26/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The staff were charming and welcoming, and the seasonal cuisine was delicious, both in terms of quantity and quality. The place is tastefully decorated. After an excellent aperitif, we shared a starter, each had a main course, and shared dessert (we had small appetites), each with a glass of wine. We will be back.

28/08/2026: A lovely little restaurant tucked away in an alley. It's surrounded by plants. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is cooked with seasonal ingredients. The pasta was a bit oily, but still very good. They also have excellent vegetarian options.

29/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the smiles, the service, and of course, the food! We shared a burrata with pesto, followed by the ribeye steak and grilled octopus. Everything was absolutely delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience!

25/08/2026: An absolutely top-class lunch - the cooking is simple in the best possible way: excellent ingredients show-cased with a mixture of the classic and the inventive, unpretentious and honest. The food could not be faulted and the wine recommendation (Carlin de Paolo from Piedmont - not on the carte des vins) was a perfect accompaniment. The Argentinian entrecôte was a miracle - we have eaten Argentinian beef in Buenos Aires and all the way down to Tierra del Fuego and this was certainly the best outside its homeland we have ever tasted! Service was friendly and attentive and we certainly hope to return. Many thanks to all those who made this such an enjoyable occasion!

17/08/2026: Excellent food, excellent service, very warm and welcoming. The chef even came to ask if my friends and I had enjoyed our meal. The Lillois pub is also beautifully decorated; everything was exquisite: the beer, the food, the desserts, and the little glass of genever at the end ;)

10/08/2026: We arrived at 8 pm. We ordered aperitifs. Then came the main course order, and what a surprise! After making three choices from the menu displayed on the terrace, there was nothing left... completely sold out... Only the famous chicken with Maroilles cheese or the carbonnade were left. So we decided to stop at just having our aperitifs, and the waiter advised us to go to another restaurant owned by the same person who would have what we had ordered. Wouldn't it have been simpler to cross the street to get the missing ingredients needed to prepare our dishes? There are so many restaurants that do their job properly, so there's no need to maintain tourist traps that will complain in November because there won't be any tourists left to rip off. The worst part was seeing the cook smoking a cigarette at 8 pm, the peak time for a properly run restaurant. In short, a poor example for the restaurant industry...
