12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

14/02/2026: If you close at 2330 and it’s 2215 then you should still serve customers….pathetic because they want to go home and essentially having customers piss off

09/02/2026: One star is already a huge rip-off. The service was appalling, the coffee disgusting, for €4 it's a complete joke. Avoid at all costs!!!

08/02/2026: Marc and his waitress are truly unpleasant. He's arrogant, and his waitress, with her haughty, aggressive manner and unbearably high-pitched voice, will drive you absolutely crazy! Marc refuses to give me my winnings, deeming them too high, and refuses to cash in my bets, again deeming them too high (it was only €88!). Avoid at all costs!

27/02/2026: Hello, I ordered this evening, half of my order is missing, and when I call, they don't answer. I'm really disappointed.

21/02/2026: Expensive menu for the quantity. Lack of cleanliness.

18/02/2026: Really not a pleasant place, small, too crowded, blocking the way to the upper floor. The worst part is the toilets – the people there are filthy, going in is like embarking on an adventure.

30/10/2025: I arrived at 12:30 PM (during opening hours) and was surprised to find Mezzo Di Pasta closed (see photo) with no sign or information. I tried calling, but there was no answer. There was no information on social media or the internet either. I think there's a serious lack of communication, which is a real shame, because I used to enjoy coming here. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break walking only to find a closed shutter and no information... PS: I can still change my vote if there's an apology and an explanation for what's happening!

24/02/2026: Having been a regular customer of this chain in other cities, I went to the Lille location a few days ago. I ordered two pancakes, a perfect granola, and drinks. After a 40-minute wait, our plates arrived. The pancakes were burnt and the granola had no fruit… Honestly, avoid this place.

22/02/2026: The location is good, and that's its only redeeming quality. We were served in 45 minutes even though the restaurant was empty. We found a date tag in one of our dishes. The food was decent. The service was appalling and unfriendly. A waiter dropped a tray and didn't apologize for getting our coats dirty. In short, a disgusting experience.

14/02/2026: I just ate there and it was delicious. A very warm welcome and an affordable meal for the quality.

08/02/2026: Being pleasant and respectful when working in a restaurant is rule number one. Rihour's doesn't seem to have received the same training.

12/09/2024: Some waitresses are rude. The toilets are out of service every time. In terms of waiting there are 15 to 30 minutes (to be reviewed)

A saleswoman even had the wrong customer and asked the customer to run after the other customer 🤣🤣🤣 we walk on our heads in this mac do To avoid especially if you have a train to take, don't stop there What is the management of this establishment doing????? Are they aware of the deplorable attitude of their staff??????

14/12/2024: While passing through Lyon, I decided with my wife to stop for a bite to eat at 1:30 p.m. The reception was OK. The meal was not hot at all, which left me hungry. The bad rating is mainly for the hygiene of the establishment…. I almost vomited when I saw the state of the toilets. It seems that they are never cleaned. I don't recommend this subway at all.
