24/09/2024: The hotel is very close to the city center. There is a parking garage in the adjacent train station. The hotel's restaurant and lobby are pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good. There was no toilet paper in the room (to be precise - there were two nearly finished rolls). However, the receptionist provided a roll upon request.

24/09/2024: Location is central but ventilation is very poor. Air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel for 3 days and nothing was done about it. Very unfortunate to have to sleep in a closed room at temperatures that are too high.

26/09/2024: Superbe adresse, nous avons extrêmement bien mangé. Le plateau festif était superbe! Petite mention spéciale pour les brochettes de poulet saté et la soupe de poulet coco ! Nous y retournerons

11/09/2024: Rien à dire sur la cuisine mais pour le service malheureusement… le serveur fait des efforts importants mais il est seul pour l’accueil, servir, prendre les commandes, faire les encaissements au bar et préparer les boissons et cocktails… résultat, nous avons attendu plus de 25 minutes après notre arrivée pour la prise de commande et une demi-heure après le plat pour avoir la carte des desserts. En cocktail, nous avions pris des mojitos qui étaient mal mélangés et assez insipides et qui sont arrivés en même temps que les plats.

15/09/2024: We went to eat in this estaminet on the first evening of the sale. There was therefore a special clearance menu but nothing had been indicated on the site when booking to warn us of this, which was disturbing because I personally could not eat anything (allergy to seafood + does not eat de Maroilles)… The waitress then suggests that I take a hot platter with “onion rings, chicken tenders, cheddar and squid bites” with salad. Although there was squid, I decided to take it out of spite. What was my surprise when I saw that there were 3 salad leaves and that in fact there were not onion rings but cod acras!! I asked two other waiters to confirm to me that the fried rings were really with squid to avoid eating them, neither of them knew how to answer me, so they sent me away without even going to ask in the kitchen... What a lack of professionalism! I'm not even talking about the things in the dishes that I was able to eat that were just not good... In short, I ate almost nothing, very disappointed

30/08/2024: Nothing from an estaminet, welsh lover, today I ate a slice of ham and a toast bathed in oil Only 4 dishes available on a menu which nevertheless includes around ten Waiters who speed up the service as if they were in a hurry to finish their evening, nothing surprising when we note the presence of only 10 customers for a Friday evening. At least think about weeding your facade, this will allow a few customers to make the mistake of entering there. I hadn't planned to comment but since you don't even ask us if our evening went well, this is where I say it. Good luck to you see you soon on M6 in nightmare in the kitchen.

28/08/2024: First time for us at this place, and I was going to give a good rating and appreciation until I realized that our drink was expired... 07/15/2024... (we were on August 27 anyway!) No DLC control??? and these are drinks that are displayed in the window! When I see that, I have the right to say to myself that in terms of verification, quality, etc... it must not be great... Very disappointed. We cannot recommend

22/08/2024: Très déçue de l’hamburger chti maroilles !! Il l’avait un drôle de goût ( surtout le steak haché ) La dame me l’a refait sans problème et je n’ai pas réussi à le manger toujours à cause de ce drôle de goût ( je précise que c’est la 1ere fois que ça m’arrive) Par contre sincèrement au prix du produit, il n’y a pas grand chose dedans (un mini bout, de tomate, 3 feuilles de salades, la tranche de bacon diminue de moitié heureusement l’œuf sauf les meubles, le maroille c’est à peine si je l’ai senti, le pain froid … très peu croustillant ) Je l’ai donc rendue et la j’ai précisé mon mécontentement en restant respectueuse, l’une d’entre elle l’a très mal pris. Et s’est permise de souffler et de me faire comprendre que j’exagèrerai ! Honnêtement le prix payer pour ne rien manger c’est plus que limite ! Elles ne sont pas commerçante du tout !!! ( sauf une qui n’a jamais rien dit ) Dommage que je n’ai pas pris une photo.

11/09/2024: I agree with this other person who thinks the price is expensive for the flimsy soup. There shouldn't be a lot of Vietnamese moving there. They wouldn't appreciate a small bowl of phò for 18 euros. This does not really work for me who is a phó regular.

27/08/2024: I had a great time in this little restaurant! The cuisine is delicious, with tasty and well presented dishes. Special mention to the waiter who was particularly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. An address not to be missed!

26/10/2024: Tres bonne brasserie avec menu qui change chaque jour, toujours du poisson au menu. A souligner : l originalité, la qualité, la présentation. Plat d agneau copieux, celui de Saint jacques pas trop. Il faut savoir que le lieu est très bruyant, et qu'il est de coutume de mettre des aliments froids dans des assiettes chaudes (accompagnement des saint jacques, crémeux de maïs de l 'entrée) C est particulier mais on peut demander chauds. Belles propositions de vin. Photos de selle d agneau aux herbes, Saint jacques, crémeux de maïs et œuf parfait, crottin de Chavignol pané.

18/08/2024: The Verlaine, big brother of Rimbaud in Cormontaigne, also offers high quality cuisine, the staff is very pleasant and the dishes change every day. To try without hesitation even if you just have a beer.

01/12/2024: ¡Horrible experiencia! Encontré un pelo en mi ensalada y lo marqué. No se dan disculpas. 5 minutos después encontré otro pelo en mi crepé. Lo señalé de nuevo al dueño. Ella tomó el plato y dijo "no es un pelo, es un pelo de pincel"! Le dije que era un pelo de verdad y entonces ella respondió groseramente "no puede pasar, están todos afeitados abajo". El pelo venía del interior del crepé. Aún no hay disculpas. Después de 5 minutos me dijeron que compraría un crepé nuevo. ¡Ese nuevo crespón nunca llegó y tuve que decirles que no se molestaran! Muy malos métodos de higiene y dueño extremadamente grosero!

15/11/2024: La personne nous ayant servi est très agréable et très professionnelle. Elle discute sans déranger le repas et aime son travail L’emplacement de notre table ( dans le couloir d’entrée ) n’était pas top car nous sommes souvent bousculé par le passage incessant. La crêpe n’est ni très bonne ni très mauvaise, je pense qu’elle pourrait être nettement meilleure . Ça ne sera pas une expérience inoubliable

19/09/2024: A fuir !!!! Passez votre chemin, quiche immangeable servie froide aucune saveur, de l’industriel congelé. Une poignée de salade servie n’importe Comment. Vue l’ ampleur du désastre nous n’avons pas testé les déserts. Problème d’ hygiène, nous avons tous été malades. Patron très désagréable!

11/07/2024: Order Uber tonight. A fries with cheese and a tacos with cordon bleu mayo sauce and nuggets with extra mushrooms, When it arrived fried without cheese, an inedible taco with food that I didn't even ask for and of course without mushrooms, it wouldn't surprise me if I got sick given the smell of the taco. To flee !!!
