be at least good but I don't even have the words to describe its mediocre quality.

21/11/2023: Third time I've come and it's still just as good!
The pizzas are well stocked and are good value for money (the lunch menu is 8.90 with pizza or pasta plus drink).
I will come back to try the pasta next time :)

24/09/2024: The hotel is very close to the city center. There is a parking garage in the adjacent train station. The hotel's restaurant and lobby are pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good.
There was no toilet paper in the room (to be precise - there were two nearly finished rolls). However, the receptionist provided a roll upon request.
24/09/2024: Location is central but ventilation is very poor. Air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel for 3 days and nothing was done about it. Very unfortunate to have to sleep in a closed room at temperatures that are too high.

17/09/2024: A restaurant near Euratechnologie, a calm and pleasant setting. As for the food, everything is top notch, quality products and well cooked. Possibility of privatizing the floor for professional or family meals.

12/12/2024: Horrible la direction a changer depuis peu ! La patronne désagréable comme pas possible ! Les plats très fade contrairement à l’ancienne direction . L’attente des plats et super longue frites surgelés . Le comble la patronne n’accepte aucunes critiques elle et sur la défensive honteux son comportement . En plus elle et très lourde avec les clients rentre dans les conversations des clients à table . Changer de métier madame sinon dans quelque temps vous devrais mettre la clé à la porte . Dommage que l’ancienne direction n’ai plus la ! Plus jamais on reviendras
07/12/2024: Très bonne adresse, sans jeu de mots. Si vous cherchez de la gourmandise, des nouvelles sensations en mangeant un burger, c’est l’adresse à faire. Sélection de vins plus que respectable et on n’a pas le sentiment de se faire braquer. Le personnel est gentil et courtois. Très bon moment
