22/05/2026: Horrible stay…horrible is the word. I have never, ever seen a hotel as noisy as this one. It was impossible to get any proper rest, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. The other guests had absolutely no respect for being so noisy; it was shameful. However, the location is great, with everything nearby, and the room was clean.

07/05/2026: We're in a 3-star hotel?! The rooms have been renovated, but not the toilets, which are covered in limescale. The walls aren't either; you can clearly hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. The new heating system is very noisy for the rooms located at the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, the receptionist is helpful. But it's not worth 3 stars.

03/05/2026: It's a real disgrace to have to pay for toilets in such a state of disrepair. It's unacceptable for a paid service to be so neglected. Here are the critical issues observed: Deplorable hygiene: The premises are dirty and clearly haven't been maintained for many hours. Lack of supplies: No toilet paper is available, rendering the service unusable. Lack of maintenance: The smell is nauseating, and the equipment appears abandoned. A simple principle: Paid service = Impeccable service The very least that should be done when charging for a basic physiological need is to guarantee impeccable cleanliness and regular maintenance. Paying to find oneself in such filth is an insult to users. It's simply theft. Immediate intervention by the cleaning services is necessary to meet basic hygiene standards. If the hygiene of a public and paid space is neglected to this extent, one doesn't even dare imagine the state of cleanliness of the rest of the establishment, especially areas not visible to customers.

30/10/2025: I arrived at 12:30 PM (during opening hours) and was surprised to find Mezzo Di Pasta closed (see photo) with no sign or information. I tried calling, but there was no answer. There was no information on social media or the internet either. I think there's a serious lack of communication, which is a real shame, because I used to enjoy coming here. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break walking only to find a closed shutter and no information... PS: I can still change my vote if there's an apology and an explanation for what's happening!

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

03/05/2026: We were with friends waiting for a friend who was due to arrive in 15 minutes. There was no one inside, and we were asked to leave. We were about to order, of course. The employee was very disrespectful. I'm disappointed; I won't be going back there.

03/05/2026: With McDonald's, there aren't many surprises; you know what you're getting. However, regarding the service this evening, May 3rd, out of the three takeout meals I ordered, two of my drinks were incorrect. This was quite disappointing.

02/07/2026: Very average, with so-so preparation and undercooked fries. And a small cockroach scampering about two kilometers away, and a long queue…

01/07/2026: I waited significantly longer than anyone else and wasn't even offered any compensation, despite only asking for a replacement World Cup glass as compensation, since I didn't like the design.

29/06/2026: An interminable wait despite there being very few people. We were served in dribs and drabs. The waiter warned us we'd have to wait for the pastries because the available batch was inedible. Once our coffee had cooled down, we finally received the bread and pastries. Another disappointment: the bread was completely stale. Unacceptable 😡

27/06/2026: A very bad experience. The prices are extremely high, which naturally leads one to expect that the quality of the food and service will be up to par. Unfortunately, this was not the case. From the moment we ordered, the waiter was unable to take our order in full and had to ask a colleague to take over. This lack of competence made for a very poor first impression. Regarding the food, I ordered French toast which arrived badly burnt, to the point that I couldn't finish it. Furthermore, the bread didn't seem fresh, which is particularly disappointing for such a simple dish, especially considering the price. The value for money is very disappointing. At this price point, one expects fresh ingredients, expertly cooked food, and impeccable service. Unfortunately, my experience failed to meet any of these expectations. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this establishment.
